We build websites, admissions portals and learning platforms for schools, colleges and coaching institutes. Families apply, upload documents and pay fees online, then track status and get updates on WhatsApp.

Four kinds of institute,one shelf.
Pull a book off the shelf to read what we build for that kind of institute.
A K-12 school
We build a website parents trust, an admissions form with document upload and fee payment, and WhatsApp updates for each stage.
A college or university department
We build programme and faculty pages, an application portal with merit list and counselling steps, and an alumni section.
A coaching institute with several centres
We set up course and batch pages per centre, demo class booking, fee instalments and a counsellor lead system.
An institute moving teaching online
We build a learning platform with recorded lessons, live classes, tests and progress reports for students and parents.
Paper goes in.Answers come out.
Feed each sheet from the pile into the slot and watch it come out as a clean, online step your office can track.
Admission season buries our office in paper
Forms, photocopies of certificates and fee receipts arrive by hand, and staff retype everything into a spreadsheet.
Parents keep calling to ask about their application
There is no way for families to check where their application stands, so the phone does not stop until results are out.
Our website looks years out of date
Faculty lists, fee details and notices are old, and the person who could edit the site has left.
Course enquiries come in and nobody follows up
Counsellors get leads on personal phones and in a shared inbox, and many prospective students never hear back.
Applications, documents and payments arrive online in one place, and staff review them on a dashboard with filters.
Each family sees their status online and gets a WhatsApp message when it changes, from submitted to interview to offer.
Your staff update notices, faculty and programme pages from a simple CMS without help from a developer.
Every enquiry goes to a counsellor with a follow-up reminder, and you can see which leads are pending.
Nothing fed yet. The pile is waiting.
Six moments,one phone, no paper.
Follow one parent from a search to an offer. The same screen reshapes itself for each step.

Eight periodsin one school day.
Each period on the timetable is one part of the website and portal. The bell moves through the day, or tap any period.

Six things the boardshould never be missing.
Drag across a square to wipe the chalk dust away, or tap Wipe. Underneath is each must-have and why it matters.
Many parents apply from a mobile, and long forms that lose data drive them away.
Catching wrong or missing files at submission saves your office days of follow-up calls.
Families expect UPI, and your accounts team needs clean reports to reconcile payments.
Letting families check status themselves cuts the calls that flood your office each season.
Old fee or eligibility information leads to disputes and wasted applications.
Parents and students check board affiliation and regulator approvals before they apply.
Under 18 meansa parent says yes first.
Move the birth year and see what the application form has to ask for. The form changes with the applicant’s age.
Age this year: 6
The form adds these fields and will not submit until consent is verified.
Under the DPDP Act, personal data of anyone under 18 needs verifiable consent from a parent or guardian, so forms and messaging must be built for that.
Claims about approvals, rankings and placements should be backed by records you hold, so check your wording with your adviser and the relevant board or regulator guidelines.

We map your admissions stages, documents, fee rules and key dates, and plan the build backwards from the date applications must open.
Share last year's forms, prospectus, fee structure and the admissions calendar.
- An admissions flow map
- A page and feature list
- A priced plan before the admissions season
Design
We design the home page, programme pages and the application flow for phones first, since many parents apply from a mobile.
Review designs on the preview link with your admissions head and give feedback in two rounds.
- Mobile and desktop designs
- An approved application form layout
- A content plan by department

We watch the portal through peak admission weeks, adjust forms for the next cycle and keep the site updated and secure.

Six promises, one jar each, filled up.
Like house points in a school, each promise earns its jar of tokens. Tap a jar to fill it and read the promise.
Built around your admissions date
We plan the work backwards from the day applications open, and tell you early if any feature puts that date at risk.
Every test document checked
Before launch we submit applications with real file types from phones to make sure uploads work on slow connections.
Consent for children's data
Forms for students under 18 collect parent or guardian consent, and we only ask for documents you actually use.
Factual claims only
We will not publish placement, ranking or result claims unless you can provide the source for them.
Staff can run it
Your admissions team gets training and short guides so they can manage stages, notices and pages themselves.
Parents' enquiries never go unanswered
Support requests get a reply within one working day, and portal problems in peak admission weeks are handled first.
What schools and colleges askbefore they start.
Search, or filter by topic. If your question is not here, ask us on the call.
Getting startedOur admissions open in two months. Is that enough time?
A website with a single-stage application form and fee payment can usually be ready in 6 to 8 weeks if your documents and fees are confirmed early. Multi-stage portals with tests and merit lists need more time, so we may launch the form first and add later stages before they are needed.
Getting startedCan we keep our existing ERP?
Yes. The admissions portal handles applications, and accepted students move to your ERP by export or automatic sync if the ERP allows it. We do not ask you to change systems your staff already use.
Getting startedCan the site be in Hindi or a regional language?
Yes. We can build pages, forms and WhatsApp messages in English and one or more Indian languages. You provide or approve the translations so the meaning stays correct.
Cost & timeWhat makes an education project larger?
The number of programmes, how many admission stages you run, ERP integration and whether you need a learning platform. A school site with one form is at the small end, and a college with counselling rounds and live classes is at the large end.
Cost & timeDo we pay again every admission cycle?
No. The portal is reusable, and your staff can change dates, fees and form fields from the dashboard. On a care plan we reset and test the portal before each new cycle.
TechnicalHow are student documents stored?
Documents are stored in private storage in your cloud account, with access limited to staff roles you choose. Files are never public links, and you can set how long documents are kept after admissions close.
TechnicalCan parents get updates on WhatsApp without us typing each one?
Yes. When your staff change an application stage, the matching WhatsApp template goes out automatically to parents who opted in. General notices can be sent to groups such as one grade or one batch.
TechnicalWill the admissions assistant promise seats or discounts?
No. It answers only from your approved prospectus, dates and fee rules. Requests about seats, scholarships or exceptions go to a counsellor, and every conversation is logged.
After launchWho updates notices and faculty pages?
Your staff can post notices, update faculty and change programme details from the CMS after a short training. During admissions rush, our care plan team can make those changes for you the same week.
After launchWhat if the portal slows down on the last day of applications?
We size hosting for your expected peak and test it before launch. On a care plan we monitor the portal during peak weeks and respond to problems ahead of other requests.
Make admissions simple for families and your office
Share your admissions calendar and the programmes you run, and we will plan backwards from your first open day.
