Tech library

Thirty tools,one sheet each.

Pick a shelf, then a tile. Each sheet says what the tool is, when we choose it, when we don't and which of our services use it.

What runs in your customer's browser: pages, buttons, forms and layout.

Frontend · 1 of 5

React

A popular library for building screens out of small reusable parts, such as a product card or a booking form.

When we choose it

Dashboards, portals and apps with many interactive screens, especially when an app will share code with the website.

When we don't

A five-page brochure site, where a CMS gets you live sooner and your team can edit it.

Frontend · 2 of 5

Next.js

A framework on top of React that prepares pages on the server, so they open fast and search engines can read them.

When we choose it

Public sites and stores that must rank on Google, and products where marketing pages and the app live together.

When we don't

Internal tools behind a login, where search visibility does not matter and plain React is simpler.

Frontend · 3 of 5

Vue / Nuxt

Vue is another library for building screens, and Nuxt does for Vue what Next.js does for React.

When we choose it

When your existing product or in-house team already works in Vue, so we extend it instead of starting over.

When we don't

New projects with no Vue history, where React has the larger pool of developers you can hire later.

Frontend · 4 of 5

TypeScript

JavaScript with labels on every piece of data, so many mistakes are caught while coding instead of by your customers.

When we choose it

Almost every app or portal we build, front end and back end, because it makes later changes safer.

When we don't

A tiny script or a theme tweak, where the setup is more work than the safety it adds.

Frontend · 5 of 5

Tailwind CSS

A styling toolkit that keeps spacing, colours and type consistent with your design system.

When we choose it

Custom designs built from a design system, where every button and gap must match the agreed look.

When we don't

Shopify or WordPress themes that already ship their own styling, where adding it would mean two systems.

The rules behind the screen: logins, prices, approvals and payments.

Backend · 1 of 4

Node.js / NestJS

Node.js runs JavaScript on the server. NestJS adds a clear structure for APIs, roles and background jobs.

When we choose it

APIs that serve a website, an app and an admin together, and anything with live updates such as order tracking.

When we don't

Heavy number-crunching or AI pipelines, where Python has better libraries.

Backend · 2 of 4

Python / Django / FastAPI

Python is the main language of data and AI work. Django gives a complete web framework and FastAPI a lean, fast API.

When we choose it

AI features, document processing, reports from large data sets, and admin-heavy back offices built on Django.

When we don't

A simple store or content site, where a ready platform does the job with far less code to maintain.

Backend · 3 of 4

PHP / Laravel

Laravel is a well-organised PHP framework with login, roles, queues and emails built in.

When we choose it

Portals and back offices on a sensible budget, and businesses that want PHP hosting and developers that are easy to find locally.

When we don't

Real-time features with thousands of live connections, where Node.js or Go fits better.

Backend · 4 of 4

Go

A compiled language from Google that handles a lot of traffic on modest servers.

When we choose it

The busiest single part of a system, such as a tracking feed, a pricing engine or a file processor.

When we don't

The first version of most products, where development speed in Node.js or Laravel matters more.

How we build apps for Android and iPhone.

Mobile · 1 of 3

Flutter

A toolkit from Google that builds the Android and iPhone apps from one codebase, with the same look on both.

When we choose it

Most business apps: bookings, ordering, loyalty, field staff and dealer apps.

When we don't

Apps that lean on the newest phone features on launch day, such as advanced camera or watch features.

Mobile · 2 of 3

React Native

Builds Android and iPhone apps with React, the same library many websites use.

When we choose it

When your website or team already uses React, so logic and people can be shared between web and app.

When we don't

Teams with no React background, where Flutter is usually quicker to get right.

Mobile · 3 of 3

Swift / Kotlin (native)

The official languages for iPhone (Swift) and Android (Kotlin), written separately for each platform.

When we choose it

Apps that depend on deep phone features: Bluetooth devices, heavy camera work, widgets or offline sync at scale.

When we don't

Most first versions, because two separate apps roughly double the build and upkeep.

Where your records live, and the AI models that read and write with them.

Data & AI · 1 of 6

PostgreSQL

An open-source database known for keeping related records consistent, from invoices to bookings.

