What we build

Eight parts, playedas one firm system.

Each key is one part of what we build for your firm. Press a key, or let the whole octave play through.

Key 1 of 8 · public website

Practice-area pages

One page for each service or area of law, written factually around the questions clients search for. Each page explains scope, process and the documents a client should prepare.

You getPractice-area pages with internal links to related articles
For example

A page on GST notices explains the notice types your firm handles and what a client should bring to the first meeting.

Key 2 of 8 · public website

People and team pages

Profiles for partners and senior staff with qualifications, memberships and areas of work. They help clients and Google understand who stands behind the advice.

You getIndividual profile pages with structured data
For example

A partner's page lists her ICAI membership, years in indirect tax and recent articles she wrote.

Key 3 of 8 · public website

Articles and updates that rank

A publishing system for budget updates, compliance calendars and explainers. AI helps with outlines and formatting and your professionals write and approve the substance.

You getAn article library with categories, author bylines and a newsletter signup
For example

An article on new TDS rules goes live on budget day with the author's name and a review date.

Key 4 of 8 · client tools

Consultation booking and payment

Clients choose a professional, a meeting type and a slot, and pay online if you charge a fee. Calendar invites and reminders go out automatically.

You getA booking page linked to your calendars and payment gateway
For example

A startup founder books a 45-minute call on ESOP structuring and pays by UPI before the meeting is confirmed.

Key 5 of 8 · client tools

Secure client portal

Each client logs in to upload documents, see requests from your team and download deliverables. Access is limited by client and staff role, and every action is logged.

You getA portal with document folders, requests, audit logs and two-step login
For example

A client in Pune uploads March bank statements against a pending request, and the assigned article assistant is notified.

Key 6 of 8 · client tools

Proposal and engagement automation

Your team picks services, enters fees and the system builds a proposal or engagement letter from approved text. Clients accept online and the record is saved.

You getA proposal builder with templates, e-acceptance and status tracking
For example

A manager creates a statutory audit proposal for a new company in ten minutes and sees when the client opens it.

Key 7 of 8 · client tools

Client CRM and compliance tracker

A simple CRM tracks enquiries, active clients and recurring deadlines. Staff see who owes documents and which filings are due this week.

You getA CRM with lead stages, client records and due-date reminders
For example

On the 5th of the month, the system lists clients whose GSTR-1 data has not arrived and sends them a reminder.

Key 8 of 8 · public website

Local and topic search visibility

We set up your pages so Google can understand your firm, offices and areas of work. Location pages help for searches like a CA firm in a specific city.

You getOrganisation and person schema, office pages and profile checks
For example

A business owner searching 'company law advice Hyderabad' finds your firm's practice page and office details.

Non-negotiables

Six things every firmsite must get right.

Accept the disclaimer to enter the sample firm site, then follow the pins. Each one marks a feature your profession usually expects.

  1. Prospects need to see what you handle, and professional rules usually expect a factual, informative tone.

  2. Clients choose the person as much as the firm, and credentials build trust with search engines too.

  3. Financial and legal documents are sensitive, and WhatsApp is a poor place to store them.

  4. Partner time is the firm's main asset, and missed meetings waste it.

  5. Many professional bodies expect a disclaimer that the site is for information and does not solicit work.

  6. You must be able to show who viewed or downloaded a client's file if a question ever comes up.

The rules to check

ICAI and the Bar Council of India restrict how members advertise, and law firm websites typically need a disclaimer and must avoid soliciting work, so confirm the current rules with your professional body or adviser before launch. Client documents carry personal data under the DPDP Act and are often confidential, so agree storage location and retention with your adviser.

Content reviewed by you before publishing

Nothing about your services or people goes live until a qualified person at your firm approves it.

No claims your rules forbid

We avoid testimonials, success claims and comparisons that professional bodies commonly restrict, and flag anything that needs your adviser's view.

Client data hosted in India where possible

We pick hosting and storage regions with you and document where client files are kept.

Access is logged

Every login, upload and download in the portal is recorded so you can answer who saw what.

Fixed scope and price

Pages, portal features and integrations are agreed in writing before work starts.

You own everything

Code, domain, hosting accounts and all client data stay in your firm's name.

Questions firms askbefore they call us.

Search, or filter by topic. Rules, security, portals and articles are all here.

Getting startedAre CA and law firms allowed to have websites?

Yes, both ICAI and the Bar Council of India permit websites within limits on what they may contain. Rules have changed over time and differ in detail, so we ask you to confirm the current guidelines with your professional body or adviser. We design content to be factual and informative.

Getting startedCan we start with just the website and add the portal later?

Yes. Many firms launch the website first and add the portal once the team is ready. We plan the logins and data structure so the portal fits in without a rebuild.

Cost & timeWhat makes a professional services site larger?

The number of practice areas and people, a client portal with roles and audit logs, proposal automation and integrations with your practice software. A five-page firm site is a much smaller job than a multi-office portal.

Cost & timeWho writes the practice-area content?

We draft it from interviews with your team and public sources, and your professionals check every line. Technical accuracy and compliance stay with your firm, since you sign off on advice.

TechnicalHow secure is the client portal?

We use encrypted connections, encrypted storage, two-step login, role-based access and activity logs. We also set file-type limits and run regular backups. We document the setup so you can share it with clients who ask.

TechnicalCan clients sign engagement letters online?

Yes, through an e-sign service or a click-to-accept record, depending on the document. For documents where the form of signature matters legally, check with your adviser which method suits.

TechnicalWill it work with our practice management software?

Many tools offer exports or APIs we can connect to. We check your software in the first week and tell you what can sync and what stays manual.

After launchHow often should we publish articles?

Steady, accurate articles on topics your clients search for matter more than volume. Many firms manage two to four a month, with timely pieces around the Union Budget, GST council meetings or new judgements.

After launchWhat happens when a staff member leaves?

An admin removes their access in one step and their files and records stay with the firm. Logs show what they accessed before leaving.

After launchCan we update the team page ourselves?

Yes, through the admin panel. On a care plan, we can make those updates for you within one working day.

Spend less time chasing documents and more time advising

Tell us how your clients share documents today, and we will propose a safer way for your firm.
