Customer questions

Today

Your staff answer the same twenty questions on WhatsApp and email every day, and replies slow down after 7 pm.

With an assistant

An assistant on your website and WhatsApp Business answers from your price list, policies and FAQs. It passes the chat to a person with the full history when the question is new or sensitive.

For example

A coaching institute in Pune lets the assistant answer batch timings, fee structure and syllabus questions, while admissions staff take over for scholarship requests.

Safeguard built in

It only answers from the documents you approve, and it says "let me connect you to the team" instead of guessing.

Lead qualification

Today

Your sales team spends half the day calling enquiries that were never going to buy.

With an assistant

The assistant asks the questions your best salesperson would ask, scores the answers against your rules, and pushes the qualified lead into your CRM or a Google Sheet with a short summary.

For example

A modular kitchen company asks for city, budget band, possession date and floor plan, then books a site visit slot only for leads that match.

Safeguard built in

Your team sets the scoring rules in plain language and can review every scored lead before anyone is turned away.

Document processing

Today

Someone types data from invoices, forms and PDFs into your software by hand, and mistakes creep in.

With an assistant

AI reads the incoming documents, pulls out the fields you need, checks them against simple rules and fills your system. Anything unclear goes to a review queue.

For example

A distributor in Coimbatore extracts GSTIN, invoice number, line items and tax amounts from supplier invoices into Tally-ready rows.

Safeguard built in

Low-confidence fields are highlighted for a person to confirm, and the original document stays linked to every record.

Follow-ups

Today

Quotes go out and nobody chases them, so warm leads go cold.

With an assistant

We set up timed follow-ups that read the conversation so far and draft a relevant next message. Your team approves the draft or lets routine reminders go automatically.

For example

A travel agency sends a WhatsApp reminder two days after a Kerala package quote, mentioning the dates the customer asked about.

Safeguard built in

Message limits, quiet hours and an opt-out are built in, so customers are never spammed.

Internal knowledge search

Today

New staff keep asking seniors where things are, and the answer lives in someone's old email.

With an assistant

We connect your SOPs, manuals, policy PDFs and shared drives to a private search assistant. Staff ask in plain words and get an answer with links to the source pages.

For example

A hospital group lets nurses ask "what is the discharge checklist for day-care surgery" and see the exact page of the current SOP.

Safeguard built in

Access follows your existing permissions, so staff only see documents they are already allowed to open.

Content operations

Today

Writing product descriptions, listings and social captions for hundreds of items takes weeks.

With an assistant

AI produces first drafts in your tone from your product data, and an editor on your team or ours checks facts and polishes before anything is published.

For example

A saree brand turns a spreadsheet of fabric, weave, colour and care details into consistent product pages for its Shopify store.

Safeguard built in

Nothing publishes without a human approval step, and drafts never invent specifications that are missing from your data.

Reporting

Today

Every Monday someone spends hours pulling numbers from three tools into one report.

With an assistant

An automation collects the figures from your store, ads, CRM or accounting tool, builds the report and writes a short plain-English summary of what changed.

For example

A clinic chain gets a Monday WhatsApp message with appointments, no-shows and revenue per branch, plus a note on which branch dropped and why it may have.

Safeguard built in

Numbers come straight from the source systems and the AI only writes the commentary, so totals are never estimated.

AI features in products

Today

You want AI inside your own app or SaaS, and you are unsure what is practical or what it will cost to run.

With an assistant

We design and build features such as smart search, summaries, classification or a help assistant inside your product, with usage limits and cost tracking from day one.

For example

A property management app adds a feature that reads tenant complaints, tags them as plumbing, electrical or billing, and routes them to the right vendor.

Safeguard built in

We test the feature on real samples before launch and add fallbacks so your product still works if the AI provider is slow or down.

Peel back what peopleget wrong about AI.

Five things owners often tell us. Drag the corner of the label, or press Peel, to see what happens in real projects.

What actually happens

In the work we do, AI takes the repetitive first pass and your team handles judgement, exceptions and relationships. The aim is to give your team hours back for work that needs a person.

Myth 01

“AI will replace my team.”

Drag the corner to peel
What actually happens

Most assistants work from the documents you already have: a price list, FAQs, policies and a few months of past questions. We check what you have in the readiness review.

Myth 02

“We need huge amounts of data first.”

Drag the corner to peel
What actually happens

Unchecked AI can. We restrict answers to your approved content, show sources, and route anything uncertain to a person.

