These habits carry the weight of every project, from the first call to launch. Watch the project cross, or pick a cable to read it.
Scope is written down first
Every page, feature and integration is listed in the quote, so both sides know exactly what is being built.
You see real work every week
The private preview link updates as we go, and you never wait until launch to see what you paid for.
One person owns your project
A named project lead answers your messages and coordinates designers, developers and AI tooling behind the scenes.
Changes are priced before they happen
If you ask for something outside the agreed scope, we send a short written estimate and you decide before any work starts.
AI drafts, people decide
We use AI for repetitive work such as first drafts and test scripts, and a senior person reviews everything that reaches your customers.
Everything is yours
Domain, hosting, code, analytics and payment accounts are set up in your name from the first week.
Eight thingsthat keep us on schedule.
Flip through the cards. Most delays come from these, so having them ready is the biggest thing you can do to launch on time.
One decision-maker
Why: Feedback from five people with no final say is the most common cause of delay, so name one person who approves.
Your logo and brand files
Why: We need the original files (SVG or AI) to keep your logo sharp on every screen.
Domain and hosting access
Why: We connect the new site to your domain and confirm the account is in your name, or help you move it.
Content for key pages
Why: Service details, prices or price ranges, team bios and policies are facts only you know; we can write and polish around them.
Photos of your real work
Why: Real photos of your products, team or premises build more trust than stock images; we can advise a photographer if needed.
Business and tax details
Why: Your registered name, address, GSTIN and contact details must be correct for invoices, payment gateways and Google.
Logins to tools we connect
Why: Access to your payment gateway, WhatsApp Business, CRM or Google Business Profile lets us connect them properly.
Review time each week
Why: About an hour a week to check the preview keeps the timeline on track.
The barrier only liftswhen all eight lamps are on.
Before your domain points to the new site, we run this checklist and fix anything that fails. Watch the run, or start it again.

Checking…
Launch is notwhere we switch off the light.
For the first weeks and months we keep watching, train your team and come back with what to improve. The beam shows what happens when.
Before you sign,the usual questions.
Search, or filter by topic. If your question is not here, ask us on the free call.
Getting startedHow soon can you start?
Usually within one to two weeks of scope approval, depending on current projects. We give you a start date in the quote and keep it.
Getting startedDo we have to meet in person?
No. Most projects run over video calls, WhatsApp and the preview link, wherever you are in India or abroad. We can meet in person when it genuinely helps.
Cost & timeWhy is the price fixed?
A fixed price means you can budget with certainty, and it pushes us to plan properly before building. The scope document lists what is included so the price stays fixed.
Cost & timeWhat happens if we want to add something mid-project?
We send a short written estimate for the addition, with any effect on the timeline. You approve or decline it; nothing extra is billed without your written yes.
Cost & timeWhat delays projects most often?
Late content, slow feedback and too many reviewers. Naming one decision-maker and sending content early are the two biggest things you can do to launch on time.
Cost & timeDo you charge GST?
Yes, GST is added to invoices as applicable, and we issue proper tax invoices for every milestone.
TechnicalCan we see the work before launch?
Yes. From week one you have a private preview link that works on any phone or laptop. It is hidden from Google until launch.
TechnicalWhat if we already have a website?
We review it in week one, keep what works, plan redirects for old pages so search rankings are protected, and move content across.
After launchWho owns the website after launch?
You do. The code, domain, hosting, analytics and connected accounts are in your name, and you can move to another provider at any time.
After launchWhat if something breaks after launch?
Bugs in the agreed scope found in the first two weeks are fixed as part of the project. After that, a care plan covers fixes, or we quote small jobs individually.
Know the scope, the price and the dates first.
Start with one conversation. The rest of this page is what happens after it.
