Four kinds of site we look after.Pick the one like yours.

The drawing changes shape with your site, and so does the care plan.

What we take over

We take over updates, backups and security, and handle your content and banner changes when you send them on WhatsApp.

Four tickets we close for good.Tear one off.

These are the problems people bring us. Tear the stub to close a ticket and read what changes on a care plan.

Ticket #4120Open

Our developer left and nobody knows the site

Logins are scattered, the hosting renewal is a mystery and small changes take weeks.

All access is documented in your name, and one team handles every request with a known turnaround.

Ticket #4127Open

I am scared to click update

The last plugin update broke the layout, so updates have been skipped for months.

Updates are tested on a staging copy first, applied with a fresh backup in place, and rolled back if anything breaks.

Ticket #4134Open

We found out the site was down from a customer

Nobody noticed the outage or the expired SSL certificate until someone called.

Uptime and SSL are checked every few minutes, and we are alerted and working on it before most customers notice.

Ticket #4141Open

Small changes cost too much and take too long

Every price update or new banner turns into a separate quote and a week of back and forth.

Your plan includes monthly hours for small changes, which you request on WhatsApp and we complete within the agreed time.

What the plan includes

Eight routines, sorted by when.Open any compartment.

Like a weekly organiser for your website. Each lid says how often it happens; open it to see what you get.

Care plan · your site
Compartment 1 · Every month

Core, theme and plugin updates

We update your CMS, theme, plugins and app dependencies on a regular schedule. Each update is tried on a staging copy before it touches the live site.

You receive
Monthly update log listing every version change and any issue found
For example
A WooCommerce update that clashes with your GST invoice plugin is caught on staging and held back until the plugin author releases a fix.

Care agreementFiled with your plan

Your plan states how fast we respond to critical, urgent and routine requests, and we report against it.

We test-restore your backups regularly, so a backup is known to work before you ever need it.

Every significant update is tried on a staging copy first, with a rollback ready.

If your site is hacked while on a care plan, cleanup and hardening are part of the plan.

Hosting, domain, code and accounts stay yours, and the full access record is handed over if you leave.

Plans are billed monthly with no lock-in, and we help you hand over cleanly if you move on.

Before you hand over your site, the usual questions.

Search, or filter by topic. If your question is not here, ask us on the call.

Getting startedDo you take over sites built by other agencies?

Yes. Taking over sites built by other teams is a normal part of this work. The health check in the first week tells us how the site was built and what needs fixing before routine care begins.

Getting startedWhich platforms do you support?

WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Webflow and custom apps built on common stacks such as Laravel, Node.js and React. If your site uses something unusual, we will tell you after the health check whether we can support it well.

Getting startedWhat happens in the first month?

We collect access, set up backups and monitoring, and clear any backlog of updates and urgent security issues. Some plans include a one-time onboarding effort when the site has been neglected for a long time, which we quote upfront.

Cost & timeWhat decides the monthly plan price?

The type and size of your site, how many change hours you need, how fast you need responses, and whether you need a dedicated developer. A small brochure site needs a much lighter plan than a busy store or custom portal.

Cost & timeWhat if I use more change hours than my plan includes?

We tell you before going over and give a time estimate for the extra work. You can approve it at the agreed hourly rate, wait until next month, or move to a larger plan.

TechnicalWhere are backups stored?

Backups go to cloud storage separate from your hosting, so a server failure does not take them down too. We keep thirty days of daily backups by default and can keep them longer if needed.

TechnicalWhat counts as a small change?

Text and image edits, new pages using existing templates, banners, menu changes, form fields and simple plugin settings. New features, redesigns or new integrations are quoted separately with a fixed scope and price.

TechnicalWhat do you do when the site goes down?

Monitoring alerts our team, we find the cause, and we restore service by fixing the issue or rolling back to a backup. We then message you with what happened and what we changed to prevent it repeating.

After launchCan I cancel the plan?

Yes. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime. We hand over all access details, the latest backup and notes on the site so the next team can continue.

After launchDo you provide email and hosting?

We can set up and manage hosting and business email through providers like Google Workspace or Zoho Mail. The accounts are always created in your name and billed to you, so you keep control.