When we choose it

Our default for apps and portals, and for AI search through the pgvector extension.

When we don't

When a platform such as Shopify already stores the data for you.

Data & AI · 2 of 6

MySQL

The open-source database behind WordPress, WooCommerce and many PHP applications.

When we choose it

WordPress and WooCommerce sites, Laravel projects on shared hosting, and existing systems already on MySQL.

When we don't

New apps with complex reporting or AI search, where PostgreSQL gives more room.

Data & AI · 3 of 6

MongoDB

A database that stores flexible documents instead of fixed tables.

When we choose it

Data whose shape changes a lot, such as event logs, form builders or catalogues with very different attributes.

When we don't

Money, stock and anything that must add up exactly, where a table-based database is safer.

Data & AI · 4 of 6

Redis

Very fast in-memory storage used for caching, queues and short-lived data like OTPs.

When we choose it

Busy apps where the same data is read again and again, and background jobs like sending invoices.

When we don't

Small sites with light traffic, where it adds a moving part without a visible gain.

Data & AI · 5 of 6

OpenAI / Claude APIs

Paid access to large language models that read, summarise, sort and draft text on request.

When we choose it

Answering questions from your documents, drafting replies, reading invoices and summarising long records.

When we don't

Decisions that must be exactly right every time, like tax maths, which normal code does better.

Data & AI · 6 of 6

Vector search / RAG

A way to find the right passages in your documents and hand them to the AI model, so answers come from your material.

When we choose it

Assistants that must quote your price list, policies or manuals, with links back to the source.

When we don't

When you have only a page or two of information, which fits straight into the prompt.

Where everything runs, and how changes reach it safely.

Cloud & DevOps · 1 of 6

AWS

Amazon's cloud: rented servers, databases and storage, with regions in Mumbai and Hyderabad.

When we choose it

Apps and portals that need servers, managed databases and backups, kept in India when your data should stay here.

When we don't

Simple sites, where a managed host or Vercel is cheaper and needs less looking after.

Cloud & DevOps · 2 of 6

Google Cloud

Google's cloud, which includes Firebase for app sign-in and push notifications, with regions in Mumbai and Delhi.

When we choose it

Mobile apps using Firebase, and AI or data work that fits Google's tools.

When we don't

When your company already runs everything on AWS, since two clouds mean two bills to watch.

Cloud & DevOps · 3 of 6

Vercel

Hosting made for Next.js, with a preview link for every change before it goes live.

When we choose it

Marketing sites and the public front of products built in Next.js.

When we don't

Long-running back-end jobs and databases, which we keep on AWS or Google Cloud.

Cloud & DevOps · 4 of 6

Cloudflare

A network that sits in front of your site to cache pages, block attacks and manage your domain's DNS.

When we choose it

Nearly every site we look after, for speed, free SSL and protection from bot traffic.

When we don't

Rarely skipped; Shopify stores already get similar protection from Shopify itself.

Cloud & DevOps · 5 of 6

Docker

Packs an application with everything it needs, so it runs the same on a laptop, a test server and the live server.

When we choose it

Custom apps with several parts, and any project where you want to be able to switch hosting providers.

When we don't

WordPress on managed hosting or Shopify, where the platform handles this.

Cloud & DevOps · 6 of 6

GitHub Actions

Automatic checks and releases that run every time code changes in your GitHub repository.

When we choose it

Every custom codebase we hand over, so tests run before anything reaches your customers.

When we don't

Theme-only Shopify work, where there is little code to test.

Ready platforms for selling online and editing content.

Commerce & CMS · 1 of 6

Shopify

A hosted store platform: products, checkout, orders and hosting in one monthly plan.

When we choose it

Brands that want to sell soon, with little server work, and with apps for reviews, COD checks and shipping.

When we don't

Complex B2B pricing per dealer, or catalogues where the plan and app fees outweigh the convenience.

Used inCommerce
Commerce & CMS · 2 of 6

WooCommerce

A free, open-source store plugin for WordPress that you host yourself.

When we choose it

Stores that also need a content-heavy site, custom rules, or no monthly platform fee.

When we don't

Owners who do not want to think about hosting, updates and security at all.

