/do real work
We build pages that solve a small problem for the searcher using your product's own data or logic. Visitors get value straight away, and the natural next step is to save, share or continue inside your app.
↓Each loop grows a different page set from one template: thin pages are held back, useful ones bring sign-ups
Heard yourself say this?Count how many fit.
Five things owners tell us before a project like this starts. Every one you recognise adds a tally mark.
Tap the lines you have said this year.
One fits. Worth a short call to see if Product-led SEO is the right fix.
Two fit. A short call will tell you whether to do this now or later.
Three fit. This is probably worth planning soon.
Four fit. You are losing time to this already.
All five. This page was written for you.
Product-led SEO,explained without jargon.
What is product-led SEO?
One idea at a time. Each sheet lays over the last, so the picture builds up. Tap a number to jump.
It is like a paint shop that lets you try colours on a photo of your own wall, and then sells you the tin.
It means growing search traffic with pages where your product does something useful, instead of articles alone.
Common forms are free calculators and generators, ready-made templates, pages for each integration you support, and pages for specific use cases or industries.
When there are many such pages built from one template, each needs its own real data and purpose.
Google's spam policies treat mass-produced pages with little value as scaled content abuse, so quality and usefulness decide how far you scale.
Six parts, all handed over to you.
Your Product-led SEO work is made of these six parts. The comb lights each one in turn; tap a cell to read it.
Search demand map
Research into the tasks, templates, integrations and comparisons your buyers search for, grouped by intent. Each group is matched to a page type your product can genuinely serve.
Free tool or generator
A working tool on your site, such as a calculator, checker or document generator, built with the same logic as your product. Users can get a result without signing up and save it if they create an account.
Template-driven page sets
Templates for integration, use-case or template-library pages, filled from structured data you control. Each page includes unique details, screenshots or examples so it stands on its own.
Quality gates for scaled pages
Rules that keep a page unpublished until it has enough unique content, plus noindex for thin variants. We watch indexing in Search Console and prune pages that add nothing.
Signup bridges
Clear prompts that move a visitor from the free result into your product with their work carried over. Sign-ups are attributed to the page that brought them.
Technical setup
Fast server-rendered pages, internal linking between related pages, structured data where it fits, and sitemaps split by page type. Changes go live through your normal deploy process.

Picture a business like yours,in three frames.
A typical situation, not a client story. The line in each frame goes from tangled to straight as the work is done.
A Bengaluru payroll SaaS that only had a blog
Four legs of one relay, about 6 weeks, start to finish.
Each leg is sized by how long it usually takes. Watch the baton go round, or tap a leg to jump there.
Four factors, four corners of your project.
Each corner grows when that factor is on the larger side. The outline is your project's footprint, and the quote follows it.
A compact project. The smallest footprint for your quote.
Mostly compact, with one area that needs more work.
A balanced build. Half the factors on each side.
A larger build. Most areas need extra work and time.
The full footprint. Every factor on the larger side.
The question we hear most:Free tool, template library or integration pages first?
The board turns through each option. Tap one to hold it and read the trade-off.
There is a common task people search for that your product logic already solves, such as a GST invoice or salary calculation.
It takes real build effort and must be maintained when rules or formulas change.
Your product works with documents, workflows or dashboards that users can copy and adapt.
Each template needs genuine thought and examples, so the library grows slowly.
You connect with many tools or serve clearly different industries.
Pages become thin if they only swap names, so each needs specific setup steps and examples.
Four things that trip a project, and the fix we fit instead.
Each fuse is a mistake we see often. Watch it blow and get replaced, or tap a fuse to read the fix.
Generating thousands of near-identical pages by swapping city or keyword names
Publish a page only when it carries unique, useful information for that query, and leave the rest out.

Getting startedIs programmatic SEO allowed by Google?
Building many pages from a template is fine when each page is useful to people. Google Search Central's spam policies describe scaled content abuse as producing many pages mainly to manipulate rankings, however they are made. We follow that guidance and keep quality checks before pages go live.
Cost & timeHow long before these pages bring sign-ups?
Building the first set takes 4 to 8 weeks. Search engines then need time to crawl, index and test new pages, which commonly runs into months. We report progress from Search Console so you can see it build.
Cost & timeWhat drives the cost of product-led SEO?
Interactive tools cost more to build than template pages, and outside data adds sourcing and refresh work. The number of page types and how much expert writing each page needs also matter. We quote per page type.
In IndiaCan these pages target both India and the US?
Yes, with separate pages where the content genuinely differs, such as tax rules or currency. We set hreflang and clear country signals so search engines show the right version.
OwnershipWho owns the pages and the data behind them?
Your company owns the code, templates, content and data pipelines. Any third-party data is used only under licences that you hold or approve, so check those terms with your adviser.
Getting startedDo you use AI to create the content?
We use AI to help draft and structure content from verified data, and people review every page before it publishes. Google cares about whether content helps people, and that review is how we hold the bar.
Getting startedWill a free tool cannibalise our paid product?
We design the free version to solve one step, while saving, history, team sharing and automation stay in the product. You decide where that line sits.
Getting startedWhat happens after the first batch goes live?
We monitor indexing, rankings and conversions monthly, fix pages that underperform and add new ones where data supports them. A monthly plan covers this ongoing work and data refreshes.
