/after every stay
We set up a simple, fair way to ask every guest for a review and to reply to what they say. Your team sees reviews from Google and booking sites in one place and answers them in your own voice.
↓Every checkout drops into the same review request; low ratings alert a manager, who replies by the guide
Reviews & reputation,explained without jargon.
What does review and reputation management mean for a hotel or restaurant?
One idea at a time. Each sheet lays over the last, so the picture builds up. Tap a number to jump.
It is like a manager who walks the floor every evening, asks each table how the meal was and remembers to thank them.
It is the routine of asking guests for feedback after they stay or dine, replying to the reviews they leave and learning from what they say.
The asking happens through a short message with a direct link to your review page.
Replies are drafted by your team, often with help from templates, and posted on Google and the booking sites where guests found you.
The goal is a steady flow of recent, genuine reviews and visible, polite responses.

Five things owners tell us before a project like this starts. Every one you recognise adds a tally mark.
Tap the lines you have said this year.
One fits. Worth a short call to see if Reviews & reputation is the right fix.
Two fit. A short call will tell you whether to do this now or later.
Three fit. This is probably worth planning soon.
Four fit. You are losing time to this already.
All five. This page was written for you.
Six parts, all handed over to you.
Your Reviews & reputation work is made of these six parts. The comb lights each one in turn; tap a cell to read it.
Post-stay and post-meal review requests
A short WhatsApp or email message goes to every guest after checkout or a meal, with a direct link to your Google review form. Every guest gets the same request, whatever their experience.
Private feedback channel
A separate feedback form lets guests report a problem to the manager directly. It sits alongside the public review link and never replaces it.
One view of reviews across platforms
Reviews from your Google Business Profile and, where tools allow, OTA and food platforms appear in one dashboard. Staff get alerts for new low ratings.
Reply guidelines and templates
We write a reply guide in your tone with starting points for praise, complaints and false claims. Staff personalise each reply before posting.
Reviews section on your website
Recent Google reviews show on your site through an official feed or a compliant widget, with dates and names as guests posted them. Nothing is edited or cherry-picked by hand.
Monthly themes report
A short report groups review comments by topic, such as cleanliness, food or check-in speed. You see what to fix and what to keep doing.

Four legs of one relay, about 3 weeks, start to finish.
Each leg is sized by how long it usually takes. Watch the baton go round, or tap a leg to jump there.
The question we hear most:Who should reply to your reviews?
The board turns through each option. Tap one to hold it and read the trade-off.
You run one property or outlet and want every reply to carry personal weight.
Replies slow down when the owner is travelling or busy in peak season.
You have several outlets or a front office team that can reply daily.
You need clear guidelines and a quick check on replies to negative reviews.
Four factors, four corners of your project.
Each corner grows when that factor is on the larger side. The outline is your project's footprint, and the quote follows it.
A compact project. The smallest footprint for your quote.
Mostly compact, with one area that needs more work.
A balanced build. Half the factors on each side.
A larger build. Most areas need extra work and time.
The full footprint. Every factor on the larger side.
Picture a business like yours,in three frames.
A typical situation, not a client story. The line in each frame goes from tangled to straight as the work is done.

Each fuse is a mistake we see often. Watch it blow and get replaced, or tap a fuse to read the fix.
Offering discounts or freebies in exchange for reviews
Ask every guest the same way and never attach a reward to a review.
Sending only happy guests to Google
Give everyone the public review link, and offer private feedback as an extra option.
Arguing with angry reviewers in public
Reply once, briefly and politely, then move the conversation to phone or email.
Writing reviews yourself or asking staff and family to post them
Only real guests should review you, as fake reviews break platform rules and consumer law.

Cost & timeHow soon can we start collecting reviews, and what changes the price?
Most setups take 2 to 3 weeks. Cost depends on how many locations and platforms you cover, whether requests trigger automatically from your PMS or POS, and whether we help draft replies each month.
Getting startedCan we give a discount to guests who leave a review?
Google's policies do not allow incentives for reviews, and that includes discounts, freebies and contest entries. Indian consumer rules also treat paid or incentivised reviews that are not disclosed as misleading, so check with your adviser before running any review campaign.
Getting startedCan we ask only satisfied guests to post on Google?
No. Filtering guests so only happy ones reach the review form, often called review gating, goes against Google's policies. We send every guest the same request and offer a private feedback form alongside it.
In IndiaWhat do Indian rules say about online reviews?
The Consumer Protection Act and e-commerce rules treat fake reviews as unfair trade practice, and BIS published IS 19000:2022 as a standard for collecting and publishing online reviews. Platforms are adopting these practices, so check with your adviser on what applies to you.
Getting startedCan we remove a fake or abusive review?
You can flag reviews that break a platform's policy, and the platform decides whether to remove them. Meanwhile, a calm, factual reply shows future guests your side.
OwnershipWho owns the review data and guest contacts?
Your Google Business Profile, OTA accounts and messaging accounts stay in your name. Guest phone numbers used for requests are personal data under the DPDP Act, so we collect consent and keep only what you need.
Getting startedCan reviews appear on our website?
Yes. We show recent reviews through an official feed or a widget that follows the platform's display rules. We do not copy, edit or select reviews by hand to make the section look better.
Getting startedWhat happens after the first month?
Your team keeps replying with the guide and the requests run on their own. On a care plan we send a monthly themes report, update templates and check the setup still works after platform changes.
