/run itself
We connect the apps your business already pays for so data moves between them without anyone copying it. Every flow is written down, logs each run and tells a named person when something fails.
↓Each loop takes one person's repeat chores off their calendar and turns them into a flow that runs on its own.
Workflow automation,explained without jargon.
What is workflow automation?
One idea at a time. Each sheet lays over the last, so the picture builds up. Tap a number to jump.
It is like a reliable office runner who carries each file to the right desk the moment it arrives and never forgets a stop.
It is a set of rules that says when one thing happens, do these other things.
A new form entry, a paid Razorpay order or an email with an attachment can each start a chain of steps across different apps.
Tools like n8n, Make and Zapier let these chains be built visually, and custom code handles cases they cannot.
AI can be added as one step, for example to sort an email by topic.
Picture a business like yours,in three frames.
A typical situation, not a client story. The line in each frame goes from tangled to straight as the work is done.

Heard yourself say this?Count how many fit.
Five things owners tell us before a project like this starts. Every one you recognise adds a tally mark.
Tap the lines you have said this year.
One fits. Worth a short call to see if Workflow automation is the right fix.
Two fit. A short call will tell you whether to do this now or later.
Three fit. This is probably worth planning soon.
Four fit. You are losing time to this already.
All five. This page was written for you.
Six parts, all handed over to you.
Your Workflow automation work is made of these six parts. The comb lights each one in turn; tap a cell to read it.
Process map
A one-page diagram of each workflow showing triggers, steps, decisions and who is notified, written in plain language.
Built and tested flows
Flows set up on the platform that suits your volume, tested with real sample data including the awkward cases like duplicates and missing fields.
Error handling and retries
Each step knows what to do when an app is down or data is wrong: retry, skip with a note, or stop and alert someone.
Run log
A searchable history of every run so you can trace any record back to the trigger that created it.
Credential register
A list of every app connection, which account it uses and when its token expires, kept in your name.
Team walkthrough
A recorded session showing your staff how to pause a flow, read the log and make small edits safely.

The question we hear most:Zapier, Make, n8n or custom code?
The board turns through each option. Tap one to hold it and read the trade-off.
You have modest volumes, popular apps and a team member who wants to edit flows in a visual editor.
Pricing is per task or operation, so costs climb quickly as volume grows, and data passes through their servers abroad.
You run thousands of executions a day or want data to stay on a server in India that you control.
Someone has to keep the server updated and backed up, which we can do on a care plan.
The flow sits inside your own app, needs strict validation, or must handle very high volume at low running cost.
Changes need a developer, so your team cannot tweak it themselves.
Four legs of one relay, about 6 weeks, start to finish.
Each leg is sized by how long it usually takes. Watch the baton go round, or tap a leg to jump there.
Four things that trip a project, and the fix we fit instead.
Each fuse is a mistake we see often. Watch it blow and get replaced, or tap a fuse to read the fix.
Automating a process nobody has written down
We map the steps first, because automating a muddled process only makes the muddle faster.
Building flows under one employee's personal login
Connections use a company account so flows keep working when that person leaves.
No alert when a flow fails
Every flow sends a failure message to a named person, so silent breakages are caught the same day.
Choosing a tool before counting volume
We estimate monthly runs first, since per-task pricing can make a cheap tool expensive at scale.
Four factors, four corners of your project.
Each corner grows when that factor is on the larger side. The outline is your project's footprint, and the quote follows it.
A compact project. The smallest footprint for your quote.
Mostly compact, with one area that needs more work.
A balanced build. Half the factors on each side.
A larger build. Most areas need extra work and time.
The full footprint. Every factor on the larger side.

Cost & timeWhat does a workflow automation project cost?
The quote depends on the number of flows, the apps involved and how many exceptions each flow must handle. A single flow between common apps is a small piece of work. Linking accounting, inventory and CRM with approvals is a larger project quoted with a fixed scope.
Getting startedCan a flow post vouchers into TallyPrime automatically?
Yes. TallyPrime can accept data through its XML interface or through connector tools, and cloud-hosted Tally setups are easier to reach. We check your Tally version and hosting in the first week and confirm the best route.
Cost & timeWhat are the ongoing costs?
Zapier and Make charge a monthly subscription based on tasks or operations used. Self-hosted n8n needs a small cloud server. Some apps also charge for API access, which we list in the quote.
OwnershipWho owns the flows?
The automation platform account is created in your company's name and you pay it directly. We export flow definitions and keep a copy with your documentation.
In IndiaCan automation work with IndiaMART and JustDial leads?
Yes. IndiaMART offers a lead API for paid sellers, and many directories send lead emails that can be read automatically. We pull leads into your CRM or sheet and send an instant WhatsApp or email acknowledgement.
OwnershipIs our data safe moving between apps?
Connections use each app's official API with the narrowest permissions available. Credentials are stored encrypted in the platform, and we avoid copying personal data into places that do not need it. For data you want kept in India, self-hosted n8n is the safer choice.
Getting startedWhat happens when an app changes its API?
Flows can break when a connected app changes. Run logs and failure alerts show this quickly, and on a monthly plan we fix the flow and test it again.
Getting startedCan my team change the flows later?
For flows built in Make, Zapier or n8n, yes. The walkthrough shows which parts are safe to edit and which should be checked with us first.
