Move your cursor across the dark canvas to light up each one, or pick a name below.
A startup before its first build
We turn your idea into a clickable prototype you can test with real users and show to investors before you spend on code.
A business with a dated website
We audit what confuses visitors today, then redesign the pages that matter most for enquiries and sales.
A product team shipping fast
We build a shared design system in Figma so new screens look consistent and your developers stop guessing spacing and colours.
A new brand finding its look
We create your logo, colours, type and usage rules so your website, packaging and Instagram all feel like one company.
We watch where people tap, then fix what confuses them.
This is a test screen from a usability session. Tap a hot spot to see the problem and watch the screen repair itself.
People visit but never fill the enquiry form
Visitors land, scroll a little and leave because the next step is unclear or the form asks for too much.
Each key page has one clear action, a shorter form and a WhatsApp option, tested with real people before launch.
Our app looks different on every screen
Buttons, fonts and colours drift because each developer or freelancer made their own choices.
You have one design system with named components, so every new screen matches without extra review.
Developers keep asking what the design means
Static images leave out states like errors, empty lists and loading, so builders invent them.
Your developers get annotated Figma files covering every state, plus a prototype that shows how each flow behaves.
We don't know what customers actually want
Decisions are made on opinions in a meeting room because nobody has spoken to users recently.
You get findings from real customer interviews and tests, with a short list of changes ranked by impact on your goals.

User research
- What we do
- We interview your customers and staff, review your analytics and study competitors to find where people get stuck.
- You receive
- A research summary with user types, key tasks and the top problems to solve
- For example
- For a diagnostic lab, we speak to six patients about booking a home blood test and learn most want to confirm the collection time on WhatsApp.
Information architecture and user flows
- What we do
- We decide what pages or screens exist, what goes on each and how people move between them.
- You receive
- A sitemap and flow diagrams for every main task
- For example
- A coaching institute's site is reorganised so parents find fees, batch timings and the demo class link within two taps.
Wireframes
- What we do
- We sketch layouts in grey boxes so you can agree on structure and content before spending time on visuals.
- You receive
- Mobile and desktop wireframes for every key screen
- For example
- You review the checkout wireframe and move the delivery date picker above payment before any colour is added.
UI design
- What we do
- We design the final screens with your brand, real content and all states such as errors, empty lists and loading.
- You receive
- High-fidelity Figma screens for mobile, tablet and desktop
- For example
- A dealer portal's order screen is designed with states for out of stock, credit limit reached and order placed.
Clickable prototype and testing
- What we do
- We link screens into a prototype that works on a phone, then watch five to eight people try real tasks.
- You receive
- A shareable prototype link and a test report with fixes applied
- For example
- Testers in Pune try to reschedule a salon booking, two cannot find the option, and we move it to the booking card.
Design system
- What we do
- We turn repeated elements into a library of components, colours, type and spacing rules your team can reuse.
- You receive
- A Figma component library with usage notes and design tokens
- For example
- Your team adds a new offers page in a day by combining existing cards, badges and buttons from the library.
Brand identity
- What we do
- We design your logo, colour palette, typefaces and a short guide showing how to apply them across media.
- You receive
- Logo files in all formats, a brand guide PDF and social media templates
- For example
- A Kochi spice brand gets a logo that works on a small jar label, a shop board and a WhatsApp display picture.
UX and accessibility audit
- What we do
- We review your existing site or app against usability principles and WCAG 2.2 guidelines, including colour contrast, keyboard use and screen readers.
- You receive
- An audit report with screenshots, severity ratings and suggested fixes
- For example
- An audit finds grey text on a white background fails contrast and the menu cannot be opened without a mouse.

Design questions,answered plainly.
Search, or filter by topic. If your question is not here, ask us on the call.
Getting startedDo I need design if I just want a website built?
Every website has design, the question is whether it is planned. For a small brochure site we can design and build together in one project. For apps and larger sites, a separate design stage avoids expensive rework during the build.
Getting startedCan you redesign only part of our existing site or app?
Yes. Many clients start with an audit, then redesign the highest-impact areas first, such as the home page, product page or checkout. We match the new screens to what stays, or plan a gradual move to the new style.
Getting startedWho will we work with?
A senior designer leads your project from start to finish and joins every review call. A developer reviews screens for feasibility, and AI tools help with repetitive tasks such as resizing assets and drafting variations, which the designer then checks.
Cost & timeWhat affects the cost of a design project?
The main factors are the number of unique screens, how much research and testing you want, whether you need a design system or brand identity, and how many platforms we design for. We send a fixed quote within 48 hours of our first call.
Cost & timeHow long does a typical project take?
A marketing site redesign usually takes two to four weeks. A web or mobile app with several user roles and testing usually takes five to eight weeks. Slow feedback is the most common cause of delay, so we agree review dates upfront.
Cost & timeWhat if we want more than two rounds of changes?
Two rounds per stage are included in the fixed price. Further rounds are quoted in advance before we start them, so there are no surprise bills.
TechnicalWhich tools do you design in?
We design in Figma and share files in your own Figma workspace or transfer them to you. Prototypes run in the Figma viewer on any phone or laptop, and design tokens can be exported for your developers' code.
TechnicalWill the design work with Shopify, WordPress or our app framework?
Yes. We ask about your platform at the start and design within its limits, for example Shopify theme sections or Flutter components. Our developers review every screen before approval.
After launchCan you build the product after design?
Yes. Most clients move straight into a build with our commerce or platforms team, which saves handover time. If your own team or another agency builds it, we hand over documented files and a recorded walkthrough.
After launchHow do we keep the design consistent after handover?
The design system includes usage rules for every component, so your team can add screens on its own. We also offer monthly design support for new features and reviews, billed monthly and cancellable anytime.
Show us where customers get stuck. We'll design the way through.
Show us the screens that worry you most, and we will tell you what we would change first.
