/with real tests
We set up learning platforms where your students watch lessons, take quizzes, join live classes and earn certificates. Teachers track progress by batch, and parents can see scores when you allow it.

Learning platforms,explained without jargon.
What is a learning platform, or LMS?
One idea at a time. Each sheet lays over the last, so the picture builds up. Tap a number to jump.
It is a classroom, a test hall and a report card office that a student can enter from a phone.
A learning management system, or LMS, is a website where students log in to find their courses, lessons, assignments and tests in order.
Teachers upload material, set quizzes that mark themselves and see who has finished what.
At the end of a course the system can issue a certificate with a code anyone can verify.
Moodle is a popular open-source LMS, and some institutes need a custom one for specific exam patterns.
Heard yourself say this?Count how many fit.
Five things owners tell us before a project like this starts. Every one you recognise adds a tally mark.
Tap the lines you have said this year.
One fits. Worth a short call to see if Learning platforms is the right fix.
Two fit. A short call will tell you whether to do this now or later.
Three fit. This is probably worth planning soon.
Four fit. You are losing time to this already.
All five. This page was written for you.
Six parts, all handed over to you.
Your Learning platforms work is made of these six parts. The comb lights each one in turn; tap a cell to read it.
Course and batch structure
Courses broken into modules and lessons, assigned to batches with start dates, so each student sees only what they enrolled in. Content can open week by week or after a test is passed.
Protected video lessons
Lessons streamed from private video hosting with domain restriction and a visible watermark of the student's name or ID. This discourages sharing, though no method fully stops screen recording.
Question banks and quizzes
Question banks by subject and topic, with MCQ, numerical and descriptive questions, negative marking where your exam uses it, and timed tests that mark themselves. Teachers see which questions most students got wrong.
Live classes and attendance
Scheduled live sessions through Zoom or Google Meet launched from the course page, with attendance recorded and recordings attached to the lesson afterwards. Students get a reminder before each session.
Certificates with verification
Certificates generated when completion rules are met, each with a unique code and a public verification page. Employers or admissions offices can confirm a certificate without contacting you.
Progress reports for teachers and parents
Dashboards by batch showing completion, quiz scores and attendance, with an optional parent view for school and coaching students. Reports export to spreadsheets for review meetings.

Four legs of one relay, about 12 weeks, start to finish.
Each leg is sized by how long it usually takes. Watch the baton go round, or tap a leg to jump there.
The question we hear most:Moodle or a custom learning platform?
The board turns through each option. Tap one to hold it and read the trade-off.
You need standard courses, quizzes, assignments and certificates and want a mature open-source tool with many plugins.
Its interface needs careful theming to feel simple on phones, and plugins must be kept updated.
You run competitive exam coaching with specific test patterns, rank lists and parent dashboards that Moodle does not handle well.
It costs more to build and every new feature is development work.
You are a single trainer selling a few courses and want to start quickly.
You pay ongoing platform fees and have less control over data, branding and student records.
Four factors, four corners of your project.
Each corner grows when that factor is on the larger side. The outline is your project's footprint, and the quote follows it.
A compact project. The smallest footprint for your quote.
Mostly compact, with one area that needs more work.
A balanced build. Half the factors on each side.
A larger build. Most areas need extra work and time.
The full footprint. Every factor on the larger side.
Picture a business like yours,in three frames.
A typical situation, not a client story. The line in each frame goes from tangled to straight as the work is done.

Four things that trip a project, and the fix we fit instead.
Each fuse is a mistake we see often. Watch it blow and get replaced, or tap a fuse to read the fix.
Uploading hours of video before testing the platform
Pilot one course with a small batch first, then load the rest once the flow works.
Collecting more student data than teaching needs
Ask only for details you use, and get parent consent for students under 18 before tracking their progress.
Issuing certificates anyone can edit in a PDF tool
Give each certificate a unique code and a verification page on your own domain.
Ignoring how students actually connect
Offer lower video quality options and downloadable notes so students on weak mobile data can keep up.
Learning platforms questions,answered plainly.
Search the answers. If yours is missing, ask us on the call.
Cost & timeHow long until learners can log in, and what changes the price of the platform?
A Moodle setup with your branding and one pilot course usually takes 6 to 8 weeks, and a custom LMS takes longer. Cost depends on the platform, how detailed your tests are, live class features and whether you sell courses online. We agree a fixed price before work starts.
Getting startedCan students use it on their phones?
Yes. We design and test for mid-range Android phones first, including timed tests, video playback on mobile data and notes that open in the browser.
Getting startedCan you stop students from sharing our videos?
We restrict playback to your site, require login and overlay a watermark with the student's identity. These steps discourage sharing and help trace leaks, though screen recording cannot be fully blocked by any platform.
OwnershipDo we own our course content and student records?
Yes. The platform, content, question banks and student data sit in accounts owned by your institution. You can export everything, and with Moodle you can move to any other host.
In IndiaCan we sell courses with GST invoices?
Yes. Paid courses can use Razorpay or PayU checkout with UPI, and the platform generates invoices with your GSTIN. Whether GST applies to your courses depends on what you teach and who you are, so check with your chartered accountant.
In IndiaWhat about children's data under the DPDP Act?
For students under 18, the platform asks for verifiable consent from a parent or guardian and avoids tracking that is not needed for teaching. The DPDP Rules phase in obligations, and educational institutions have some specific provisions, so check with your adviser on what applies to you.
OwnershipCan certificates link to DigiLocker or APAAR?
Issuing into DigiLocker or recording credits against a student's APAAR ID needs your institution to be registered with those systems. We can prepare certificate data in a format that suits them once you have access, and our own verification page works either way.
After launchWho looks after the platform after launch?
Teachers manage courses and tests themselves. A monthly care plan covers software and plugin updates, backups, monitoring during exam weeks and help when you add new batches, and you can cancel anytime.
