We build checks that compare the project details on your site with what the state RERA portal publishes. When something differs, the right person is told, and every change is recorded.

Verified data feeds,explained without jargon.
What is a verified data feed for property listings?
One idea at a time. Each sheet lays over the last, so the picture builds up. Tap a number to jump.
It is like a bank statement you reconcile each month against your own records.
Each state's RERA authority publishes details of registered projects, such as the registration number, promoter name, approved completion date and any extension.
A verified data feed regularly reads those public details and compares them with what your website says.
Differences go into a review queue, and a person approves the update before it appears on the live page.
Each page can then show when its facts were last checked.
Picture a business like yours,in three frames.
A typical situation, not a client story. The line in each frame goes from tangled to straight as the work is done.

Heard yourself say this?Count how many fit.
Five things owners tell us before a project like this starts. Every one you recognise adds a tally mark.
Tap the lines you have said this year.
One fits. Worth a short call to see if Verified data feeds is the right fix.
Two fit. A short call will tell you whether to do this now or later.
Three fit. This is probably worth planning soon.
Four fit. You are losing time to this already.
All five. This page was written for you.
Six parts, all handed over to you.
Your Verified data feeds work is made of these six parts. The comb lights each one in turn; tap a cell to read it.
Source map per state
For each state you cover, we document which regulator pages hold the details you need and whether they can be read by a scheduled job. Portals that use a CAPTCHA or forbid automated access go on a manual check list instead.
Scheduled checks
A job reads the allowed sources on a schedule you choose, such as weekly for ongoing projects, and records what it found. It keeps request rates gentle so it does not burden public servers.
Field matching and difference report
The job compares registration number, promoter name, project name, completion date and status with your listing records. Mismatches appear in a report with both values side by side.
Human review queue
Nothing changes on your live site automatically. A named reviewer approves, edits or rejects each difference, and the page updates only after approval.
Audit log and 'last verified' stamp
Every check, approval and edit is logged with a date and the reviewer's name. Listing pages can show the date the regulator details were last confirmed.
Outbound listing feed
If you syndicate listings to other portals or partners, we produce a clean feed in the format they accept, so the same checked facts go everywhere.

The question we hear most:How often should each project be checked?
The board turns through each option. Tap one to hold it and read the trade-off.
You list a modest number of projects and want simple, predictable rules.
Changes made early in the week may sit unnoticed for a few days.
You list many projects and want more frequent checks near launch or possession, and fewer for completed ones.
Rules take more thought to set up, and someone has to keep project stages accurate.
Four legs of one relay, about 8 weeks, start to finish.
Each leg is sized by how long it usually takes. Watch the baton go round, or tap a leg to jump there.
Four things that trip a project, and the fix we fit instead.
Each fuse is a mistake we see often. Watch it blow and get replaced, or tap a fuse to read the fix.
Letting a scraper overwrite live pages directly
Send every change through a reviewer, because regulator pages can have errors or layout changes that a script misreads.
Ignoring a portal's terms or CAPTCHA
Read the terms first, and use a scheduled manual check for any source that blocks or forbids automated access.
Showing 'verified' without a date
Show the date of the last check and link to the regulator page, so buyers can confirm it themselves.
Treating the regulator record as the whole story
Keep your own approved documents too, and ask your adviser before publishing anything that interprets a regulator record.
Four factors, four corners of your project.
Each corner grows when that factor is on the larger side. The outline is your project's footprint, and the quote follows it.
A compact project. The smallest footprint for your quote.
Mostly compact, with one area that needs more work.
A balanced build. Half the factors on each side.
A larger build. Most areas need extra work and time.
The full footprint. Every factor on the larger side.

In IndiaHow many weeks does a RERA feed take, and what adds to the price?
A single-state setup for your own projects usually takes 4 to 5 weeks. Each extra state adds work because every regulator portal is laid out differently. Tell us which states and projects to track, and the feed quote follows within 48 hours.
In IndiaIs it legal to read data from RERA portals?
Regulator portals publish project details so the public can check them, but each portal has its own terms and some block automated access. We review those terms per state and only automate where it is allowed. Please confirm your approach with your adviser.
Getting startedWhat happens when a regulator portal changes its layout?
The check will fail or return odd values, and the job flags this instead of updating anything. On a care plan we fix the reader, usually within a few working days, and your team uses the manual checklist in the meantime.
Getting startedWhich states can you cover?
We can cover any state whose regulator publishes project details on a public page. Some states give fuller details than others, so we tell you upfront which fields we can confirm for each one.
Getting startedWill this make our site rank better?
Accurate, current facts help buyers trust your pages, and Google asks site owners to keep content reliable and up to date. A data feed by itself does not guarantee rankings, though stale or wrong facts can hurt trust quickly.
OwnershipWho owns the data and the check history?
You do. The database, audit log, code and hosting are in your name, and you can export the full check history at any time.
Getting startedCan it check documents such as approvals or quarterly progress reports?
Where a portal lists documents with dates, we can note when a new one appears and alert your team. We do not read or interpret the documents automatically, and your team or adviser should review them.
After launchWhat ongoing support does this need?
Regulator portals change from time to time, so the readers need watching. A monthly care plan covers monitoring, fixes when a source changes and adding new states or fields as you grow.