Myth 03

“AI makes things up, so it is unusable for business.”

Drag the corner to peel
What actually happens

A single well-chosen process, like answering enquiries or reading invoices, is a small project. We recommend starting there.

Myth 04

“It is only for large companies with big budgets.”

Drag the corner to peel
What actually happens

Your prices, products and policies change, and the assistant must change with them. That is why we offer monthly tuning and review the logs with you.

Myth 05

“Once it is set up, it runs itself forever.”

Safeguards

Useful AI,inside six guard rails.

Every assistant we build sits inside these rings from day one. Watch requests try to get through, or pick a ring to see what it stops.

Ring 1 of 6

Answers only from your content

The assistant is grounded in documents you approve, and we test it with questions it should refuse.

Not in your documents: refused

A person is always one step away

Every assistant has a clear handover to a named team member, on chat, WhatsApp or a callback request.

Unsure: handed to your team

Full conversation logs

You can read every conversation and every automated action, with the date, input and result.

Cost limits on AI usage

We set monthly usage caps and alerts with the AI provider so a busy week never brings a surprise bill.

Your accounts, your keys

AI provider accounts, API keys and automation tools sit in your name, so you can switch vendors or bring work in-house.

Account owner: your business

After launch, a fewsmall bills. All capped.

You pay the AI provider for usage, and sometimes a WhatsApp Business API provider and an automation tool. We estimate these before you commit, then set a monthly cap with alerts.

  1. Before you commitWe estimate each monthly bill in writing.
  2. At 80%You get an alert, with time to decide.
  3. At the capUsage stops growing until you choose to raise it. No surprise bill after a busy week.

Small first step,then climb.

We start with one process and only go further once you have seen it work on your own content.

Step 1 · Week 1

Readiness review

We sit with the people who do the work today, map one process step by step, look at your documents and data, and tell you plainly whether AI will help, what it will cost to build and run, and what could go wrong.

Step 2 · Week 2 to 3

Prototype on real content

We build a working version using your actual FAQs, forms or documents and test it with real past examples. You and your team try it on a private link and mark answers right or wrong.

Step 3 · Week 3 to 6

Connect and launch

We connect the assistant to your website, WhatsApp Business, CRM, email or accounting tool, train your team on handover and review, and launch to a small group before everyone.

Step 4 · Ongoing

Monthly tuning

Each month we read the logs, fix wrong or weak answers, add new content, check costs and share a short report on what the assistant handled and where people stepped in.

Getting startedWhich process should we automate first?

Pick one that is frequent, follows clear rules and annoys your team, such as repeat customer questions or invoice entry. Avoid starting with anything where one wrong answer has legal or medical consequences. The free readiness review helps you choose.

Getting startedDo we need technical staff to run this?

No. Your team uses it through tools they already know, like WhatsApp, email, a Google Sheet or your CRM. We give you a simple admin view to update content and read logs.

Getting startedWhich AI models do you use?

We choose per task from established providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, based on accuracy, speed, cost and where data is processed. We explain the choice in writing and can switch later if a better option appears.

Cost & timeWhat does an AI project cost?

It depends on how many systems we connect, how many document types or question types are involved, and how much review workflow you need. A single assistant on one channel is a small project. You get a fixed quote within 48 hours of the readiness review.

Cost & timeAre there running costs after launch?

Yes. You pay the AI provider for usage, and sometimes a WhatsApp Business API provider and automation tool. We estimate these monthly costs before you commit and set caps so they stay predictable.

TechnicalCan it work on WhatsApp?

Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business Platform via an approved provider. You need a verified business number, and template messages for outbound follow-ups must be approved by Meta.

TechnicalDoes it understand Hindi and other Indian languages?

Current models handle Hindi, Tamil, Marathi, Kannada and others reasonably well, including mixed Hinglish. We test your actual questions in each language you need before launch and tell you where quality is weaker.

TechnicalIs our data used to train the AI model?

We use business API settings where the provider states that your data is not used for training. We also avoid sending personal data the task does not need. Read the provider terms with your adviser if you handle health or financial data.

After launchWhat happens when the assistant gets something wrong?

You or your team flag it in the log, and we correct the source content or rules, usually within one working day on a care plan. Wrong answers are reviewed in the monthly tuning so the same mistake does not repeat.

After launchCan we stop or pause it at any time?

Yes. There is a switch to turn the assistant off and route everything to your team. Monthly tuning plans are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime.
