/with fair rewards
We set up coupons, points, store credit and referral rewards that suit your margins and your customers. Every offer is honest about its terms, shows correctly on the GST invoice and is easy for your team to switch off.

Loyalty & offers,explained without jargon.
How do loyalty and offers work on an online store?
One idea at a time. Each sheet lays over the last, so the picture builds up. Tap a number to jump.
It is the digital version of the stamp card at your neighbourhood café, where the tenth coffee is on the house and the owner knows your name.
Offers are rules that change the price, such as a code for first orders or a free gift above a cart value.
Loyalty rewards customers over time, through points they collect, store credit after a return, tiers for regular buyers or a reward for referring a friend.
The store applies these rules at checkout, and the invoice shows the reduced price.
The work is choosing which few rules actually bring people back without training them to wait for discounts.
Picture a business like yours,in three frames.
A typical situation, not a client story. The line in each frame goes from tangled to straight as the work is done.

Five things owners tell us before a project like this starts. Every one you recognise adds a tally mark.
Tap the lines you have said this year.
One fits. Worth a short call to see if Loyalty & offers is the right fix.
Two fit. A short call will tell you whether to do this now or later.
Three fit. This is probably worth planning soon.
Four fit. You are losing time to this already.
All five. This page was written for you.
Six parts, all handed over to you.
Your Loyalty & offers work is made of these six parts. The comb lights each one in turn; tap a cell to read it.
Offer rulebook
A short document listing each offer, who gets it, minimum cart value, product exclusions, stacking rules and an end date, agreed with you before anything is built.
Coupon and automatic discount setup
Single-use or limited codes for campaigns, automatic discounts for bundles or free gifts, and limits per customer so codes are harder to abuse.
Points, credit or tiers
A loyalty scheme matched to your buying cycle, such as points for a skincare brand or store credit for an apparel brand, set up through a suitable app or plugin.
Referral rewards
A give-and-get referral flow with checks for self-referral and returned orders before the reward is released.
Reward messages with consent
Email and WhatsApp messages for points earned, credit expiring and birthday rewards, sent only to customers who agreed to receive them.
Offer results view
A simple report showing repeat purchase, discount spend and which codes were used, so you can stop offers that only give away margin.

The question we hear most:Points, store credit or tiers?
The board turns through each option. Tap one to hold it and read the trade-off.
Your customers reorder consumables like coffee, skincare or snacks every few weeks.
Unused points are a promise you carry, so you need clear expiry terms and a word with your accountant on how to treat them.
You want returns to become exchanges or future orders instead of refunds, which suits apparel and footwear.
Credit must be easy to see and use at checkout, or it creates support calls and frustration.
A small group of customers buys often and values early access to drops or free shipping more than money off.
Tiers take more setup and communication, and they work poorly for brands with mostly one-time purchases.
Four legs of one relay, about 4 weeks, start to finish.
Each leg is sized by how long it usually takes. Watch the baton go round, or tap a leg to jump there.
Four things that trip a project, and the fix we fit instead.
Each fuse is a mistake we see often. Watch it blow and get replaced, or tap a fuse to read the fix.
Showing countdown timers that reset for every visitor
Use real end dates only, because fake urgency is listed as a dark pattern in the 2023 government guidelines.
Hiding offer conditions until checkout
Show minimum cart value, exclusions and expiry on the product or cart page, so the final price is never a surprise.
Releasing referral rewards on order placement
Release them after delivery and the return window, so cancelled or COD-refused orders do not earn rewards.
Messaging every customer about every offer
Send promotional messages only to people who opted in, and give an easy way to stop them.
Four factors, four corners of your project.
Each corner grows when that factor is on the larger side. The outline is your project's footprint, and the quote follows it.
A compact project. The smallest footprint for your quote.
Mostly compact, with one area that needs more work.
A balanced build. Half the factors on each side.
A larger build. Most areas need extra work and time.
The full footprint. Every factor on the larger side.

Cost & timeHow long does it take to set up loyalty and offers?
A set of coupon rules and a first-order offer can be live in about 2 weeks. A full points, referral and tier programme with WhatsApp messages usually takes 3 to 4 weeks, followed by a review after one buying cycle.
Cost & timeWhat makes a loyalty programme cost more or less to build?
The number of reward types, whether online and offline stores share rewards, how much messaging you automate and how detailed the reporting is. Loyalty apps usually charge their own monthly fee, which you pay directly and which we list in the quote.
In IndiaHow should discounts show on GST invoices?
Discounts given at the time of sale and shown on the invoice generally reduce the taxable value, while free gifts and points can be treated differently. Rules here are specific, so please confirm the treatment with your accountant. We set up the invoice template to match what they advise.
Getting startedWhat do the dark patterns guidelines mean for our offers?
The 2023 guidelines from the Central Consumer Protection Authority list practices such as false urgency, drip pricing, basket sneaking and confirm shaming. In practice, timers must be real, extra charges must be shown early and nothing should be added to the cart without the customer choosing it. Check specific campaigns with your adviser.
Getting startedCan customers earn and use rewards in our physical stores too?
Yes, if your POS can connect to the loyalty tool or to your online store. Shopify POS shares customers and discounts with the online store, and other POS systems may need an integration we scope separately.
OwnershipWho owns the customer and points data?
You do. The loyalty app or plugin is set up in your account, and you can export customer balances if you ever change tools. Customer data is handled with consent records in line with the DPDP Act, and your adviser should confirm your notices.
OwnershipHow do we stop coupon codes from leaking onto deal sites?
We use unique single-use codes for targeted campaigns, limits per customer and per phone number, and automatic discounts where a public code is not needed. Codes that do leak can be paused from the admin in a minute.
After launchCan we change offers after launch without you?
Yes. We train your team to create and end discounts, adjust point values and pause campaigns. On a care plan we also set up and test sale-season offers ahead of time.
