/for your traffic
We choose, set up and run hosting that fits your site and traffic, from managed WordPress to AWS and Vercel. Everything sits in your own accounts, with monitoring, backups and a monthly look at the bill.
↓Visitor requests fall like rain. The edge cache catches most of it so your server stays calm, even on a sale day
Heard yourself say this?Count how many fit.
Five things owners tell us before a project like this starts. Every one you recognise adds a tally mark.
Tap the lines you have said this year.
One fits. Worth a short call to see if Cloud & hosting is the right fix.
Two fit. A short call will tell you whether to do this now or later.
Three fit. This is probably worth planning soon.
Four fit. You are losing time to this already.
All five. This page was written for you.
Cloud & hosting,explained without jargon.
What does managed cloud hosting mean?
One idea at a time. Each sheet lays over the last, so the picture builds up. Tap a number to jump.
It is like hiring a building manager who chooses the right office space, keeps the lifts running and checks the electricity bill each month.
Your website or app runs on a server somewhere, and someone has to choose it, configure it and keep it healthy.
Managed hosting means we handle that work: picking the right provider and size, setting up security and backups, watching performance and applying updates.
Cloud platforms like AWS charge by usage, so sizing and monitoring the bill matter as much as speed.
A CDN like Cloudflare sits in front to serve content quickly and filter bad traffic.
Six parts, all handed over to you.
Your Cloud & hosting work is made of these six parts. The comb lights each one in turn; tap a cell to read it.
Hosting recommendation
A written comparison of suitable options for your site, covering cost, performance, effort and where data is stored.
Infrastructure setup
Servers, managed databases or serverless hosting configured with security groups, SSL and automated backups, ideally defined as code.
DNS and CDN
DNS moved to a reliable provider such as Cloudflare, with caching rules, DDoS protection and correct email records.
Deployment pipeline
Automatic deployments from your Git repository to staging and production, with a quick way to roll back.
Monitoring and alerts
Uptime, CPU, memory, disk and error-rate monitoring with alerts to our team before users notice problems.
Cost review
A monthly check of cloud spend against usage, with unused resources removed and reserved pricing used where it saves money.

Picture a business like yours,in three frames.
A typical situation, not a client story. The line in each frame goes from tangled to straight as the work is done.
A Mumbai ed-tech startup with a growing AWS bill
Four legs of one relay, about 3 weeks, start to finish.
Each leg is sized by how long it usually takes. Watch the baton go round, or tap a leg to jump there.
Four factors, four corners of your project.
Each corner grows when that factor is on the larger side. The outline is your project's footprint, and the quote follows it.
A compact project. The smallest footprint for your quote.
Mostly compact, with one area that needs more work.
A balanced build. Half the factors on each side.
A larger build. Most areas need extra work and time.
The full footprint. Every factor on the larger side.
The question we hear most:Managed host, Vercel, or AWS?
The board turns through each option. Tap one to hold it and read the trade-off.
You run a standard WordPress or PHP site and want predictable monthly pricing with little to manage.
Less flexibility for unusual software or very high traffic.
Your site is built with Next.js or another modern front-end framework and benefits from edge delivery.
Usage-based pricing can rise with traffic and heavy server functions, so we watch limits.
You run a custom application with databases, background jobs or data that must stay in an Indian region.
It offers the most control and needs the most care to keep secure and cost-efficient.
Four things that trip a project, and the fix we fit instead.
Each fuse is a mistake we see often. Watch it blow and get replaced, or tap a fuse to read the fix.
Picking the biggest server just in case
We size for actual traffic and set up scaling for peaks, which avoids paying for idle capacity.
Using the root cloud account for daily work
We lock the root account with two-factor and create separate users with limited permissions.
Keeping DNS with a domain reseller nobody can log into
DNS is moved to an account you own, with access documented.
No budget alerts on the cloud account
Billing alerts warn you as soon as spend moves past the agreed level.
Cloud & hosting questions,answered plainly.
Search the answers. If yours is missing, ask us on the call.
Cost & timeWhat will hosting cost each month?
It depends on the provider, traffic, storage and how many environments you need. We give you an estimate before setup and review actual bills monthly. Hosting charges are paid directly by you to the provider.
OwnershipCan our data stay in India?
Yes. AWS has regions in Mumbai and Hyderabad, and Google Cloud and Azure also have Indian regions. We place servers and databases there when residency matters to you or your clients.
Getting startedWhose name are the accounts in?
Yours. Cloud, DNS and CDN accounts are created under your company with your billing, and we access them as users with limited permissions.
Getting startedIs Cloudflare's free plan enough?
For many small and mid-sized sites, yes, it provides DNS, CDN and basic protection. Paid plans add features such as advanced firewall rules and image optimisation that busier sites may need.
Getting startedCan you handle a traffic spike during a sale or launch?
Yes, with notice. We review the setup, add caching and scaling rules and load-test before the event, then watch it live.
Getting startedDo you provide business email?
We set up and manage Google Workspace or Zoho Mail on your domain and configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC so mail is delivered reliably.
Getting startedWhat happens if a server fails?
Monitoring alerts us, and we restore service from backups or a standby, depending on the setup you chose. For higher availability, we can run across multiple zones.
Getting startedWhat do we get if we leave?
Everything already lives in your accounts. We hand over the runbook, infrastructure code and access list, and remove our own access.
Works well alongside, from the same practice.
