/saves real hours
In two to three weeks we study how work actually moves through your business and score each idea for value, effort and risk. You leave with a ranked shortlist and a clear first project, whether or not you build it with us.

AI readiness review,explained without jargon.
What is an AI readiness review?
One idea at a time. Each sheet lays over the last, so the picture builds up. Tap a number to jump.
It is like getting a home inspected before a renovation, so the budget goes to the walls that need it.
It is a short consulting exercise that looks at your daily work before anyone writes code.
We talk to the people doing the tasks, look at sample documents and data, and count how often each task happens.
Each possible use of AI is scored on time saved, cost, data quality and risk.
The output is a plain list of what to do first, what to do later, and what to avoid.
Picture a business like yours,in three frames.
A typical situation, not a client story. The line in each frame goes from tangled to straight as the work is done.

Heard yourself say this?Count how many fit.
Five things owners tell us before a project like this starts. Every one you recognise adds a tally mark.
Tap the lines you have said this year.
One fits. Worth a short call to see if AI readiness review is the right fix.
Two fit. A short call will tell you whether to do this now or later.
Three fit. This is probably worth planning soon.
Four fit. You are losing time to this already.
All five. This page was written for you.
Six parts, all handed over to you.
Your AI readiness review work is made of these six parts. The comb lights each one in turn; tap a cell to read it.
Task inventory
A table of repetitive tasks across your teams, with how often they happen, who does them and roughly how long each takes.
Data and systems check
An honest note on whether the documents and data each idea depends on are complete, current and accessible.
Scored opportunity list
Each idea rated for hours saved, build effort, running cost and risk, sorted so the best value is at the top.
Risk and compliance notes
Specific concerns for each idea, covering personal data, customer-facing errors and regulatory points to raise with your adviser.
Quick wins without building anything
Things your team can do this week with tools you already pay for, like better use of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 features.
First-project brief
A one-page brief for the top idea with scope, success measure, timeline and a fixed quote, which you may take to any vendor.

The question we hear most:A full review or one focused question?
The board turns through each option. Tap one to hold it and read the trade-off.
You want an overview across sales, operations, accounts and support before deciding where to invest.
It needs time from several team leads during the interview week.
You already suspect one area, such as invoice processing or customer replies, and want to know if AI is the right answer there.
You will not see opportunities in other parts of the business.
Four legs of one relay, about 3 weeks, start to finish.
Each leg is sized by how long it usually takes. Watch the baton go round, or tap a leg to jump there.
Four things that trip a project, and the fix we fit instead.
Each fuse is a mistake we see often. Watch it blow and get replaced, or tap a fuse to read the fix.
Starting with the most visible idea
A chatbot is easy to picture, but back-office paperwork often wastes more hours, so we count before choosing.
Asking only managers
The staff doing the work know the exceptions, so they are interviewed directly.
Assuming the data is ready
We sample real documents and records, because poor data is the most common reason AI projects stall.
Treating the review as a sales pitch
The brief is vendor-neutral, and we list ideas we recommend against with the reasons.
Four factors, four corners of your project.
Each corner grows when that factor is on the larger side. The outline is your project's footprint, and the quote follows it.
A compact project. The smallest footprint for your quote.
Mostly compact, with one area that needs more work.
A balanced build. Half the factors on each side.
A larger build. Most areas need extra work and time.
The full footprint. Every factor on the larger side.

Cost & timeHow long does the review take and what does it cost?
Most reviews take two to three weeks. The fee depends on how many teams are in scope and whether you want working tests of the top ideas. It is quoted as a fixed price after the first call.
Getting startedDo we have to build the project with you afterwards?
No. The first-project brief is written so any competent vendor or in-house team can quote against it. Many clients do continue with us, but the review stands on its own.
Getting startedHow much of our team's time does it need?
Roughly an hour with each team lead, short sessions with two or three people who do the work, and a final presentation. We collect samples with minimal disruption.
Getting startedWhat if the review says AI is not worth it?
Then you have saved the cost of a project that would not pay back. We often find that a simpler fix, such as a better form or a shared inbox rule, solves the problem.
OwnershipIs our data safe during the review?
We work with anonymised or masked samples where possible and sign a confidentiality agreement before any data is shared. Samples are deleted at the end unless you ask us to keep them for the build.
In IndiaDoes it cover DPDP Act and sector rules?
We note where personal data is involved and flag sector concerns such as patient records or financial data. This is practical guidance and not legal advice, so check with your adviser before acting on compliance points.
Getting startedCan the review include training for our staff?
Yes, as an add-on. A practical session shows teams how to use AI tools safely for their own tasks, using examples from the review.
Getting startedWhat happens after we receive the review?
You decide in your own time. If you go ahead with us, the first project starts from the brief, so there is no repeated discovery work.
