Professional services · Booking & consults

Clients pick the right professional, choose a slot that is genuinely free and pay before the meeting is confirmed. A GST invoice, a calendar invite and a video link go out without anyone at your desk lifting a finger.

↓Each loop books a different consult across time zones: pick, find a free time, pay, then everything goes out

In plain words

Booking & consults,explained without jargon.

How does paid consultation booking work?

One idea at a time. Each sheet lays over the last, so the picture builds up. Tap a number to jump.

Think of it like this

It is like a clinic's appointment counter that also takes the fee and hands over the receipt, open at any hour.

01 / 04

A visitor chooses the type of meeting, such as a 30-minute tax query or a one-hour contract review.

02 / 04

The page shows only the slots that are free in that professional's real calendar.

03 / 04

The visitor pays by UPI, card or net banking, and the booking is confirmed only after payment succeeds.

04 / 04

Your system then issues a GST invoice, sends invites with a video link and schedules reminders.

An example

Picture a business like yours,in three frames.

A typical situation, not a client story. The line in each frame goes from tangled to straight as the work is done.

Signs you need it

Heard yourself say this?Count how many fit.

Five things owners tell us before a project like this starts. Every one you recognise adds a tally mark.

What you receive

Six parts, all handed over to you.

Your Booking & consults work is made of these six parts. The comb lights each one in turn; tap a cell to read it.

Meeting types and intake forms

Separate options for each kind of consult, with duration, fee, mode and a short intake form. Clients describe the matter and attach a document before the call.

  • Meeting types and intake forms
  • Live calendar availability
  • Online payment before confirmation
  • GST invoices and receipts
  • Invites, video links and reminders
  • Rescheduling and refund rules
The decision

The question we hear most:Charge for the first consultation or keep it free?

The board turns through each option. Tap one to hold it and read the trade-off.

Pick this when

Your first meeting includes real advice and partner time is in demand.

The trade-off

Some prospects who are only comparing firms will not book.

How it runs

Four legs of one relay, about 4 weeks, start to finish.

Each leg is sized by how long it usually takes. Watch the baton go round, or tap a leg to jump there.

Common mistakes

Four things that trip a project, and the fix we fit instead.

Each fuse is a mistake we see often. Watch it blow and get replaced, or tap a fuse to read the fix.

Trips when

Showing slots from a calendar nobody keeps current

How we avoid it

Connect the calendar each professional actually uses and block personal time there.

What shapes the quote

Four factors, four corners of your project.

Each corner grows when that factor is on the larger side. The outline is your project's footprint, and the quote follows it.

Footprint

A compact project. The smallest footprint for your quote.

Cost & timeHow soon can clients book paid consults, and what changes the price?

A simple setup for a few professionals takes two to three weeks. Cost grows with the number of professionals, meeting types, invoicing integrations and intake rules. Expect a fixed quote within two working days of our call.

Getting startedWhich payment methods can clients use?

Through gateways such as Razorpay or Cashfree, clients can usually pay by UPI, cards, net banking and some wallets. International cards need to be enabled on your gateway account. The gateway account is opened in your firm's name.

In IndiaDo consultation fees need a GST invoice?

If your firm is GST-registered, professional services generally attract GST and need a tax invoice. Legal services have their own rules in some cases, such as reverse charge for certain business clients. Check the treatment with your tax adviser and we set the invoice format accordingly.

Getting startedCan a law firm charge for consultations online under Bar Council rules?

Advocates commonly charge for consultations, and an online booking page that states factual fees and timings is usually treated as information. Avoid promotional language around it. Confirm with your adviser or Bar Council guidance before going live.

Getting startedWhat happens if a client cancels or does not show up?

Your cancellation policy is shown before payment and applied automatically. Refunds within your window can be triggered from the dashboard, and no-shows can be marked so the fee is kept as per policy.

Getting startedCan clients from abroad book with us?

Yes. Slots are shown in the visitor's time zone and payments can accept international cards if your gateway allows them. Video links work the same for clients anywhere.

OwnershipWho owns client consultation records and payment history?

Your firm owns the booking records, client details and payment account. Data sits in your systems, and you control who on your team can see it.

After launchWhat support do we get after going live?

We monitor the first weeks closely and fix issues within 1 working day. On a care plan we also add meeting types, change fees and keep integrations updated when providers change their systems.
