We read the invoices, purchase orders and forms that land in your inbox and pull out the fields you need. Simple checks catch wrong totals and invalid GSTINs, and a person reviews anything the system is unsure about.
↓Each field gets a confidence score and is checked against your rules. You choose how sure it must be to skip a person.
Document intelligence,explained without jargon.
What is document intelligence?
One idea at a time. Each sheet lays over the last, so the picture builds up. Tap a number to jump.
Picture a fast data-entry assistant who fills every form in seconds and puts a sticky note on the ones they are not sure about.
It is software that looks at a document the way a clerk would and fills in a form from it.
It reads text with OCR, understands the layout so it knows which number is the invoice total, and returns named fields like vendor, date and tax amount.
Each field comes with a confidence score.
Low scores send the document to a person instead of straight into your accounts.
Picture a business like yours,in three frames.
A typical situation, not a client story. The line in each frame goes from tangled to straight as the work is done.

Heard yourself say this?Count how many fit.
Five things owners tell us before a project like this starts. Every one you recognise adds a tally mark.
Tap the lines you have said this year.
One fits. Worth a short call to see if Document intelligence is the right fix.
Two fit. A short call will tell you whether to do this now or later.
Three fit. This is probably worth planning soon.
Four fit. You are losing time to this already.
All five. This page was written for you.
Six parts, all handed over to you.
Your Document intelligence work is made of these six parts. The comb lights each one in turn; tap a cell to read it.
Intake from email and uploads
A dedicated inbox or upload page collects documents, splits multi-document PDFs and records where each file came from.
Field extraction per document type
A defined schema for each document type, such as invoice number, GSTIN, HSN codes, line items and taxes, with the extraction tuned to your samples.
Validation rules
Checks that line items add up to the total, CGST and SGST match the rate, GSTIN format is valid and the vendor exists in your master list.
Review screen
A side-by-side view of the document and the extracted fields, so a reviewer can correct and approve doubtful items in seconds.
Export to your system
Approved records are sent to Tally, Zoho Books, your ERP or a Google Sheet, in the exact format that system expects.
Accuracy dashboard
Counts of documents processed, auto-approved and corrected, by vendor and field, so you can see where extraction needs tuning.

The question we hear most:Fully automatic or human review on every document?
The board turns through each option. Tap one to hold it and read the trade-off.
The data goes straight into accounts or compliance records and errors are costly.
It still saves typing time, though staff must look at every document until trust builds.
You have steady volumes from repeat vendors and the validation rules are well tested.
A small number of wrong values can slip through, so periodic spot checks are needed.
Four legs of one relay, about 5 weeks, start to finish.
Each leg is sized by how long it usually takes. Watch the baton go round, or tap a leg to jump there.
Four things that trip a project, and the fix we fit instead.
Each fuse is a mistake we see often. Watch it blow and get replaced, or tap a fuse to read the fix.
Testing with only clean, digital PDFs
We insist on real samples including phone photos and faded thermal prints before quoting accuracy.
Trusting extracted totals without arithmetic checks
Simple maths checks on tax and line totals catch most errors before they reach your books.
Skipping a vendor master list
Matching against known vendors and GSTINs stops duplicates and typos from creating new ledgers.
Deleting originals after extraction
Each record links back to its source file, which you need for audits and GST queries.
Four factors, four corners of your project.
Each corner grows when that factor is on the larger side. The outline is your project's footprint, and the quote follows it.
A compact project. The smallest footprint for your quote.
Mostly compact, with one area that needs more work.
A balanced build. Half the factors on each side.
A larger build. Most areas need extra work and time.
The full footprint. Every factor on the larger side.

Getting startedHow accurate is AI document extraction?
Accuracy depends heavily on your documents. Clean digital invoices extract very reliably, while blurry phone photos and handwriting need more review. We measure accuracy on your own samples before launch and share the results by field.
Cost & timeWhat does it cost to set up and run?
Setup cost depends on the number of document types, layout variety and the system you post into. Running cost is mainly a per-page charge from the OCR or AI provider plus hosting, which we estimate from your monthly volume.
OwnershipCan it read e-invoices with IRN and QR codes?
Yes. The signed QR code on a GST e-invoice carries key fields such as GSTIN, invoice number, date and value, which can be read directly and used to cross-check the extracted data.
Getting startedDoes it work with Tally?
Yes. We can post vouchers into TallyPrime through its XML interface or prepare import files your accountant loads. Ledger and stock item names are mapped once and reused.
Getting startedIs KYC data handled safely?
Identity documents are personal data under the DPDP Act, so we limit who can see them, mask numbers where full values are not needed and agree retention periods. Aadhaar has its own storage rules. Check with your adviser on what applies to your business.
Getting startedWhere are documents processed and stored?
We can use providers with Indian data centre regions and store files in your own cloud bucket. If documents must not leave your premises, an on-premise OCR setup is possible at higher effort.
OwnershipWho owns the pipeline?
You own the code, cloud accounts and the extracted data. The extraction schemas and rules are documented so your team or another developer can adjust them.
Getting startedWhat happens when a new vendor format arrives?
Modern extraction handles most new layouts without setup. If a vendor keeps landing in review, we add examples or rules for that format as part of monthly support.
