AI & automation · AI content operations

We set up a production line where AI writes first drafts from your product data and briefs, and your editors review, fix and approve. Nothing goes live without a named person signing it off.

↓AI drafts arrive like galley proofs. An editor approves, corrects or spikes each one before anything goes live.

In plain words

AI content operations,explained without jargon.

What are AI content operations?

One idea at a time. Each sheet lays over the last, so the picture builds up. Tap a number to jump.

Think of it like this

It is like a newspaper desk where junior reporters file quickly and the sub-editor decides what actually prints.

01 / 04

It is a repeatable process for producing a lot of written content using AI for the first draft and people for judgement.

02 / 04

Your product data, tone guide and banned claims go in at the start.

03 / 04

The AI produces drafts in a consistent structure, which land in a review queue.

04 / 04

Editors correct facts and tone, approve, and the content is published to your store or site.

An example

Picture a business like yours,in three frames.

A typical situation, not a client story. The line in each frame goes from tangled to straight as the work is done.

Signs you need it

Heard yourself say this?Count how many fit.

Five things owners tell us before a project like this starts. Every one you recognise adds a tally mark.

What you receive

The decision

The question we hear most:Your editors or ours?

The board turns through each option. Tap one to hold it and read the trade-off.

Pick this when

You have product or subject experts who know details AI cannot, such as fit, fabric feel or clinical nuance.

The trade-off

Throughput depends on how much time your staff can give to the queue each week.

How it runs

Four legs of one relay, about 5 weeks, start to finish.

Each leg is sized by how long it usually takes. Watch the baton go round, or tap a leg to jump there.

Common mistakes

Four things that trip a project, and the fix we fit instead.

Each fuse is a mistake we see often. Watch it blow and get replaced, or tap a fuse to read the fix.

Publishing AI drafts without review

How we avoid it

Every piece passes a named editor, because unchecked drafts can carry wrong specs and invented claims.

What shapes the quote

Four factors, four corners of your project.

Each corner grows when that factor is on the larger side. The outline is your project's footprint, and the quote follows it.

Footprint

A compact project. The smallest footprint for your quote.

Getting startedWill Google penalise AI-written content?

Google's guidance focuses on whether content is helpful, accurate and made for people, regardless of how it was produced. Its spam policies target mass-produced pages made mainly to manipulate rankings. Our workflow keeps humans responsible for accuracy and usefulness.

Cost & timeHow much does it cost and how fast is it?

Setup cost depends on the number of content types, languages and the state of your product data. After setup, your main cost is editor time plus a small AI usage charge per piece. Throughput is usually limited by review speed, which we plan with you.

In IndiaWhich Indian languages can you handle?

Current models draft well in Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and Gujarati. Quality varies with topic, so a native reviewer is required for every language we publish.

OwnershipWho owns the content?

You own everything produced in the workflow, along with the prompts, templates and voice guide. All accounts and sheets are in your name.

Getting startedCan it handle health or ayurvedic product claims?

It can draft them, but the claims guide restricts what may be said, and drafts touching health benefits are flagged for expert review. Advertising rules for drugs, cosmetics and food are strict in India, so check with your adviser on wording.

Getting startedDoes the AI see our unpublished products?

Yes, the drafting step reads your product data. We use AI providers' business API terms, which state that API data is not used to train their models by default.

Getting startedCan this work for blog posts too?

For blog and guide content, AI helps with research and outlines, but the expertise has to come from your team through interviews or notes. We treat long-form articles differently from catalogue copy and plan more human writing time.

Getting startedWhat happens after the first batch?

New products or briefs can flow through the pipeline continuously. On a monthly plan we maintain prompts, run quality sampling and update the voice guide as your brand evolves.
