We build a focused website for each project you launch, with its RERA details, plans and enquiry forms in one place. Every microsite shares one template and one lead system, so the next launch is quicker.

Builder microsites,explained without jargon.
What is a project microsite?
One idea at a time. Each sheet lays over the last, so the picture builds up. Tap a number to jump.
It is like a dedicated sales brochure for one project, kept up to date and always in the buyer's pocket.
A microsite is a small website about one project only, such as a new tower or a plotted layout.
It covers the project's location, configurations, amenities, floor plans, RERA details and a way to enquire or book a visit.
It loads quickly because it carries only what that project needs.
Launch ads point to it, and its leads flow into the same system as your main website.
Picture a business like yours,in three frames.
A typical situation, not a client story. The line in each frame goes from tangled to straight as the work is done.

Heard yourself say this?Count how many fit.
Five things owners tell us before a project like this starts. Every one you recognise adds a tally mark.
Tap the lines you have said this year.
One fits. Worth a short call to see if Builder microsites is the right fix.
Two fit. A short call will tell you whether to do this now or later.
Three fit. This is probably worth planning soon.
Four fit. You are losing time to this already.
All five. This page was written for you.
Six parts, all handed over to you.
Your Builder microsites work is made of these six parts. The comb lights each one in turn; tap a cell to read it.
A microsite template you reuse
One tested design system for project sites, with blocks for overview, location, configurations, amenities, gallery, plans, RERA details and enquiry. Each new launch starts from the template with your project's content and colours.
Ad landing page variants
Short pages for each configuration or offer, such as 3 BHK units or a launch-week visit drive, built from the same blocks. Each variant carries the RERA number and regulator's website address that RERA expects in advertisements.
Speed for mobile ad traffic
Images are compressed and served in modern formats, and scripts are kept to what the page needs. We test against Google's Core Web Vitals on a mid-range Android phone over a mobile network.
Tracking set up properly
Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and your ad pixels are installed with consent handling, and each enquiry carries its campaign source into the lead record.
Shared lead and booking system
Enquiries and visit bookings from every microsite go into your main lead routing and CRM, tagged with the project, so your team works from one list.
Sell-out and archive plan
When a project sells out or completes, the microsite switches to a completed-project page or redirects to your main site's project page, with launch offers removed.

The question we hear most:Separate domain, subdomain or a folder on your main site?
The board turns through each option. Tap one to hold it and read the trade-off.
You want each project to build on your brand's existing standing in search and keep one site to maintain.
Every project shares the main site's design rules and release process.
You want separate design freedom for a launch while keeping your brand name in the address.
It still needs its own search setup and checks, and it is one more site to keep secure.
The project has a strong name of its own, such as a township, and ads will use that name heavily.
The domain starts with no search history and must be renewed and managed for years after the project sells out.
Four legs of one relay, about 5 weeks to get going.
Each leg is sized by how long it usually takes. Watch the baton go round, or tap a leg to jump there.
Four things that trip a project, and the fix we fit instead.
Each fuse is a mistake we see often. Watch it blow and get replaced, or tap a fuse to read the fix.
Letting the agency own the domain and hosting
Register the domain and hosting in your company's name, and give agencies access instead of ownership.
Leaving RERA details off ad landing pages
Put the registration number and the regulator's website address on every landing page variant, and check state-specific rules such as QR codes with your adviser.
Letting the old microsite run after sell-out
Plan the archive or redirect on day one, so stale offers and prices do not stay public.
Loading every render at full size
Resize and compress images for phones, and load the gallery only when the buyer scrolls to it.
Four factors, four corners of your project.
Each corner grows when that factor is on the larger side. The outline is your project's footprint, and the quote follows it.
A compact project. The smallest footprint for your quote.
Mostly compact, with one area that needs more work.
A balanced build. Half the factors on each side.
A larger build. Most areas need extra work and time.
The full footprint. Every factor on the larger side.

Cost & timeHow long does a microsite take, and what affects cost?
The first microsite with a new template usually takes 3 to 5 weeks. Later projects built from the template take less, depending mostly on how ready your content is. Send us the project name, RERA status and launch date, and the microsite quote reaches you within 48 hours.
In IndiaCan a microsite go live before RERA registration?
We can build it on a private preview link while registration is pending. Advertising an ongoing project that needs registration is not allowed until it is registered, so the site goes public only when you have the number. Confirm the timing with your adviser.
Getting startedWhich platform do you build microsites on?
For teams that want to edit pages themselves, WordPress with a locked block library works well. For high ad traffic and very fast pages, we may use a static build with Next.js and a headless CMS. We recommend one based on who will edit the site.
Getting startedWill separate microsites hurt our main site's search ranking?
A separate domain leaves your main site as it is. It starts from zero in search, and your content effort gets split across two sites. A folder on your main site usually builds on what you already have. We explain the trade-off for your situation before you decide.
Getting startedCan our ad agency still run campaigns?
Yes. We give the agency access to Tag Manager and the landing page builder, and we keep the domain, hosting and lead data in your name.
In IndiaDo microsites need cookie consent in India?
India has no separate cookie law, though the DPDP Act 2023 covers personal data you collect, and ad platforms have their own consent rules. We add a clear notice for tracking and enquiries, and your adviser should confirm what you need.
Getting startedWhat happens to the microsite after the project sells out?
We switch it to a completed-project page with handover details, or redirect it to the project's page on your main site. Either way, launch prices and offers come off the site.
After launchWhat support do you offer after launch?
A monthly care plan covers hosting, security updates, uptime checks and content updates such as sold-out units or new phases. New microsites from the template are quoted as small fixed projects.
