We connect your software so an order, payment or update entered once flows everywhere it needs to go. Every integration is documented, monitored and built to recover from errors.
↓When the other system is down, the record waits and retries, longer each time. A repeat is caught, not duplicated.
Heard yourself say this?Count how many fit.
Five things owners tell us before a project like this starts. Every one you recognise adds a tally mark.
Tap the lines you have said this year.
One fits. Worth a short call to see if APIs & integrations is the right fix.
Two fit. A short call will tell you whether to do this now or later.
Three fit. This is probably worth planning soon.
Four fit. You are losing time to this already.
All five. This page was written for you.
APIs & integrations,explained without jargon.
What are APIs and integrations?
One idea at a time. Each sheet lays over the last, so the picture builds up. Tap a number to jump.
It is like a reliable courier between departments who never loses a file and reports any delivery that bounces.
An API is a door one piece of software opens so other software can read or send data in an agreed format.
An integration uses those doors to connect your systems, for example sending each website order into Tally and a WhatsApp confirmation to the customer.
Good integrations handle failures, avoid duplicates and tell someone when something goes wrong.
We can also build APIs for your own software so partners can connect to you.
Six parts, all handed over to you.
Your APIs & integrations work is made of these six parts. The comb lights each one in turn; tap a cell to read it.
Integration map
A diagram of every system, what data moves between them, in which direction and how often. It marks which system is the master for each type of record.
Connectors
Code that moves data between your systems using their APIs, webhooks or file exchanges. Each connector handles retries and avoids duplicate records.
Your own API
A secure REST API for your platform with authentication, rate limits and versioning. Partners and apps can connect without access to your database.
API documentation
An OpenAPI specification and a readable docs page with examples. New developers can start integrating without a call.
WhatsApp messaging
Order, payment and appointment messages sent through the WhatsApp Business Platform using approved templates. Replies can route to your team or a helpdesk.
Monitoring and alerts
A log of every sync and alerts on failures by email or Slack. A simple screen lets your team retry failed items.

Picture a business like yours,in three frames.
A typical situation, not a client story. The line in each frame goes from tangled to straight as the work is done.

Four legs of one relay, about 10 weeks, start to finish.
Each leg is sized by how long it usually takes. Watch the baton go round, or tap a leg to jump there.
Four factors, four corners of your project.
Each corner grows when that factor is on the larger side. The outline is your project's footprint, and the quote follows it.
A compact project. The smallest footprint for your quote.
Mostly compact, with one area that needs more work.
A balanced build. Half the factors on each side.
A larger build. Most areas need extra work and time.
The full footprint. Every factor on the larger side.
The question we hear most:No-code automation or custom integration?
The board turns through each option. Tap one to hold it and read the trade-off.
Volumes are modest and the flows are simple, such as form to CRM to email.
It is quick to set up and change, though complex logic, high volumes and error handling get harder.
Data is business-critical, volumes are high or systems need complex mapping, like Tally vouchers.
It is dependable and fully controlled, though it costs more upfront and needs a developer to change.
Core order and accounting flows need custom code while marketing flows suit no-code tools.
Each flow gets the right tool, though you maintain two kinds of automation.
Four things that trip a project, and the fix we fit instead.
Each fuse is a mistake we see often. Watch it blow and get replaced, or tap a fuse to read the fix.
Not deciding which system owns each record
We name a master system for customers, products, stock and prices before building.
Integrations that fail silently
We log every sync and send alerts so failures surface within minutes.
Running test syncs against live accounts
We test against sandboxes or a copy of your company in Tally before switching on.
Sending WhatsApp messages from unofficial tools
We use the official WhatsApp Business Platform so your number is not blocked.

Cost & timeHow long does an integration project take and what affects the cost?
A single one-way connector between modern systems can take two to three weeks. Multi-system, two-way projects with older software take eight to ten. The number of systems, API quality, volumes and any public API drive the price.
Getting startedCan you integrate with Tally?
Yes. TallyPrime can exchange data through its XML interface and connectors, which we use to create vouchers, read ledgers and sync stock. The machine running Tally needs to be reachable, or we use a cloud-hosted setup.
Getting startedHow does WhatsApp Business Platform pricing work?
Meta charges per message based on the template category and country, and your provider may add its own fee. We estimate message costs for your volumes and use free service windows where possible.
OwnershipWho owns the integrations?
You own the code, hosting and API keys. Credentials are stored in your secret manager or vault, never in code.
Getting startedWhat if one of the systems is down?
Our connectors queue data and retry automatically when the system returns. If a record keeps failing, it is flagged for someone to look at.
Getting startedCan you connect to government portals?
For GST e-invoicing and e-way bills, we connect through licensed providers that offer APIs. Some government portals have no public API, which limits what is possible.
OwnershipIs our data safe while moving between systems?
Data travels over encrypted connections and is stored only as long as needed. Access keys are limited to the permissions each connector needs.
Getting startedWho looks after integrations once they are live?
Third-party APIs change, so integrations need watching. Our monthly plan covers monitoring, updates when vendors change their APIs and new connections.
Works well alongside, from the same practice.
