We set up video consultations that patients book and pay for on your website, then join from a phone browser without installing an app. Doctors see a queue, write notes and issue prescriptions within the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines.

↓Each loop is a different teleconsult: paid booking, waiting room, the doctor admits, then notes and an e-prescription

In plain words

Telehealth,explained without jargon.

What does a telehealth setup include?

One idea at a time. Each sheet lays over the last, so the picture builds up. Tap a number to jump.

Think of it like this

It is your OPD room with a video screen in place of the door, while the same doctor, records and rules still apply.

01 / 04

A patient books a video slot, pays, and gets a link by WhatsApp.

02 / 04

At the time of the visit they wait in a virtual waiting room until the doctor admits them.

03 / 04

The doctor sees the patient's booking details and past teleconsult notes, consults over video, and writes notes and a prescription that the patient receives as a PDF.

04 / 04

All of this follows India's Telemedicine Practice Guidelines 2020, which set out how doctors identify patients, take consent and what they may prescribe remotely.

What you receive

Six parts, all handed over to you.

Your Telehealth work is made of these six parts. The comb lights each one in turn; tap a cell to read it.

An example

Picture a business like yours,in three frames.

A typical situation, not a client story. The line in each frame goes from tangled to straight as the work is done.

How it runs

Four legs of one relay, about 8 weeks, start to finish.

Each leg is sized by how long it usually takes. Watch the baton go round, or tap a leg to jump there.

What shapes the quote

Four factors, four corners of your project.

Each corner grows when that factor is on the larger side. The outline is your project's footprint, and the quote follows it.

Footprint

A compact project. The smallest footprint for your quote.

The decision

The question we hear most:Video links sent by staff, or a built-in telehealth flow?

The board turns through each option. Tap one to hold it and read the trade-off.

Pick this when

You do a few video consults a week and want to start quickly using a tool your doctors already know.

The trade-off

Notes, prescriptions and records stay scattered outside your system, and links can be shared or reused.

Common mistakes

Four things that trip a project, and the fix we fit instead.

Each fuse is a mistake we see often. Watch it blow and get replaced, or tap a fuse to read the fix.

Trips when

How we avoid it

Move consults to a system in the hospital's name where identity, consent, notes and prescriptions are recorded.

In IndiaIs video consultation legal in India?

Yes. The Telemedicine Practice Guidelines 2020 allow registered medical practitioners to consult by video, audio and text, with rules on patient identification, consent and prescribing. We build the flow around those rules, and your doctors and adviser should confirm it fits your practice.

Getting startedCan our doctors prescribe medicines over video?

The guidelines group medicines into lists that set what can be prescribed in a first consult, a follow-up or not at all remotely. We build the prescription format, and the decision about what to prescribe stays with the doctor.

Getting startedDo patients need to install an app?

No. They join from a link in a phone or laptop browser. We can add the flow to your own app later if you have one.

Cost & timeHow long does setup take, and what drives cost?

A paid booking with meeting links can be ready in about four weeks, and a built-in video room with records takes longer. Cost depends on the video approach, record keeping, number of doctors and HMIS links, and video providers charge for minutes used.

OwnershipWhere are the records kept and who owns them?

Notes, prescriptions and files are stored in accounts in your hospital's name, with servers in India where the provider allows. You own them and can export them, and we design consent and access under the DPDP Act 2023 with your adviser.

Getting startedCan we consult patients who live abroad?

The Indian guidelines cover practitioners registered in India, but the patient's country may have its own rules. Many hospitals limit video to follow-ups for patients they have already seen, so check with your adviser before offering it widely.

Getting startedCan the patient assistant decide who needs a video or in-person visit?

No. The assistant can explain how teleconsults work and share open slots, but whether a case suits video is decided by your clinical staff.

After launchWhat happens after launch?

On a care plan we monitor call quality and failed joins, update the video provider and browsers as they change, add doctors and consult types, and send a monthly summary of consults and drop-offs.
