We write test plans for the journeys that matter most to your business and automate them so they run on every release. Manual checks on real phones cover what automation cannot.
v2.14.0↓Every automated check lights a pair of runway lights. One failed check holds the release on the ground until it is fixed
Heard yourself say this?Count how many fit.
Five things owners tell us before a project like this starts. Every one you recognise adds a tally mark.
Tap the lines you have said this year.
One fits. Worth a short call to see if Quality assurance is the right fix.
Two fit. A short call will tell you whether to do this now or later.
Three fit. This is probably worth planning soon.
Four fit. You are losing time to this already.
All five. This page was written for you.
Quality assurance,explained without jargon.
What is automated testing?
One idea at a time. Each sheet lays over the last, so the picture builds up. Tap a number to jump.
It is like a pilot's pre-flight checklist that runs itself before every take-off.
Automated tests are scripts that use your website or app the way a customer would, such as signing up, adding to cart and paying, and check the result.
They run automatically whenever code changes, so broken features are caught before customers see them.
Manual testing is still needed for new features, design details and real-device quirks.
A good QA setup combines both.
Six parts, all handed over to you.
Your Quality assurance work is made of these six parts. The comb lights each one in turn; tap a cell to read it.
Risk-based test plan
A list of the journeys that matter most, such as login, booking, payment and invoices, with what must be checked in each.
Automated end-to-end tests
Tests written with Playwright or Cypress that run through key journeys in real browsers, stored in your repository.
CI integration
Tests that run on every pull request or deployment in GitHub Actions or GitLab CI, blocking releases when critical tests fail.
Real-device checks
Manual testing on popular Android and iOS devices and browsers, using real phones or a device cloud like BrowserStack.
Accessibility and visual checks
Automated accessibility scans and screenshot comparisons that catch broken layouts and common barriers.
Release reports
A short report per release listing what was tested, what passed, what failed and any known issues accepted for later.

Picture a business like yours,in three frames.
A typical situation, not a client story. The line in each frame goes from tangled to straight as the work is done.

Four legs of one relay, about 4 weeks to get going.
Each leg is sized by how long it usually takes. Watch the baton go round, or tap a leg to jump there.
Four factors, four corners of your project.
Each corner grows when that factor is on the larger side. The outline is your project's footprint, and the quote follows it.
A compact project. The smallest footprint for your quote.
Mostly compact, with one area that needs more work.
A balanced build. Half the factors on each side.
A larger build. Most areas need extra work and time.
The full footprint. Every factor on the larger side.
The question we hear most:How much to automate?
The board turns through each option. Tap one to hold it and read the trade-off.
You release often and want a safety net for the flows that earn money, without heavy maintenance.
Less common paths still rely on manual testing.
You have a large product with frequent releases and several developers working in parallel.
More tests take more effort to maintain as the product changes.
Four things that trip a project, and the fix we fit instead.
Each fuse is a mistake we see often. Watch it blow and get replaced, or tap a fuse to read the fix.
Automating everything at once
We start with the journeys that earn money and add more as the suite proves stable.
Testing with production payments
Tests use payment gateways' test modes, such as Razorpay test keys, so no real money moves.
Ignoring flaky tests
Unreliable tests are fixed or removed quickly, because a suite people ignore is worse than none.
Testing only on high-end phones
We include mid-range Android devices that match what many Indian customers use.

Cost & timeHow long does it take to set up QA?
The first automated tests for core journeys are usually running within two to three weeks. Coverage then grows release by release.
Cost & timeWhat does QA cost?
Set-up cost depends on the number of journeys and platforms. Ongoing QA is usually part of a monthly plan, sized by how often you release and how much manual device testing is needed.
Getting startedCan you test an app we did not build?
Yes. We need access to a staging environment, test accounts and a description of how the app should behave. Tests are written against the user interface, so we do not need to change your code.
OwnershipWho owns the tests?
The tests live in your code repository and belong to you. Your developers can run, update and extend them.
Getting startedDo you test on real phones?
We test on a mix of physical devices and a cloud device service, covering popular Android and iOS models and browsers used in India.
Getting startedCan you test payments safely?
Yes, using the payment provider's test mode and published test cards or UPI test flows. Live payments are only checked with a small real transaction when you approve it.
OwnershipDoes QA include accessibility testing?
We run automated scans for common accessibility issues and check keyboard navigation on key flows. Full accessibility audits are available separately.
Getting startedWhat happens after the setup?
Tests run on every release, and we update them when features change. Each month we report on failures caught, flaky tests fixed and coverage added.
Works well alongside, from the same practice.
