Services · Platforms & apps

We build web apps, portals, booking systems and mobile apps that replace spreadsheets, phone calls and WhatsApp follow-ups. You see working software every week and own all the code.

Who we build for

Four kinds of teams, four kinds of software.

Move your cursor over a device to tilt it. Each screen is the kind of app we build for that team.

01

A distributor with many dealers

We build a dealer portal where dealers place orders, check stock, download invoices and track dispatch without calling your office.

02

A clinic or service business

We build a booking system with slots, staff calendars, UPI advance payment and WhatsApp reminders across all your branches.

03

A founder with a SaaS idea

We scope the smallest version that proves your idea, build it in weeks and set it up to grow once paying users arrive.

04

A company on old in-house software

We move your ageing PHP, .NET or Access system to a modern stack in stages, keeping your data and daily work running.

What slows teams down

Scroll through four problemsand watch each one get fixed.

Keep scrolling: each scene turns the problem into the software that replaces it. Use the dots to jump.

Problem 1 of 4

Our team runs the business on twenty spreadsheets

Data is copied between sheets by hand, versions clash and nobody trusts the numbers.

Once it is built: One web app holds the data, each person sees only what they need and reports update on their own.

Problem 2 of 4

Dealers call us all day for order status

Your sales and accounts teams spend hours answering the same questions on phone and WhatsApp.

Once it is built: Dealers log in to a portal to see orders, outstanding balance and dispatch details any time.

Problem 3 of 4

Our last developer left and nobody understands the code

The software works, but every small change is risky and slow because nothing is documented.

Once it is built: Your system has documented code, automated tests and a deployment process any qualified developer can follow.

Problem 4 of 4

We need an app but can't afford two teams

Building separate iOS and Android apps doubles the cost and time.

Once it is built: One Flutter or React Native codebase runs on both platforms, or a PWA installs from the browser with no app store needed.

Custom web applications

We build browser-based software for your internal processes, such as order tracking, inventory, job cards or approvals, with user roles and audit logs.

You receive

A secure web app with role-based logins and an admin panel

For example

A Coimbatore pump maker replaces its job card spreadsheet with an app where supervisors update each order's stage from the shop floor.
The route to launch

Five stopsfrom workflow to working app.

The train runs the route on its own. Tap any stop to ride straight there and see what happens at it.

Stop 1 · Week 1–2

Map the workflow

We sit with the people who will use the software, map each step and agree which features go into the first release.

Your part

Give us time with your staff and share sample documents, sheets and reports.

You receive
  • Workflow map
  • Feature list for the first release
  • Fixed scope and price
Shaping your quote

Five directionsyour scope can stretch.

Drag a point on the chart outward for more, inward for less, or pick a sample project. The shape sets the timeline. Your fixed quote follows within 48 hours.

Getting startedI only have an idea. Where do we begin?

We start with workflow mapping, where we turn your idea into a list of users, tasks and screens. Then we design a clickable prototype you can show to users or investors before committing to the full build. Many founders cut their first release to fewer features after this step.

Getting startedShould I build a web app, a mobile app or both?

If your users work at desks or on laptops, start with a web app. If they are in the field, need offline use, cameras or GPS, a mobile app makes sense. A PWA is a middle path that installs from the browser and works on any phone.

Getting startedCan you work with our existing software instead of replacing it?

Yes. Often the best first step is a portal or app that reads from your current system through an API or database connection. We replace the old system only when keeping it costs more than moving off it.

Cost & timeWhat drives the cost of a custom app?

The number of user roles and screens, integrations with other systems, mobile apps, data migration and security needs make the biggest difference. A focused first release with one or two roles is the fastest route. You get a fixed quote within 48 hours of our call.

Cost & timeHow long does a SaaS MVP take?

A focused MVP with sign-up, subscriptions and a few core features usually takes eight to twelve weeks. Adding mobile apps or complex integrations extends that. We agree the release date in the scope document.

Cost & timeWhat hosting and licence bills come with a custom app?

Expect cloud hosting, domain, email and SMS or WhatsApp message charges, plus app store fees for mobile apps. We estimate these monthly costs in your quote based on expected users. Our care plans for maintenance are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime.

TechnicalWhich technologies do you use?

For web apps we usually use Laravel, Node.js or Python with React or Vue, and PostgreSQL or MySQL. For mobile we use Flutter or React Native. We pick well-supported tools that Indian developers widely know, so you are never locked to us.

TechnicalWhere will our data be hosted and is it secure?

We host on AWS, Google Cloud or DigitalOcean in their Mumbai or other Indian regions when you need data kept in India. Every app uses HTTPS, hashed passwords, role-based access and daily backups. For personal data we help you add consent and deletion flows under the DPDP Act, and you should check specifics with your legal adviser.

After launchWhat happens if something breaks after launch?

We monitor errors and uptime and get alerts before most users notice. Bugs in the agreed scope are fixed free during the warranty period stated in your quote. After that, a monthly care plan covers fixes, updates and small improvements.

After launchCan our own developers take over later?

Yes. The code is in your Git repository with setup instructions, documentation and tests. We can run a handover session with your team and stay available for questions during the transition.

Bring the spreadsheet your team lives in, and we will sketch the app that replaces it.
