/done every month
A care plan is a fixed monthly arrangement where we handle the dull but essential upkeep of your website. You see exactly what was done in a short report, and you have a set number of hours for edits.
↓Five things every site runs down each month. A care plan recharges them on a fixed day. Each loop is a different site

One fits. Worth a short call to see if Care plans is the right fix.
Two fit. A short call will tell you whether to do this now or later.
Three fit. This is probably worth planning soon.
Four fit. You are losing time to this already.
All five. This page was written for you.
Care plans,explained without jargon.
What is a website care plan?
One idea at a time. Each sheet lays over the last, so the picture builds up. Tap a number to jump.
It is like an annual maintenance contract for your office air conditioners, where servicing happens on schedule instead of after a breakdown.
It is a monthly service that covers the routine jobs every website needs to stay working: software updates, backups, monitoring and small edits.
Without it, these tasks get skipped until something breaks.
A plan sets out what is done, how often, and how quickly we respond.
You pay the same amount each month and know who to message.
Six parts, all handed over to you.
Your Care plans work is made of these six parts. The comb lights each one in turn; tap a cell to read it.
Scheduled updates with rollback
Core, theme and plugin or app updates applied on a set day each month, with a backup taken just before and a quick visual check after.
Off-site backups
Daily backups stored outside your hosting account, with retention matched to your plan and a quarterly test restore.
Uptime, SSL and domain checks
Automated checks on your homepage and key pages, with renewal dates for SSL and domain tracked in a shared calendar.
Security scan and firewall
A web application firewall, login limits and regular malware scans, with alerts reviewed by a person.
Included edit hours
A fixed number of hours each month for text, image, banner and page changes, requested by WhatsApp or email.
One-page monthly report
A short summary of updates applied, uptime, backups, any incidents, hours used and anything we recommend you plan for.

- Uptime, SSL and domain checks
- Security scan and firewall

Picture a business like yours,in three frames.
A typical situation, not a client story. The line in each frame goes from tangled to straight as the work is done.

Four legs of one relay, about 3 days to get going.
Each leg is sized by how long it usually takes. Watch the baton go round, or tap a leg to jump there.
Four factors, four corners of your project.
Each corner grows when that factor is on the larger side. The outline is your project's footprint, and the quote follows it.
A compact project. The smallest footprint for your quote.
Mostly compact, with one area that needs more work.
A balanced build. Half the factors on each side.
A larger build. Most areas need extra work and time.
The full footprint. Every factor on the larger side.
The question we hear most:Which plan level suits you?
The board turns through each option. Tap one to hold it and read the trade-off.
You have a brochure website that changes rarely and mainly needs to stay safe and online.
Edit hours are limited and responses are on the next working day.
Your site generates leads or sales and you make regular content changes.
It costs more each month in exchange for more hours and quicker response.
You run an online store where checkout, payments and stock must work every hour.
It includes order testing after changes and closer monitoring, which adds to the monthly fee.
Four things that trip a project, and the fix we fit instead.
Each fuse is a mistake we see often. Watch it blow and get replaced, or tap a fuse to read the fix.
Relying on the hosting company's backups alone
Host backups can vanish with the account, so we keep an independent copy elsewhere.
Turning on automatic updates for everything
Unattended updates can break a store at midnight, so major ones are tested on staging first.
Keeping logins in one employee's email
We record all access under company-owned accounts at onboarding.
Choosing the cheapest plan for a busy store
Stores need order testing and faster response, so plan level should match how much the site earns.
Care plans questions,answered plainly.
Search the answers. If yours is missing, ask us on the call.
After launchWhat does a care plan cost each month?
Price depends on your platform, the number of plugins or apps, how many edit hours you need and how fast you need responses. We recommend a level after a quick review and confirm it in writing.
Cost & timeIs there a setup fee?
For a site that is current, setup is part of the first month. If a site has years of skipped updates or known problems, we quote a one-time catch-up separately before the plan starts.
Getting startedDo unused edit hours carry over?
Unused hours normally reset each month so we can keep capacity reserved for every client. If you know a big change is coming, tell us and we can plan hours across two months.
Getting startedDo you need to host our site?
No. We can work with your current hosting if it is reliable. If it is slow or insecure, we will recommend a move and explain why.
OwnershipWho owns the backups and accounts?
Backups are stored in storage registered to you, and every account remains in your company's name. On cancellation we hand over everything.
Getting startedCan you look after a Shopify store?
Yes. Shopify manages hosting and core software, so the plan focuses on apps, theme changes, checkout testing, speed and content edits.
Getting startedHow do we request changes?
Through a shared WhatsApp group or email. We acknowledge each request, confirm the time it will take if it is more than a small edit, and tell you when it is live.
Getting startedCan we upgrade or downgrade the plan?
Yes, from the next billing month. Many businesses move up before a busy season and back down afterwards.
Works well alongside, from the same practice.
