We set up WhatsApp messaging from your school's verified number for fee reminders, attendance alerts, circulars and emergencies. Messages go out from your existing systems, and your office sees who received each one.

Parent communication,explained without jargon.
How is the WhatsApp Business API different from class WhatsApp groups?
One idea at a time. Each sheet lays over the last, so the picture builds up. Tap a number to jump.
It is the difference between shouting an announcement across the playground and handing each parent a signed letter with a receipt.
Class groups run from a teacher's personal phone, mix parents' numbers together and give you no record of who read what.
The WhatsApp Business API sends messages from your institution's own verified number to each parent individually.
Messages you start must use templates that Meta approves in advance, sorted into categories such as utility and marketing.
Parents who reply can chat with your office inside a 24-hour window, and every message is logged.
Heard yourself say this?Count how many fit.
Five things owners tell us before a project like this starts. Every one you recognise adds a tally mark.
Tap the lines you have said this year.
One fits. Worth a short call to see if Parent communication is the right fix.
Two fit. A short call will tell you whether to do this now or later.
Three fit. This is probably worth planning soon.
Four fit. You are losing time to this already.
All five. This page was written for you.
Six parts, all handed over to you.
Your Parent communication work is made of these six parts. The comb lights each one in turn; tap a cell to read it.
WhatsApp Business API setup
Your institution's Meta business verification, a display name that matches your registered name and a dedicated number connected through a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider. The account and number stay in your institution's name.
Message templates
Templates for fee due dates, absence alerts, exam schedules, circulars, PTM bookings and closures, written in English and the languages your parents use. We submit them for Meta approval and fix any that are rejected.
Opt-in and contact management
Parent opt-in collected through admission forms or a short web form, with grade and section tags and an easy opt-out. Numbers come from your records, so nobody is added by hand to a group.
Triggers from your systems
Messages sent automatically when your ERP marks a student absent, a fee falls due or an admission stage changes. Fee reminders can carry a Razorpay or PayU link so parents pay by UPI in a tap.
Office inbox for replies
A shared inbox where your front office answers parent replies within the 24-hour window, with replies routed by grade or topic. Teachers no longer need to give out personal numbers.
Delivery and read logs
A record of each message sent, delivered and read, searchable by student or date. When a parent says they never heard, your office can check in seconds.

Each leg is sized by how long it usually takes. Watch the baton go round, or tap a leg to jump there.
The question we hear most:WhatsApp Business app or the WhatsApp Business API?
The board turns through each option. Tap one to hold it and read the trade-off.
You are a small coaching centre with a few batches and one person who handles messages on one phone.
Broadcasts reach only contacts who saved your number, there is no automation from your systems and logs are thin.
You have hundreds of parents, several staff answering and messages that should go out automatically.
It needs Meta verification, approved templates and per-message charges set by Meta, which you should budget for.
Four factors, four corners of your project.
Each corner grows when that factor is on the larger side. The outline is your project's footprint, and the quote follows it.
A compact project. The smallest footprint for your quote.
Mostly compact, with one area that needs more work.
A balanced build. Half the factors on each side.
A larger build. Most areas need extra work and time.
The full footprint. Every factor on the larger side.
Picture a business like yours,in three frames.
A typical situation, not a client story. The line in each frame goes from tangled to straight as the work is done.

Four things that trip a project, and the fix we fit instead.
Each fuse is a mistake we see often. Watch it blow and get replaced, or tap a fuse to read the fix.
Messaging parents who never opted in
Collect opt-in during admission or through a short consent form, and record when and how each parent agreed.
Writing promotional content in a utility template
Keep fee and attendance templates factual, and use the marketing category for admissions or event promotion so Meta does not reject or reclassify them.
Sending the same circular five times a day
Plan a sending calendar and limit repeat reminders so parents do not block your number.
Putting a student's marks or health details in a broadcast
Send sensitive details only to that student's own parent, or link to a login page instead of placing them in the message.

Cost & timeHow long does setup take, and what does it cost to run?
Setup usually takes 3 to 6 weeks, mostly waiting on Meta verification and template approvals. Running costs include Meta's per-message charges, which depend on the template category, and the provider fee. We explain the factors in the quote, and you pay Meta charges directly.
Getting startedDo we need a new phone number?
Usually yes, or a number not currently used on the WhatsApp app. A number registered on the API cannot be used on a regular WhatsApp phone at the same time. Many schools use a landline or a new mobile number for this.
OwnershipWho owns the WhatsApp account and contact list?
Your institution owns the Meta business account, the number and the parent data. If you change provider or developer later, the number and templates can move with you.
In IndiaIs sending to parents allowed under the DPDP Act?
You need a lawful basis and clear notice for using parents' numbers, and consent is the simplest route for most messages. Messages about a child should go only to their verified parent or guardian. Check your consent wording with your adviser.
In IndiaCan we send messages in Hindi, Tamil or Marathi?
Yes. Each template can have versions in several languages, and parents receive the one matching their preference. You approve the translations before we submit them.
Getting startedWhy was one of our templates rejected?
Meta rejects templates that look promotional in the utility category, have unclear variables or break its policies. We rewrite and resubmit, and keep a small set of tested templates to reduce rejections.
Cost & timeCan parents pay fees from the message?
Yes. A fee reminder can include a payment link from Razorpay or PayU, and the payment status updates in your fee records. Parents pay by UPI, card or net banking.
Getting startedWho keeps the parent messages running during the school year?
On a monthly care plan we add and update templates, watch delivery problems, adjust triggers when your ERP changes and help before the start of each term. You can cancel anytime.
