Who we climb with

Where you are on the climbdecides the first build.

Four base camps, from a bare idea to a live product adding AI. Pick your camp to see what we do from there.

Camp 1 · Idea → Tested MVP

A non-technical founder with an idea

We cut the idea down to the smallest product that tests demand and build it with you in weeks.

Camp 2 · Seed round → Product + tech team

A funded seed-stage startup

We act as your senior tech team until you hire, building the product and setting up the engineering basics.

Camp 3 · First customers → Paid plans

A SaaS company with early customers

We add billing, team roles, usage analytics and an admin panel so you can charge and support customers properly.

Camp 4 · Live product → AI features

A product team adding AI

We build AI features such as document extraction, search and assistants, with cost controls and human review where it matters.

The shaky blocks

Four blocks foundersbring to the first call.

Each one makes the whole product wobble. Pull a block to see the problem, then watch a solid block slide into its place.

Block 1 of 4 · pulled out

Our agency built it and nobody understands the code

The first version works, but there are no docs, no tests and the code lives in someone else's account.

Solid block in its place · Code in your GitHub

Your code sits in your own GitHub with tests, docs and a setup guide any developer can follow.

Block 2 of 4 · pulled out

We spent months building before any user saw it

Features piled up while the core question, whether people will pay, stayed unanswered.

Solid block in its place · Real users in weeks

Real users try the product within weeks and you decide the next build from what they actually do.

Block 3 of 4 · pulled out

We cannot hire a CTO yet

You need senior technical decisions now but cannot afford or find a full-time CTO.

Solid block in its place · A fractional senior team

A fractional senior team makes architecture, hiring and vendor decisions with you and documents them.

Block 4 of 4 · pulled out

Billing and plans are held together by spreadsheets

You invoice manually, track plan limits by hand and chase failed payments over email.

Solid block in its place · Billing runs on its own

Subscriptions, GST invoices, plan limits and failed-payment retries run on their own.

What we build

Eight things inyour product's dock.

Launch site, MVP, dashboard, billing, analytics, AI, product-led SEO and a senior team. Hover the dock and click an app to open it.

Launch website1 of 8

A fast marketing site that explains the problem, the product and pricing, with a waitlist or signup. It is built so you can edit pages and publish without a developer.

You get

A launch site with CMS, analytics, waitlist and SEO basics

Example

A fintech founder launches a waitlist page two weeks before the MVP and collects early signups from target users.

MVP in weeks2 of 8

We scope the one workflow that proves your idea and build it end to end with login, data and the core screens. Everything else waits until users ask for it.

You get

A working MVP in production with real user accounts

Example

A logistics startup's MVP lets small shippers in Surat book a pickup and track it, and nothing else.

SaaS dashboard and admin3 of 8

The logged-in product with team workspaces, roles and permissions, settings and an internal admin panel for your support team.

You get

Multi-tenant dashboard, role controls and an admin console

Example

An HR SaaS lets a company admin invite managers who see only their own team's leave and attendance.

Subscription billing4 of 8

Plans, trials, upgrades, usage limits and invoices through Razorpay, Stripe or another provider. GST details and invoice numbering follow Indian requirements for domestic customers.

You get

Billing flows, plan enforcement and automated invoices

Example

A customer upgrades from the starter plan mid-month, pays the prorated amount by card and gets a GST invoice.

Product analytics5 of 8

Event tracking for signups, activation steps and feature use, with dashboards you can read without a data team.

You get

An event plan, tracking code and an activation funnel dashboard

Example

You see how many trial users connected their first data source within a day and where the rest dropped off.

AI product features6 of 8

Features built on large language models such as extraction, summaries, search over your data and assistants. We add evaluation tests, cost limits and fallbacks so results stay reliable.

You get

A working AI feature with test cases, usage caps and logging

Example

A legal-tech MVP extracts parties, dates and amounts from uploaded contracts and asks a user to confirm uncertain fields.

Product-led SEO7 of 8

Pages that grow search traffic from your product itself, such as templates, calculators, integration pages and comparison guides. Each page is useful on its own and follows Google's guidance on helpful content.

You get

A set of programmatic or tool pages with a content plan

Example

An invoicing SaaS publishes a free GST invoice generator that ranks and invites users to save invoices in the product.

Fractional senior tech team8 of 8

A senior engineer and product lead join your planning, review architecture, set up CI and security, and help you hire. We work in your tools and your Slack.

You get

Weekly planning, architecture notes, and hiring support

Example

We review three candidate developers' take-home tasks with you and recommend who to hire for the backend.

  3. Indian business customers need valid tax invoices to claim input credit.

  4. Without activation data you cannot tell which features matter or why trials fail.

  5. Early customers forgive missing features far more easily than lost data or silent failures.

Rules to check with your adviser

SaaS products handling personal data in India fall under the DPDP Act, which covers consent, data requests and breach reporting, and fintech or health products may also face RBI, SEBI or health data rules. Recurring card and UPI payments follow RBI e-mandate rules handled through your payment provider, so check your specific obligations with your adviser.

The deal, both sides

Six things from you,six promises from us.

Pull the zip down. Each thing you bring locks into a promise we make, which is how a small team ships fast without surprises.

Any existing code, designs or research, with access to the repositories

We commitAI costs you can see

AI features ship with usage limits and cost dashboards so a busy month does not surprise you.

You bring

Your pricing idea, even if rough, so billing can match it

We commitFixed scope and price per phase

Each phase has an agreed scope and price before work starts, with payments tied to milestones.

Founders usually askthese first.

Search, or filter by topic. NDAs, equity, stack, AI and handover are covered.

Getting startedI am a non-technical founder. Can I work with you?

Yes. We explain choices in plain language and write down every important decision. You focus on users and the business, and we handle the technical side with you.

Getting startedCan we protect my idea before we share details?

Yes, we are happy to sign a mutual NDA before you share details. The contract also states that all code and IP belong to your company.

Cost & timeHow long does an MVP take?

Most MVPs we scope take 6 to 12 weeks. A single workflow on web is at the shorter end, while mobile apps, marketplaces or complex AI push it longer. We fix the scope before starting so the timeline is clear.

Cost & timeDo you take equity instead of fees?

We work on fixed fees per phase, paid against milestones. That keeps the relationship simple and leaves your cap table for investors and your team.

TechnicalWhich tech stack do you use?

We choose widely used tools that are easy to hire for, often TypeScript with React or Next.js, Node or Python on the backend and PostgreSQL. We avoid unusual choices that would make your future hiring harder.

TechnicalHow do you use AI in development?

AI helps us write boilerplate, tests and migrations faster. Senior engineers design the architecture and review every change before it merges, so you get speed without unreviewed code.

TechnicalIs our customer data safe in AI features?

We use providers and settings that do not train on your data where that option exists, and we limit what data each feature sends. For regulated data, we document the flow so you can review it with your adviser.

After launchWhat happens when we hire our own developers?

We hand over with written docs, recorded walkthroughs and paired sessions. We can stay on part-time during the transition or step back completely.

After launchCan you stay on as our tech team after launch?

Yes, on a monthly plan billed monthly that you can cancel anytime. It covers a set number of hours for features, fixes and technical advice.

After launchWill you help with investor technical due diligence?

Yes. We can prepare architecture notes, security practices and a code walkthrough for investors' technical reviewers.
