We build an assistant for your website and WhatsApp that answers routine questions from content your team approves. Anything about symptoms, reports or medicines is passed to a named person on your staff with the conversation attached.
↓Each message is cut into a key: it opens an approved answer only if one fits, otherwise it goes to your staff
Heard yourself say this?Count how many fit.
Five things owners tell us before a project like this starts. Every one you recognise adds a tally mark.
Tap the lines you have said this year.
One fits. Worth a short call to see if Patient assistants is the right fix.
Two fit. A short call will tell you whether to do this now or later.
Three fit. This is probably worth planning soon.
Four fit. You are losing time to this already.
All five. This page was written for you.
Patient assistants,explained without jargon.
What does a patient assistant actually do?
One idea at a time. Each sheet lays over the last, so the picture builds up. Tap a number to jump.
It behaves like a trained help-desk executive who knows the hospital handbook by heart and calls a nurse the moment a patient describes a symptom.
It is a chat on your website or WhatsApp number that answers practical questions such as OPD timings, fees, parking, insurance desks and test preparation.
It only answers from a set of approved answers and documents your team signs off.
It does not diagnose, suggest medicines or read reports.
When a message is clinical, urgent or unclear, it shows your emergency number if needed and sends the chat to the right staff member.
Six parts, all handed over to you.
Your Patient assistants work is made of these six parts. The comb lights each one in turn; tap a cell to read it.
Approved answer library
A set of questions and answers on timings, fees, insurance, admission, visiting hours and test preparation, written in plain language and signed off by your medical and admin teams.
Clinical and urgent message routing
Rules that spot symptom, medicine, report and emergency messages, stop the assistant from answering them and pass them to the right desk with a priority flag.
Emergency response
When a message mentions words such as chest pain, bleeding or unconscious, the assistant immediately shows your emergency and ambulance numbers and the national emergency number 112.
Staff inbox
A shared inbox where front-desk, nursing or international patient staff pick up handed-over chats, see the full history and reply from the clinic's number.
Booking and status lookups
The assistant can offer appointment slots, confirm an existing booking or tell a patient their report is ready, after verifying their phone number.
Monthly conversation review
We review a sample of chats with your team each month, fix wrong or missing answers and tighten handover rules.

Picture a business like yours,in three frames.
A typical situation, not a client story. The line in each frame goes from tangled to straight as the work is done.
A fertility and maternity centre in Kochi flooded with WhatsApp messages
Four legs of one relay, about 4 weeks, start to finish.
Each leg is sized by how long it usually takes. Watch the baton go round, or tap a leg to jump there.
Four factors, four corners of your project.
Each corner grows when that factor is on the larger side. The outline is your project's footprint, and the quote follows it.
A compact project. The smallest footprint for your quote.
Mostly compact, with one area that needs more work.
A balanced build. Half the factors on each side.
A larger build. Most areas need extra work and time.
The full footprint. Every factor on the larger side.
The question we hear most:Fixed answers only, or AI-written replies from approved content?
The board turns through each option. Tap one to hold it and read the trade-off.
You want complete control over every word and your questions are few and predictable.
Patients who type in their own words often get stuck and ask for a person.
Patients ask the same things in many ways and languages, and you can commit to a monthly review.
It needs careful limits, testing and review, because generated wording can still be imperfect.
Four things that trip a project, and the fix we fit instead.
Each fuse is a mistake we see often. Watch it blow and get replaced, or tap a fuse to read the fix.
Letting the assistant answer symptom questions
Block symptom, dosage and report interpretation topics completely and route them to clinical staff.
Launching without a named staff owner
Assign a person for each handover queue and set reply times, or patients will feel ignored.
Training it on old brochures
Use only current, approved content and remove outdated fees and timings before going live.
Keeping chat logs forever
Set a retention period for conversations with your adviser and delete or anonymise older logs under the DPDP Act 2023.
Patient assistants questions,answered plainly.
Search the answers. If yours is missing, ask us on the call.
Getting startedWill the assistant diagnose patients or suggest medicines?
No. It is set up to refuse those questions and pass them to your staff. It only answers practical questions from content your doctors and administrators have approved.
Getting startedWhat happens if someone describes an emergency?
The assistant stops the normal conversation, shows your emergency and ambulance numbers along with 112, and alerts your emergency desk if you want. We test this with many phrasings before launch.
In IndiaCan it work in Hindi and regional languages?
Yes. We add the languages your patients use, and your staff check the approved answers in each language before launch.
Cost & timeHow long does WhatsApp setup take?
Business verification with Meta and template approval usually take a few days to a couple of weeks. We start that process in week one so it is ready when the assistant is.
OwnershipWhere are the conversations stored, and who owns them?
Conversations sit in accounts set up in your organisation's name, with access limited by role. You own the data and can export it, and we help you write a privacy notice and retention period with your adviser.
Getting startedWhat makes this project larger or smaller?
The number of channels, languages, staff queues and system connections such as live booking. An English website assistant with one inbox is small, while a multi-language WhatsApp assistant with booking is larger.
In IndiaIs this allowed for a hospital in India?
Answering administrative questions and routing clinical ones to staff is a common use, but it must not cross into giving medical advice. Patient data rules under the DPDP Act 2023 apply, so check your setup with your adviser.
Getting startedWhat does ongoing care include?
We review conversations every month, update answers when fees or timings change, add new questions and report how many chats were handed to staff and why.
Works well alongside, from the same industry kit.
