    Visits come in.Orders leak out.

Most stores do not lack visitors. They lose them through the same four holes, and we plug all four. Press a leak to see why it happens and how we close it.

Visitors from ads, search and WhatsApp Slow pages Overselling COD returns Slow listings Leaks plugged: 0 of 4
    Why orders leak

Our store is slow and people leave

Heavy themes, too many apps and large images make product pages crawl on mid-range phones over mobile data.

    Once it’s plugged

Product pages load quickly on ordinary phones, and we check speed after every change.

    Why orders leak

We oversell because stock is out of sync

The same items sell on your site and three marketplaces, and someone updates stock by hand at the end of the day.

    Once it’s plugged

Stock updates across channels automatically, so a sale on one channel reduces stock everywhere.

    Why orders leak

Too many COD orders come back

Cash on delivery orders get refused at the door, and you pay shipping both ways.

    Once it’s plugged

COD is limited by pincode, order value or customer history, and UPI prepaid offers nudge buyers to pay upfront.

    Why orders leak

    Writing product listings takes forever

Every new collection needs titles, descriptions, sizes and tags written by hand for the site and each marketplace.

    Once it’s plugged

AI drafts descriptions and tags from your product sheet, and your team reviews and publishes them in bulk.

    Six must-haves.One box. Turn it.

Every side is something shoppers or the law expect. We build all six into every retail store by default. Drag the box, or pick a side.

Fast product pages on mid-range phonesMost shoppers in India browse on mobile data, and slow pages lose them before they see the price.

UPI checkout with COD controlsUPI is how most customers prefer to pay, and unrestricted COD drives up returns and shipping costs.

Correct GST invoicesWrong tax rates or missing HSN codes create problems in your GST filings and with B2B buyers.

Pincode delivery checksShoppers want to know if and when you deliver to them before they reach checkout.

Stock sync across channelsOverselling on one channel leads to cancellations, poor seller ratings and unhappy customers.

Easy returns and exchangesA clear online return flow builds trust for first orders and saves support time.

The label the law asks forMRP · Net qty · Origin

The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules require you to show seller details, return and refund policies and a grievance officer, and Legal Metrology rules require MRP, net quantity and country of origin on product listings. Customer data falls under the DPDP Act, and GST and invoicing rules apply to every sale, so check with your adviser and accountant.

Getting startedShould we use Shopify or WooCommerce?

Shopify suits most brands that want a hosted store with less maintenance, and it has strong Indian payment and shipping apps. WooCommerce suits brands that need more control over hosting, data or custom features. We recommend one after looking at your catalogue, integrations and team.

Getting startedWe already sell on Amazon and Flipkart. Why build our own store?

Your own store lets you keep customer contact details, run your own offers and avoid marketplace commission on direct orders. We sync stock so you can sell on both without manual updates.

Getting startedCan you move our existing store without losing orders and rankings?

Yes. We move products, customers and order history, keep the same URLs where possible and set up redirects for the rest. We launch at a quiet time and check search console closely in the weeks after.

Cost & timeWhat makes an ecommerce project larger?

The number of products and variants, how many channels you sync, ERP or warehouse integration and custom features like subscriptions. A new brand with a small catalogue on Shopify is at the small end.

Cost & timeAre there ongoing costs besides your fee?

Yes. Platform subscriptions, paid apps, payment gateway fees, shipping charges and WhatsApp message fees are paid directly by you to those providers. We list the expected ones in your quote so there are no surprises.

TechnicalCan we stop COD for certain pincodes or orders?

Yes. We set rules by pincode, order value, product type or customer history. You can change these rules from the admin when your return data changes.

TechnicalHow does AI help with our catalogue?

AI drafts product titles, descriptions and tags from your product sheet and photos, in your brand's tone. Your team reviews each draft before it goes live, and we instruct it never to add claims you have not supplied, such as health or material claims.

TechnicalWill the store handle traffic during a big sale?

Hosted platforms like Shopify handle traffic spikes well. For WooCommerce we size hosting and add caching ahead of the sale, and on a care plan we test checkout before the event and watch it during.

After launchCan our team add products and offers without you?

Yes. We train your team to add products, run bulk uploads, create coupons and manage orders. We also leave short guides for the tasks you do every week.

After launchWhat happens if checkout breaks during a sale?

On a care plan we monitor checkout and payment errors and treat them as the top priority. We also review app and theme updates before they go live, which prevents many checkout failures.