Commerce & CMS · 3 of 6

WordPress

The most widely used open-source system for websites, with an editor most teams already know.

When we choose it

Company sites, blogs and lead-generation sites your marketing team updates every week.

When we don't

Apps with logins, dashboards and complex data, which belong in a proper framework.

Commerce & CMS · 4 of 6

Strapi / Sanity (headless CMS)

An editing panel that stores content separately from the design, so one text can feed a site, an app and more.

When we choose it

Next.js sites that need fast pages plus easy editing, and content shared across several channels.

When we don't

Small teams that want plugins and themes ready to install, where WordPress is simpler.

Commerce & CMS · 5 of 6

Razorpay / Cashfree / PayU

Indian payment gateways for UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets and EMI, with settlements to your bank account.

When we choose it

Any site or app that takes money in India; we compare their fees and payout timing for your case.

When we don't

Cross-border subscriptions billed in dollars, which may need a different provider.

Commerce & CMS · 6 of 6

Shiprocket

A shipping aggregator that books pickups with several courier companies from one panel.

When we choose it

Stores shipping a few to a few hundred orders a day to many pincodes, including COD.

When we don't

Brands with their own courier contracts or warehouse software, where we connect those instead.

How we pick technology

Four gatesevery tool must pass.

A candidate has to pass all four. Pick one and watch where it drops out, or whether it makes it to your project.

Candidates

  1. 1You own the code

Code sits in a repository under your account, and hosting, domain and database are in your name. If you ever leave us, nothing is held back.

Could you hand this to another team tomorrow?
  2. 2Proven over trendy

We pick tools that have been in wide use for years and have long-term support. New tools earn a place once they have shown they last.

Will this still be maintained in five years?
  3. 3Easy to hire for later

You should be able to find developers for your stack in any Indian city, so your next hire or next agency can pick it up.

Can you find people who know this?
  4. 4Low running cost

We size hosting and paid services to your real traffic and avoid stacking monthly subscriptions you will not use.

Is the monthly bill sized to today's use?

Before you choose, questions owners ask us.

Search, or filter by topic. If your setup is unusual, ask us on the free call.

Getting startedCan you work with the technology we already have?

Yes. We start by reading your current code and hosting setup, then tell you plainly what is worth keeping. Most of the time we extend what you have instead of rebuilding it.

Getting startedDo I need to understand any of this to work with you?

No. We explain each choice in business terms: what it costs to run, how fast it is to build and who can maintain it. You approve the stack in the written quote before work starts.

TechnicalWill we be locked in to WebCrea?

No. The code lives in a GitHub or GitLab repository under your account, and hosting, domain and payment gateway accounts are in your name. We use common, open tools so another team can take over.

TechnicalWhy not use the newest framework everyone is talking about?

New tools often change quickly, break older code and have few developers who know them. We use a newer tool only when it solves a real problem for you and has a track record behind it.

TechnicalCan our data be hosted in India?

Yes. AWS has regions in Mumbai and Hyderabad, and Google Cloud has regions in Mumbai and Delhi. For apps that hold customer data we usually host there; check with your adviser if a specific law applies to your sector.

TechnicalCan you migrate us from one platform to another?

Yes. Common moves are WordPress to a headless setup, WooCommerce to Shopify or the reverse, and old PHP apps to Laravel. We move products, customers, orders and old URLs, and redirect the old addresses so search rankings carry over.

Cost & timeWhich stack is cheapest?

It depends on what you build. For a simple site, WordPress or a static Next.js site on low-cost hosting is cheapest to run. For apps, the cheapest stack is the one your next developer can maintain without a rewrite.

Cost & timeDo these tools have licence fees?

Most of the frameworks and databases here are free and open source. Platforms such as Shopify, cloud hosting, AI model usage and payment gateways charge fees, and we list each one in the quote.

After launchWho maintains the technology after launch?

You choose. We offer monthly care plans for updates, backups and fixes, billed monthly and cancellable anytime. Or we hand over the code, documentation and access to your own team.

After launchWhat happens when a tool we use stops being supported?

We watch end-of-life dates for the versions in your stack and plan upgrades before support ends. On a care plan this is part of the routine; otherwise we tell you in advance and quote the work.
