Different jobs,different tools.

A catalogue for 2,000 parts needs other tooling than a dealer portal. Turn the turret to the job that looks like yours.

We turn your Excel sheets and PDF datasheets into a filterable catalogue where engineers search by size, material and rating.

We build an export site in English, German and Arabic with country pages, certifications and an enquiry form that captures Incoterms and port.

We give each dealer a login to check stock, see their slab prices, place orders and download GST invoices.

We add service tickets with machine serial numbers, photo uploads and engineer visit tracking so customers stop calling the factory.

From part numberto repeat order.

Six valves stand between a Google search and a dealer who reorders on his own. Open each one and watch the enquiry flow further.

Your website

Serves the current version and records the download against the company for sales follow-up.

Valve 04 · Your buyer

Sends an RFQ with quantity and drawing

Your website

Collects quantity, delivery location, Incoterms and attachments, then issues a reference number.

Valve 05 · Your buyer

Becomes a dealer and logs in to reorder

Your website

Shows their own price list, live stock and past orders with GST invoices.

Valve 06 · Your buyer

Raises a service request for an installed machine

Your website

Links the ticket to the serial number, assigns an engineer and sends status updates on WhatsApp.

Today

Your sales team spends hours emailing the same PDFs and drawings to every new enquiry.

Once it’s wired properly

Each product page holds its current datasheet, CAD files and test certificates, and buyers download them themselves.

Today

Stock levels live in Tally or your ERP, so dealers phone the office and wait for someone to look it up.

Once it’s wired properly

Dealers log in and see live stock by warehouse, with their own prices and a reorder button.

Today

Enquiries come by email and WhatsApp without quantities, drawings or delivery locations, so quoting takes days.

Once it’s wired properly

A structured RFQ form collects quantity, drawing, material and delivery port before it reaches your estimator.

Today

Overseas buyers judge capacity from your website, and an old brochure site makes a large plant look like a workshop.

Once it’s wired properly

Clear plant, capacity, quality and certification pages show buyers what you can deliver before the first call.

You receive
An RFQ form, an internal quoting queue and PDF quotes in your format
On the shop floor
A buyer adds three parts to an RFQ list, attaches a drawing and gets a reference number by email.
Function F5

Export website in multiple languages

Separate language versions with proper hreflang tags so each one can rank in its own country. Units, currencies and contact details adjust by region.

You receive
Language versions reviewed by translators you approve
On the shop floor
A German buyer lands on the German page for your castings, sees metric units and an EU sales contact.
Function F6

Service tickets and warranty

Customers register machines by serial number and raise service requests with photos. Tickets go to the right engineer and customers see the status.

You receive
A service desk with machine registry, ticket tracking and WhatsApp or email updates
On the shop floor
A plant in Hosur reports a fault on a CNC machine, attaches a video and gets a visit slot the next morning.
Function F7

Production and sales dashboards

Screens that pull numbers from your ERP, Tally or shop-floor sheets into one view. Owners see orders, dispatches and pending RFQs without asking around.

You receive
A dashboard with daily orders, dispatch status and RFQ conversion
On the shop floor
The owner opens the dashboard at 9 am and sees yesterday's dispatches, delayed orders and quotes awaiting approval.
Function F8

Search visibility for products

Product and category pages built so Google can read specs, part numbers and applications. Structured data and clean URLs help buyers find you by the terms they type.

You receive
Product schema, sitemaps and category pages written around real search terms
On the shop floor
An engineer searching a specific bearing part number lands on your own product page.

Six checks everyfactory website must pass.

Buyers test your site the way your QC team tests a part. We build to pass all six. Pick a part to put it under the probe.

Spec-based filtersEngineers search by dimensions, material and rating, and a plain category list makes them leave.

Downloadable datasheets and CADDesigners need files to place your part in their design before they ask for a quote.

Customer-specific pricing behind loginDealers and key accounts have negotiated prices that must never appear to others.

Structured RFQ formComplete enquiries let your estimators quote quickly without chasing missing details.

Certification and quality pagesBuyers, especially overseas, check ISO, CE or BIS marks and test facilities before shortlisting a supplier.

Multilingual pages with hreflangExport buyers search in their own language, and each version needs to rank in its own market.

  3. No changes to your ERP without approvalWe read from your ERP first and only write back to it after your accounts team signs off.
  4. Fixed scope before work startsThe SKU count, integrations and languages are written into the quote, so the price does not drift.

Questions from theshop floor and sales desk.

Search the answers or filter by topic. Ask us anything that is not here.

Getting startedOur product data is messy. Can we still start?

Yes. Most manufacturers have specs spread across Excel, PDFs and people's heads. We start with an audit, tell you what is missing and clean the data in batches. AI helps with the repetitive cleanup and a person checks every batch.

Getting startedDo we need a dealer portal and a public website together?

No. Many clients start with the public catalogue and add the portal later. We plan the product data so the portal can reuse it without a rebuild.

Cost & timeWhat makes a manufacturing website cost more?

The number of SKUs and attributes, live ERP integration, customer-specific pricing and the number of languages. A catalogue fed by Excel uploads is much smaller than one with live two-way sync. We give you a fixed quote within 48 hours of the first call.

Cost & timeHow long does a dealer portal take?

A portal with price lists, stock view and ordering usually takes 6 to 10 weeks. Credit limits, approval chains and live ERP sync add time. We agree the scope and timeline before work starts.

TechnicalWill dealer orders reach our Tally or ERP without retyping?

Yes. We can read stock, ledgers and invoices from Tally through its XML interface or a connector, or work from scheduled exports. The right method depends on your Tally version and where it runs.

TechnicalCan buyers view CAD files in the browser?

Yes, for common formats we can show a 3D preview on the product page and offer STEP, IGES or DWG downloads. You can choose to ask for an email before a download so your sales team gets a lead.

TechnicalHow do the language versions rank abroad?

Each language gets its own URLs and hreflang tags, following Google's guidance for multilingual sites. We recommend human review of machine translations, especially for technical terms and safety text.

After launchWho adds new products after launch?

Your team can add products through an admin panel or by uploading a spreadsheet in the agreed format. On a care plan, we can handle bulk additions for you.

After launchWhat happens if the ERP sync fails?

The site keeps showing the last good data and we get an alert. On a care plan, we look at sync failures within one working day.

After launchCan we see which companies download our files?

Yes, when downloads ask for an email or come from logged-in users. Reports show downloads by product and company, and you decide what consent text buyers see.
