Retail & D2C · Online stores

We plan and build Shopify or WooCommerce stores for brands that sell their own products. Collections, size guides, policy pages and checkout are shaped around how your shoppers in India actually decide and pay.

In plain words

Online stores,explained without jargon.

What does a D2C online store actually include?

One idea at a time. Each sheet lays over the last, so the picture builds up. Tap a number to jump.

Think of it like this

Think of it as your own flagship shop on a busy street, where you set the window display, the prices and the return counter instead of renting a shelf in someone else's mall.

01 / 04

It is the website where your customers find your products, pick a size or shade, pay and track the parcel, all under your own brand name and domain.

02 / 04

Behind it sits an admin where your team adds products, sees orders and prints shipping labels.

03 / 04

On Shopify the hosting and security are handled by the platform, while on WooCommerce you run WordPress on hosting you choose.

04 / 04

Either way, the store also holds the legal pages and product details Indian rules expect from an online seller.

The decision

The question we hear most:Shopify or WooCommerce for your brand?

The board turns through each option. Tap one to hold it and read the trade-off.

Pick this when

You want the platform to handle hosting, security and updates so your small team can focus on products and marketing.

The trade-off

You pay a monthly plan plus some paid apps, and deep checkout changes are limited on the lower plans.

How it runs

Four legs of one relay, about 8 weeks, start to finish.

Each leg is sized by how long it usually takes. Watch the baton go round, or tap a leg to jump there.

Common mistakes

Four things that trip a project, and the fix we fit instead.

Each fuse is a mistake we see often. Watch it blow and get replaced, or tap a fuse to read the fix.

How we avoid it

Start with the few apps you need for payments, shipping and reviews, and add others only when a real problem shows up.

What shapes the quote

Four factors, four corners of your project.

Each corner grows when that factor is on the larger side. The outline is your project's footprint, and the quote follows it.

Footprint

A compact project. The smallest footprint for your quote.

Cost & timeHow long does a new brand store take?

A store with a small catalogue, standard checkout and one shipping partner usually takes 4 to 6 weeks. Custom design, ERP or POS links and a large catalogue push it towards 8 weeks or more. You get a fixed timeline with the quote.

Cost & timeWhat decides the cost of the store?

Design depth, the number and type of products, how many systems we connect and whether you need new content or a second language. Share your product count and the systems to connect, and the store quote follows within 48 hours. Platform, app and gateway fees are listed separately because you pay those providers directly.

OwnershipWho owns the store, domain and customer list?

You do. The Shopify or hosting account, domain, payment gateway and customer data are opened in your name, and we work as staff or collaborators on them. If you leave us, you keep everything.

In IndiaDo Indian rules require anything special on product pages?

The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules expect seller details, a grievance officer, clear return and refund terms and the total price. Legal Metrology rules expect declarations such as MRP, net quantity, country of origin and manufacturer or importer details for packaged goods. We build spaces for all of these, and you should check the final wording with your adviser.

Getting startedCan we offer cash on delivery without losing money on returns?

Yes, with limits. We can restrict COD by pincode, order value or product, and show a small prepaid incentive at checkout. You can change these rules yourself as you learn which orders come back.

In IndiaCan the store run in Hindi or another Indian language?

Yes. Shopify supports multiple languages through its translation features, and WooCommerce does it through plugins. The bigger job is translating product copy and policies well, which we plan as part of the content work.

Getting startedWill we be able to add products and launch drops ourselves?

Yes. We train your team on adding products, scheduling collections and creating discount codes, and leave short written guides. Most brands run their own drops after the first one or two.

After launchWhat happens after launch?

You can run the store yourselves or take a monthly care plan where we handle app and theme updates, speed checks and sale-day support. A store care plan runs month to month, so you can stop it after any billing cycle.
