Services · AI & automation

We build AI assistants that answer from your own documents and automations that move data between the tools you already use. Every system has a person in the loop where it matters, clear limits on spend, and a plain record of what it did.

My team answers the same questions all day

What time do you open? What time do you open? What time do you open?asked again ×14Answered from your leaflet · 2 sent to front desk

Staff spend hours on WhatsApp repeating timings, prices, documents needed and order status.

An assistant handles the routine questions from your approved content and passes the rest to a named person with the chat history attached.

We retype data from PDFs into our software

PDF
typing field 3 of 22…40 read · 2 waiting for review

Invoices, forms and KYC documents arrive by email and someone copies each field by hand.

Documents are read automatically, checked against simple rules, and only the doubtful ones land in a review queue for your staff.

I tried a chatbot and it made things up

Delivery is free everywhere in India.source: nonesource: delivery-policy.pdf, page 2

Generic bots answer confidently from the open internet, which is risky when prices or policies are involved.

Your assistant answers only from documents you approve, shows the source it used, and says it does not know when the answer is missing.

Our tools do not talk to each other

FormStoreSheetcopy · paste · repeatsynced in minutes · every run logged

Leads sit in a website form, orders sit in Shopify, and the accounts team works from a separate spreadsheet.

Automations move each record to the right place within minutes, send alerts on WhatsApp or email, and log every run so you can trace any entry.

Getting startedHow do I know if AI is worth it for my business?

Start with tasks your team repeats many times a week, such as answering the same questions or copying data from documents. The readiness review counts these hours and shows which ones AI can handle reliably. If the numbers do not add up, we will say so.

Getting startedDo I need clean data before we start?

No. Most businesses have scattered PDFs, old FAQs and spreadsheets. Preparing and organising that content is part of the work, and the effort is reflected in the quote.

Getting startedWhich AI model runs my automations, and can it change later?

We choose from leading providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Google based on accuracy, language support and cost for your task. Your system is built so the model can be switched later without a rebuild.

Cost & timeWhat will the automations cost me each month once live?

There are usually three parts: AI usage billed by the provider, the automation platform subscription if used, and WhatsApp conversation charges from Meta. We estimate these from your expected volume before you approve, and we set spending caps so they stay within budget.

Cost & timeHow long until a first version is live?

A website assistant over a small set of documents or a single automation usually goes live in two to three weeks. Projects with several systems, scanned documents or approval workflows take four to eight weeks.

TechnicalWill the assistant make things up?

We reduce this by limiting the assistant to your approved documents, showing the source for each answer, and testing against a set of real questions before launch. No AI system is perfect, which is why handover to a person and conversation review are built in.

Technicaln8n, Make, Zapier or custom code: which do you use?

Zapier and Make suit lower volumes and teams who want to edit flows themselves. n8n can be self-hosted, which helps with high volumes and data that should stay on your own server. Custom code suits flows that sit inside your app or need strict control.

TechnicalHow do you handle customer data under the DPDP Act?

We collect only what each flow needs, show a notice explaining how data is used, and set retention and deletion rules with you. We avoid sending sensitive data to AI providers where it is not required and can mask fields such as phone numbers. For legal interpretation, check with your adviser.

After launchWhat happens when our prices or policies change?

You update the source document or tell us, and the knowledge base is refreshed so the assistant answers with the new information. On a monthly plan we handle these updates and review unanswered questions for you.

After launchCan my team edit the automations themselves?

Yes. We document each flow and walk your team through it. Flows built on Make, Zapier or n8n can be edited in their visual editors, and we can review changes before they go live if you prefer.
