We build property search for builders, brokerages and regional portals, with filters buyers expect and pages Google can crawl. Your team keeps listings current from one simple admin panel.

Project & listing portals, explained without jargon.
What is a property listing portal?
One idea at a time. Each sheet lays over the last, so the picture builds up. Tap a number to jump.
It works like the index at the back of a thick book, letting a reader jump straight to the page they care about.
It is a website where buyers or tenants look through many properties at once and narrow them down by place, price, size and status.
Each property has its own page with photos, floor plan, area and registration details.
Behind it sits an admin panel where your team, or approved agents and owners, add and update listings.
The portal also decides which result pages Google should see and which ones it should skip.
Picture a business like yours,in three frames.
A typical situation, not a client story. The line in each frame goes from tangled to straight as the work is done.
A Pune brokerage with resale and rental stock across six localities
Heard yourself say this?Count how many fit.
Five things owners tell us before a project like this starts. Every one you recognise adds a tally mark.
Tap the lines you have said this year.
One fits. Worth a short call to see if Project & listing portals is the right fix.
Two fit. A short call will tell you whether to do this now or later.
Three fit. This is probably worth planning soon.
Four fit. You are losing time to this already.
All five. This page was written for you.
Six parts, all handed over to you.
Your Project & listing portals work is made of these six parts. The comb lights each one in turn; tap a cell to read it.
Search with filters buyers actually use
Filters for city, locality, budget band, BHK type, carpet area, possession status and furnishing, tuned to how your buyers talk. Filters update results instantly and keep their state in a shareable link.
Map view with nearby places
Listings appear as pins that cluster when zoomed out, and buyers can pan the map to see what sits along a metro line or near an office park. Each pin opens a short card with price band and configuration.
Listing pages with RERA fields
Every project listing has dedicated fields for the state RERA registration number and the regulator's website address, shown as text near the top. Agent listings also carry the agent's own RERA registration where the state requires one.
Indexing plan for filter pages
We pick a small set of locality and configuration pages to be indexed, such as 2 BHK flats in Kharadi, and keep endless filter combinations out of Google's crawl. This follows Google's published guidance on faceted navigation.
Admin panel and bulk upload
Your team adds listings one by one or uploads a spreadsheet, with checks for missing RERA numbers, duplicate addresses and photos that are too small. Listings can be marked live, held, sold or expired.
Saved searches and alerts
Buyers can save a search and choose to get an email or WhatsApp message when a matching listing goes live. Alerts are sent only to buyers who opted in, with an easy way to stop them.

The question we hear most:Who should be able to post listings?
The board turns through each option. Tap one to hold it and read the trade-off.
You are a builder or a brokerage that controls every listing and wants tight quality.
Your staff do all the data entry, so growth depends on their time.
You work with channel partners who bring resale or rental stock in specific localities.
You need agent accounts, RERA agent number checks and a review queue before listings go live.
You are building a regional portal and plan to charge for featured or paid listings.
Moderation, fake listing checks, payments and support become a permanent part of running the business.
Four legs of one relay, about 16 weeks, start to finish.
Each leg is sized by how long it usually takes. Watch the baton go round, or tap a leg to jump there.
Four things that trip a project, and the fix we fit instead.
Each fuse is a mistake we see often. Watch it blow and get replaced, or tap a fuse to read the fix.
Letting every filter combination become an indexable page
Choose the locality and configuration pages worth ranking and block the rest from crawling, so Google spends its time on pages that matter.
Leaving sold or expired listings live
Give each listing an expiry date and a sold status that either redirects to similar listings or shows a clear sold notice.
Putting key facts inside images
Store carpet area, price band, RERA number and possession date as text fields so buyers, screen readers and search engines can read them.
Building search before cleaning the data
Agree standard locality names and area units first, because a filter for 'HSR Layout' fails if half the listings say 'HSR'.
Four factors, four corners of your project.
Each corner grows when that factor is on the larger side. The outline is your project's footprint, and the quote follows it.
A compact project. The smallest footprint for your quote.
Mostly compact, with one area that needs more work.
A balanced build. Half the factors on each side.
A larger build. Most areas need extra work and time.
The full footprint. Every factor on the larger side.
Project & listing portals questions, answered plainly.
Search the answers. If yours is missing, ask us on the call.
Cost & timeHow long does a listing portal take, and what drives the cost?
A portal where only your team posts listings usually takes 8 to 12 weeks. Opening it to agents or owners, adding paid plans or importing messy data adds time and cost. After one call about your listing volume and who posts, the portal quote is with you inside 48 hours.
Getting startedCan our portal rank against the big national property sites?
Competing on broad searches like 'flats in Bengaluru' is hard for any new site. Your realistic opening is specific pages, such as a locality where you hold deep stock or a project you sell directly, with facts the big sites do not show. We plan the page list around those searches.
In IndiaDo we need RERA numbers on every listing?
Registered projects must show the registration number and the regulator's website address in advertisements, and many states also expect agents to show their own registration. Rules differ by state and some, such as Maharashtra, ask for a QR code on ads. Check the exact requirement for your state with your adviser, and we will build the fields to match.
Getting startedWhich map provider do you use?
We usually use Google Maps Platform because buyers know it, and we can use Mapbox or OpenStreetMap tiles if map billing is a concern at high traffic. The map account sits in your name, so the usage bill comes to you directly.
OwnershipWho owns the listings and buyer data?
You do. The code, the database, the domain and the map and hosting accounts are all in your name, and you can export listings and enquiries whenever you want.
In IndiaHow do you handle buyer data under the DPDP Act?
Saved searches and alerts collect personal data, so we show a clear consent notice explaining what you will send and let buyers withdraw easily. The DPDP Rules were notified in November 2025 and phase in over the following months, so ask your adviser which duties apply to you and when.
Getting startedCan we import listings from our existing CRM or spreadsheet?
Yes. We map your columns to the portal fields, run a test import, show you the rows that failed and why, then run the full import once you are happy.
After launchWhat does ongoing support look like after launch?
On a monthly care plan we watch search speed, crawl errors in Search Console, map billing and failed imports. We also add new filters or locality pages as your stock grows, quoted in advance if they are larger pieces of work.
