/with every batch
We build alumni portals where former students register, keep their details current, find batchmates and sign up for events. Your institution gets an accurate alumni record you control, in place of scattered WhatsApp groups.

Alumni networks,explained without jargon.
What does an alumni network portal do?
One idea at a time. Each sheet lays over the last, so the picture builds up. Tap a number to jump.
It is the class register kept open for life, with each person choosing which page others can read.
It is a members-only area of your website where former students sign up, verify which batch they belong to and choose what others can see about them.
Alumni search the directory by batch, city or industry and register for reunions or talks.
The institution can post news, job openings and mentoring requests, and collect event fees or contributions online.
Over time it becomes your most reliable list of where your alumni are and what they do.
Heard yourself say this?Count how many fit.
Five things owners tell us before a project like this starts. Every one you recognise adds a tally mark.
Tap the lines you have said this year.
One fits. Worth a short call to see if Alumni networks is the right fix.
Two fit. A short call will tell you whether to do this now or later.
Three fit. This is probably worth planning soon.
Four fit. You are losing time to this already.
All five. This page was written for you.
Six parts, all handed over to you.
Your Alumni networks work is made of these six parts. The comb lights each one in turn; tap a cell to read it.
Registration and verification
Sign-up by email, phone OTP or LinkedIn, with batch, programme and roll number checked against your records or approved by a staff member. Unverified profiles stay hidden from the directory.
Privacy-first directory
Search by batch, programme, city, company or industry, with each member choosing which fields other alumni can see. Phone numbers and emails stay hidden by default and connections happen through in-portal messages.
Events and reunions
Event pages for reunions, chapter meets in cities such as Delhi, Chennai or Dubai, and guest talks, with registration, UPI fees and QR check-in at the venue. Attendance is recorded against each alumnus.
Mentoring and jobs board
Alumni offer mentoring slots or post job and internship openings, and current students apply through the placement office. Your staff moderate posts before they appear.
Contributions and receipts
Online contributions toward scholarships or campus projects through Razorpay or PayU, with receipts issued in your institution's name. Tax receipts and any foreign contributions need specific registrations, so check with your chartered accountant before enabling them.
Engagement reports
Reports on registrations by batch, event attendance, mentoring sessions and contributions, exportable for accreditation and annual reports. Reports show counts from your own records only.

The question we hear most:Your own alumni portal or a hosted alumni platform?
The board turns through each option. Tap one to hold it and read the trade-off.
You want alumni data in your own accounts, a design that matches your site and reports shaped for your accreditation needs.
You fund the build and need a care plan or in-house person to keep it updated.
You want to start quickly with standard features and are comfortable with a yearly subscription.
Data sits with the vendor, and design and reports are limited to what the platform offers.
You only need a place to post news and the occasional event.
You have no verified directory, no attendance records and little control over who joins.
Four factors, four corners of your project.
Each corner grows when that factor is on the larger side. The outline is your project's footprint, and the quote follows it.
A compact project. The smallest footprint for your quote.
Mostly compact, with one area that needs more work.
A balanced build. Half the factors on each side.
A larger build. Most areas need extra work and time.
The full footprint. Every factor on the larger side.
Picture a business like yours,in three frames.
A typical situation, not a client story. The line in each frame goes from tangled to straight as the work is done.

Four things that trip a project, and the fix we fit instead.
Each fuse is a mistake we see often. Watch it blow and get replaced, or tap a fuse to read the fix.
Importing old lists and publishing them straight to the directory
Invite people from old lists to register and set their own privacy choices before anything appears.
Launching with an empty portal
Line up founding members from several batches and an event so new visitors find a reason to join.
Collecting contributions before checking registrations
Confirm your tax and foreign contribution position with your chartered accountant before you accept money online.
Leaving the jobs board unmoderated
Have a staff member approve each post so students are not exposed to fake job offers.

Cost & timeHow long does it take, and what changes the cost?
A portal with registration, directory and events usually takes 5 to 9 weeks. Cost grows with the state of your old records, how members are verified and extras such as mentoring, jobs and contributions. Share a sample of your old alumni records, and the portal quote follows within 48 hours.
Getting startedCan we use our old alumni spreadsheets?
Yes, to send invitations to people who gave you their details, and to match new sign-ups to the right batch. We do not publish anyone's profile until they register and choose their privacy settings.
In IndiaHow does this fit with the DPDP Act?
Each member gives consent when registering, sees what is shown to others and can edit or delete their profile. You should still review how you contact people from old lists, so check your approach with your adviser.
Getting startedDoes this help with NAAC?
Alumni engagement has been one of the areas NAAC looks at, and the portal keeps dated records of registrations, events and contributions. The current framework and its exact metrics may change, so confirm what you need with your IQAC and adviser.
OwnershipWho owns the alumni data?
Your institution does. The database sits in your cloud account, and you can export members, events and payments at any time.
Getting startedCan alumni abroad join and pay for events?
Yes, they can register from anywhere and pay event fees by international card through your gateway if it is enabled. Contributions from abroad may need separate registration under foreign contribution rules, so check with your chartered accountant first.
Getting startedCan the alumni association manage it without us?
Yes. We create roles so association office bearers can post events and approve members while the college keeps admin control.
After launchHow does the portal keep growing after launch?
The portal grows with each batch that graduates, and we can add a sign-up step to your final-year exit process. A monthly care plan covers updates, backups and help with each reunion, and you can cancel anytime.
