/shift by shift
We connect your machines, shop-floor entries and ERP into dashboards that show output, downtime and order status as it happens. You and your supervisors act on the same numbers, during the shift.

Heard yourself say this?Count how many fit.
Five things owners tell us before a project like this starts. Every one you recognise adds a tally mark.
Tap the lines you have said this year.
One fits. Worth a short call to see if Production dashboards is the right fix.
Two fit. A short call will tell you whether to do this now or later.
Three fit. This is probably worth planning soon.
Four fit. You are losing time to this already.
All five. This page was written for you.
Production dashboards,explained without jargon.
How does a live production dashboard get its numbers?
One idea at a time. Each sheet lays over the last, so the picture builds up. Tap a number to jump.
It works like a car's instrument panel, built for the whole factory.
Most modern machines are controlled by a PLC that already knows when it is running, stopped or faulted and how many parts it has made.
A small gateway reads those signals through standard protocols such as OPC UA or MQTT and sends them to a database.
Older machines can be fitted with simple sensors or an operator tablet for entries.
The dashboard combines these signals with orders and plans from your ERP and shows them on screens and phones.
Six parts, all handed over to you.
Your Production dashboards work is made of these six parts. The comb lights each one in turn; tap a cell to read it.
Site and signal survey
We list every machine, its controller make and model, available network ports and what data it can share. You get a plain report of which machines connect directly and which need sensors or manual entry.
Data collection gateway
An industrial edge gateway reads PLC and SCADA tags through OPC UA, Modbus or MQTT and buffers data if the network drops. It only reads, so it cannot change machine settings.
Operator entry screens
Tablets at each line let operators log downtime reasons, rejections and changeovers with a few taps in their language. Reason codes come from your list so reports stay consistent.
Live plant and line dashboards
Large screens on the floor show line status, output against target and current downtime. Managers see the same view, plus history and drill-downs, on a phone.
OEE and loss reports
Availability, performance and quality are calculated using definitions you agree, with the formula visible. Shift, day and month reports show the biggest losses by machine and reason.
ERP link and alerts
Work orders and plans come from ERPNext, SAP Business One or your system, and completed quantities can flow back after approval. Alerts reach supervisors on WhatsApp or email when a machine stops beyond a set time.

Picture a business like yours,in three frames.
A typical situation, not a client story. The line in each frame goes from tangled to straight as the work is done.

Four legs of one relay, about 12 weeks, start to finish.
Each leg is sized by how long it usually takes. Watch the baton go round, or tap a leg to jump there.
Four factors, four corners of your project.
Each corner grows when that factor is on the larger side. The outline is your project's footprint, and the quote follows it.
A compact project. The smallest footprint for your quote.
Mostly compact, with one area that needs more work.
A balanced build. Half the factors on each side.
A larger build. Most areas need extra work and time.
The full footprint. Every factor on the larger side.
The question we hear most:Connect machines directly or start with operator entries?
The board turns through each option. Tap one to hold it and read the trade-off.
Your machines have PLCs with accessible network ports and you want counts and stoppages without human input.
It needs a site survey, sometimes help from the machine supplier, and more set-up time.
You have older machines or want a quick start on lines with no controllers.
Data is only as accurate and timely as the entries, so supervision matters.
Newer lines are connected and older ones are still worth tracking.
Reports must mark which figures are automatic and which are entered, so nobody compares them blindly.
Four things that trip a project, and the fix we fit instead.
Each fuse is a mistake we see often. Watch it blow and get replaced, or tap a fuse to read the fix.
Putting machines on the office network with open access
Keep machines on a separate network segment and let the gateway read data outward only, with your IT team reviewing the setup.
Calculating OEE without agreeing definitions first
Write down what counts as planned downtime, ideal cycle time and a reject before any number goes on screen.
Connecting every machine before proving one line
Validate counts on a pilot line against manual records, then scale.
Making dashboards that only managers can read
Design floor screens with a few large numbers that operators can read from a distance.

Cost & timeHow long does a production dashboard take and what affects the cost?
Most projects take 6 to 12 weeks after the site survey. Cost depends on how many machines you connect, how old and varied their controllers are, the state of your floor network and how deeply it links to your ERP. We give you a fixed quote after the survey, within 48 hours.
Getting startedCan it read data from old machines?
Often yes. Machines without accessible PLCs can be fitted with a sensor on the cycle signal or a current sensor to detect running and stopped states. Where that is impractical, operators log output on a tablet.
Getting startedWill connecting machines affect production or warranties?
The gateway only reads data and does not change machine programs. Some machine suppliers want to be informed before anyone connects to their controller, so we check your warranty terms with you first and involve the supplier where needed.
Getting startedIs our machine data safe?
Data travels outward from a gateway on a separate network, encrypted to servers in an account you own. We follow common industrial security practice, and your IT team or adviser should review the design before go-live.
Getting startedDo we need an MES?
Not always. Many MSMEs get most of what they need from machine monitoring, downtime capture and ERP-linked work orders. If you later need full traceability or electronic batch records, the data foundation carries over.
Getting startedCan we see dashboards on a phone?
Yes. Owners and plant heads get a mobile view with the same live figures and alerts on WhatsApp or email when a line stops longer than a set time. Access is controlled by role.
OwnershipWho owns the data, code and hardware?
You own the gateways, the software, the cloud account and all production data. We document the tag list and setup so another team can maintain it if you choose.
After launchWhat happens after launch?
A monthly care plan covers monitoring of gateways and data flow, new machines and reports and fixes. If data stops arriving, we get an alert and respond within one working day.
Works well alongside, from the same industry kit.
