We integrate Indian and international payment gateways into your store, app or platform, including UPI, cards, subscriptions and refunds. Every edge case, from a pending UPI to a late webhook, is handled properly.
↓Each loop is a different business: watch a late UPI payment get confirmed by webhook, then matched in settlement
Payments,explained without jargon.
What does payment gateway integration involve?
One idea at a time. Each sheet lays over the last, so the picture builds up. Tap a number to jump.
It is like installing a cash counter with a cashier who also checks every note and balances the drawer each night.
A payment gateway is the service that collects money from your customer's UPI app, card or bank and settles it into your account.
Integration means connecting it to your website or app so payments start, succeed, fail or refund correctly.
The visible part is the checkout screen.
The hidden part, which matters more, is confirming every payment on the server and matching settlements to orders.
Heard yourself say this?Count how many fit.
Five things owners tell us before a project like this starts. Every one you recognise adds a tally mark.
Tap the lines you have said this year.
One fits. Worth a short call to see if Payments is the right fix.
Two fit. A short call will tell you whether to do this now or later.
Three fit. This is probably worth planning soon.
Four fit. You are losing time to this already.
All five. This page was written for you.
Six parts, all handed over to you.
Your Payments work is made of these six parts. The comb lights each one in turn; tap a cell to read it.
Gateway selection advice
A comparison of suitable gateways for your business type, payment mix and settlement needs. You make the final choice and complete the KYC yourself.
Checkout integration
UPI intent and QR, cards, netbanking, wallets, EMI and pay later options set up for your platform. On mobile, UPI opens the customer's app directly.
Server-side verification and webhooks
Every payment is confirmed by signature check and webhook on the server, never by the browser alone. Late successes after a timeout still update the order.
Subscriptions and mandates
Recurring billing with UPI AutoPay or card mandates, including trial periods, upgrades and failed-payment retries. Customers get pre-debit notifications as RBI rules require.
Refunds and disputes
Full and partial refunds triggered from your admin, with status shown to customers. Chargeback alerts reach the right person.
Reconciliation reports
Daily matching of orders, payments, fees and settlements, with mismatches flagged. Your accounts team stops ticking spreadsheets.

The question we hear most:Which gateway setup suits you?
The board turns through each option. Tap one to hold it and read the trade-off.
Most of your customers are in India and your volumes are small to medium.
It is simplest to manage, though an outage at that gateway stops all payments until it recovers.
Payments are business-critical and you want a fallback or better success rates on certain methods.
Reliability improves, though you manage two settlements and two sets of reports.
You sell abroad and need multi-currency cards, through a gateway's international mode or Stripe where your business qualifies.
You reach overseas buyers, though cross-border payments bring extra documentation and export rules.
Four factors, four corners of your project.
Each corner grows when that factor is on the larger side. The outline is your project's footprint, and the quote follows it.
A compact project. The smallest footprint for your quote.
Mostly compact, with one area that needs more work.
A balanced build. Half the factors on each side.
A larger build. Most areas need extra work and time.
The full footprint. Every factor on the larger side.
Picture a business like yours,in three frames.
A typical situation, not a client story. The line in each frame goes from tangled to straight as the work is done.

Four things that trip a project, and the fix we fit instead.
Each fuse is a mistake we see often. Watch it blow and get replaced, or tap a fuse to read the fix.
Marking orders paid based on the browser redirect
We confirm every payment on the server with signatures and webhooks before fulfilling it.
Not handling pending UPI payments
We keep orders in a pending state and update them when the final status arrives, so customers are not charged twice.
Using a personal bank account for settlements
We guide you to open the gateway under your business with a current account in the business name.
Skipping refund and cancellation policies
We help you publish clear policies, since gateways check them during approval.

Cost & timeHow long does payment integration take and what affects the cost?
A plugin-based gateway on Shopify or WooCommerce can be live in about a week after KYC approval. Custom subscriptions, multiple gateways or reconciliation take three to six weeks. The number of payment types, platform and reporting needs set the price.
Getting startedWhich gateway is best for my business?
It depends on your business category, payment methods, settlement speed and support needs. Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU and PhonePe PG all support UPI and cards. We compare them for your case without any commission from gateways.
In IndiaCan I use Stripe in India?
Stripe's availability for Indian businesses has changed over time and onboarding may be limited. It is often used by Indian companies selling software or services abroad. We check current eligibility with you and suggest Indian alternatives for international cards if needed.
Getting startedDo you store card details?
No. Card details are entered on the gateway's secure fields and saved cards use RBI-mandated tokenisation. Your servers never see full card numbers, which keeps you outside most card security audit scope.
Getting startedWhose name is the gateway account in?
Always your business. You complete KYC with your PAN, GSTIN and bank details, and settlements go directly to your current account.
In IndiaHow do UPI AutoPay subscriptions work?
The customer approves a mandate once in their UPI app, then you charge on schedule with a pre-debit notification. Higher-value debits may need the customer to approve each time under RBI rules.
Getting startedCan customers pay in EMI or pay later?
Yes. Most Indian gateways offer card EMI, cardless EMI and pay later options, subject to approval for your business. We switch on the ones that suit your order values.
After launchWhat support do you give after launch?
We monitor success rates and webhook errors in the first weeks. Ongoing care covers gateway API changes, new payment methods and reconciliation fixes.
