We build export websites that rank in each target country, speak the buyer's language and answer the checks an importer runs before shortlisting you. Enquiries arrive with the port, Incoterm and volume already filled in.

Export websites,explained without jargon.
What makes an export website different from a normal one?
One idea at a time. Each sheet lays over the last, so the picture builds up. Tap a number to jump.
It is like sending a local sales engineer to each country, who already speaks the language and carries your documents.
An export site has a separate, properly translated version for each language or market, linked together so Google shows the right version to the right searcher.
It explains the things an overseas buyer worries about: capacity, quality systems, certifications for their market, shipping terms and lead times.
Units, date formats and contact details suit the reader's country.
The enquiry form asks the questions your export team needs to price a shipment.
Six parts, all handed over to you.
Your Export websites work is made of these six parts. The comb lights each one in turn; tap a cell to read it.
International site structure
We choose between subfolders such as /de/ and /ar/, subdomains or country domains based on your markets and team. Each version gets correct hreflang annotations and an x-default page, following Google's guidance for multilingual sites.
Reviewed translations
AI produces first drafts and a human translator, ideally with industry knowledge, reviews the technical terms and safety text. We keep a glossary so a term like 'flange' is translated the same way everywhere.
Right-to-left and regional layout
Arabic and other right-to-left languages get a mirrored layout that is checked by eye. Units, decimal separators, phone formats and time zones follow each market.
Country and market pages
Pages for each target market explain the standards you meet there, typical lead times, ports you ship from and how you support buyers in that region. They are written for that country's buyers, with content that differs from page to page.
Export enquiry form
The form captures product, annual volume, destination port, preferred Incoterm such as FOB or CIF, packing needs and target delivery. Enquiries reach your export desk with the buyer's local time zone shown.
Trust and compliance pages
Factory, quality lab, process and certification pages show what you hold today, with certificate numbers and validity dates where appropriate. We add your IEC and company details where buyers expect them.

Picture a business like yours,in three frames.
A typical situation, not a client story. The line in each frame goes from tangled to straight as the work is done.

Four legs of one relay, about 12 weeks, start to finish.
Each leg is sized by how long it usually takes. Watch the baton go round, or tap a leg to jump there.
Four factors, four corners of your project.
Each corner grows when that factor is on the larger side. The outline is your project's footprint, and the quote follows it.
A compact project. The smallest footprint for your quote.
Mostly compact, with one area that needs more work.
A balanced build. Half the factors on each side.
A larger build. Most areas need extra work and time.
The full footprint. Every factor on the larger side.
The question we hear most:Subfolders, subdomains or country domains?
The board turns through each option. Tap one to hold it and read the trade-off.
You want every language to share one domain's authority and be easy to maintain.
The signal to a specific country is weaker, so you rely on hreflang and local content.
You have a local entity, office or distributor in that country and buyers there prefer local domains.
Each domain builds its authority separately and costs more effort to run.
Each market is run by a different team or hosted separately.
Setup and tracking are a little more complex than subfolders without a clear search benefit.

Using a plugin that translates pages live in the browser
Publish real translated pages with their own URLs so Google can crawl and rank them.
Pointing hreflang tags at pages that do not link back
Make every language version reference all the others, including itself, and check the report after launch.
Showing a CE mark or other foreign certification you do not formally hold
Show only marks backed by a current declaration or certificate, and get your adviser to check the wording for each market.
Forgetting about export controls on dual-use items
If any product could fall under SCOMET or a destination country's controls, confirm with your adviser before listing it for open enquiries.
Export websites questions,answered plainly.
Search the answers. If yours is missing, ask us on the call.
Cost & timeHow long does an export website take and what changes the cost?
Most take 7 to 12 weeks, and translation review is often the slowest part. Cost depends on the number of languages, how much technical content needs translating and how many country pages you want. Once we agree the target markets, a fixed quote reaches you within 48 hours.
Getting startedIs machine translation good enough?
Machine translation is a useful first draft and saves time. For technical specs, safety statements and anything a buyer might rely on contractually, a human reviewer is needed. We build the review step into the timeline.
Getting startedWhat should we show about our IEC and registrations?
Many exporters show their Importer Exporter Code, GSTIN and company registration in the footer or on an about page so buyers can verify them. Membership of an Export Promotion Council can also be listed if current. Check with your adviser before publishing any registration number you are unsure about.
Cost & timeShould prices or Incoterms appear on the site?
Most B2B exporters skip public prices because freight, duties and volumes change them. Showing the Incoterms 2020 terms you usually offer, such as EXW, FOB or CIF, helps buyers send better enquiries.
Getting startedDo overseas privacy laws apply to our enquiry form?
They can. Data from EU buyers may bring GDPR into play, and India's DPDP Act 2023 also applies to the data you process. We build clear notices and consent records, and the exact obligations for your markets should be checked with your adviser.
OwnershipWho owns the translations and the domains?
You do. Domains are registered in your company's name, and translated content, glossaries and source files are handed over. If you change translators or agencies, everything moves with you.
Getting startedHow soon will we rank in another country?
Nobody can promise a timeline, since Google decides rankings and competition differs by market. Correct hreflang, real local content and links from that market are what give a page its chance. We report progress by country each month.
After launchWhat happens after launch?
On a care plan we add products in every language, fix hreflang or crawl issues flagged in Search Console and update certification pages when certificates renew. We can also add a new market when you are ready.
