/bills on time
We build the logged-in side of your SaaS: workspaces, team roles, plans, invoices and the numbers you watch every Monday. Customers manage themselves, and your team stops doing billing by hand.
↓Each loop is a different customer workspace: who can do what, seats filling up, an upgrade, then the right invoice

Five things owners tell us before a project like this starts. Every one you recognise adds a tally mark.

One fits. Worth a short call to see if SaaS dashboards is the right fix.
Two fit. A short call will tell you whether to do this now or later.
Three fit. This is probably worth planning soon.
Four fit. You are losing time to this already.
All five. This page was written for you.
SaaS dashboards,explained without jargon.
What goes into a SaaS dashboard?
One idea at a time. Each sheet lays over the last, so the picture builds up. Tap a number to jump.
Think of a co-working building: each company has its own locked floor, staff carry access cards with different permissions, and the front office handles rent and keeps a visitor log.
It is everything a customer sees after logging in, plus the controls your own team uses behind the scenes.
Each customer company gets its own workspace, people inside it get roles that decide what they can see and change, and the account is tied to a plan that controls limits and billing.
Underneath, every important action is recorded so you can measure activation, usage and churn.
Your support team gets an admin console to look up accounts and fix problems safely.
Six parts, all handed over to you.
Your SaaS dashboards work is made of these six parts. The comb lights each one in turn; tap a cell to read it.
Workspaces and data isolation
Each customer organisation gets its own workspace, and every database query is scoped to it. On Postgres we can enforce this with row-level security so one tenant cannot read another's records.
Roles and permissions
Owner, admin, member and viewer roles to start, with the option to add custom roles later. Invitations, removals and role changes are logged for audit.
Subscription billing
Plans, trials, upgrades, downgrades, proration and dunning through Razorpay or Stripe. Recurring card and UPI AutoPay charges run through the provider's mandate flow, which handles customer authentication and pre-debit notices under RBI e-mandate rules.
Invoices for Indian and overseas customers
GST invoices with GSTIN, place of supply and sequential numbering for Indian buyers. For export of services we can show the LUT reference and currency on invoices, with the exact treatment confirmed by your adviser.
Usage limits and metering
Seat counts, project limits or usage units tracked per workspace and enforced in the app. Customers see their usage and get a warning before they hit a limit.
Admin console and product metrics
An internal console where your team can find accounts, extend trials and impersonate a user with permission and logging. A metrics view shows signups, activation, MRR and churn in one place.

Picture a business like yours,in three frames.
A typical situation, not a client story. The line in each frame goes from tangled to straight as the work is done.
A Kochi HR SaaS moving from manual billing to self-serve
Four legs of one relay, about 8 weeks, start to finish.
Each leg is sized by how long it usually takes. Watch the baton go round, or tap a leg to jump there.
Four factors, four corners of your project.
Each corner grows when that factor is on the larger side. The outline is your project's footprint, and the quote follows it.
A compact project. The smallest footprint for your quote.
Mostly compact, with one area that needs more work.
A balanced build. Half the factors on each side.
A larger build. Most areas need extra work and time.
The full footprint. Every factor on the larger side.
The question we hear most:Razorpay, Stripe or both?
The board turns through each option. Tap one to hold it and read the trade-off.
Most customers pay in rupees and want UPI AutoPay, cards or net banking mandates.
Selling to many overseas customers may need extra setup for international cards and currencies.
Most revenue comes from the US, UK or EU and buyers expect card billing and a self-serve customer portal.
Indian domestic recurring payments and account onboarding have their own conditions, so check current availability for your entity.
You sell meaningfully in India and abroad and want each customer to see familiar payment options.
Two sets of webhooks, reconciliation and reports add engineering and finance work.
Four things that trip a project, and the fix we fit instead.
Each fuse is a mistake we see often. Watch it blow and get replaced, or tap a fuse to read the fix.
Adding tenant checks only in the user interface
Enforce workspace boundaries in the database and API layer, and test them, so a crafted request cannot cross tenants.
Ignoring failed recurring payments
Handle payment failure webhooks with retries, in-app banners and email reminders before you restrict access.
Hard-coding plan limits all over the code
Keep plans and limits in one configuration so pricing changes do not need a hunt through the codebase.
Assuming GST works the same for every customer
Capture GSTIN and location at checkout and have your adviser confirm treatment for domestic, B2C and export invoices.
SaaS dashboards questions,answered plainly.
Search the answers. If yours is missing, ask us on the call.
Cost & timeHow long does it take to add billing and roles to our product?
Adding workspaces, roles and one payment provider usually takes 4 to 6 weeks. Usage-based pricing, multiple currencies or SSO extend that. We confirm the timeline after reviewing your current code.
Getting startedHow do RBI e-mandate rules affect our subscriptions?
Recurring charges on Indian cards and UPI AutoPay need a registered mandate, customer authentication and, for many payments, a pre-debit notice. Payment providers handle most of this, and we build your app to react correctly to mandate and renewal events. Check current limits and obligations with your provider and adviser.
OwnershipCan you work on our existing codebase?
Yes. We start with a short code review, then add billing and roles in small pull requests that your team can follow. Where data isolation is weak, we fix that first.
In IndiaHow do you charge GST to overseas customers?
Many Indian SaaS companies treat sales to foreign customers as export of services, often under a Letter of Undertaking. We can build invoices that reflect that setup, while the tax decision itself rests with your chartered accountant.
Getting startedWill enterprise customers in the US accept this setup?
Enterprise buyers often send security questionnaires asking about SSO, audit logs, encryption and SOC 2. We can build the product features they ask about and document your controls, though a SOC 2 report comes from an independent auditor.
OwnershipWho owns the billing data and payment accounts?
Your company does. The payment provider account, database and analytics sit under your company, and we never hold your settlement or customer card details.
Getting startedWhich product analytics tool do you recommend?
PostHog, Mixpanel and Amplitude all work well, and the choice depends on hosting needs and budget. We start with a short event plan so the data stays clean whichever tool you pick.
After launchWhat support do you offer after the billing launch?
We monitor webhooks and failed jobs closely for the first billing cycles. After that, a monthly plan covers changes to plans, pricing experiments and new provider features.

Let customers run their own accounts and get paid without chasing
Send us your pricing page and current setup, and we will map out the billing and roles work in a fixed quote.
