/how you work
We build browser-based software that follows your real process, step by step, instead of forcing your team into someone else's. Everyone logs in from any device and sees exactly what their role needs.

Heard yourself say this?Count how many fit.
Five things owners tell us before a project like this starts. Every one you recognise adds a tally mark.
Tap the lines you have said this year.
One fits. Worth a short call to see if Web applications is the right fix.
Two fit. A short call will tell you whether to do this now or later.
Three fit. This is probably worth planning soon.
Four fit. You are losing time to this already.
All five. This page was written for you.
Web applications,explained without jargon.
What is a custom web application?
One idea at a time. Each sheet lays over the last, so the picture builds up. Tap a number to jump.
It is like a tailored suit compared with one off the rack: it fits the way your business actually moves.
A web application is software that runs in a browser, so there is nothing to install and it works on laptops, tablets and phones.
A custom one is built for your specific workflow, such as purchase approvals, job tracking or quality checks.
Each person logs in with a role that decides what they can see and do.
Data lives in one central database instead of scattered files.
Six parts, all handed over to you.
Your Web applications work is made of these six parts. The comb lights each one in turn; tap a cell to read it.
Process map
A step-by-step diagram of how work flows today and how it will flow in the app. It becomes the agreed reference for the build.
Role-based application
Screens, permissions and workflows for each role, such as requester, approver and admin. People only see the records and actions they are allowed.
Workflow engine
Configurable stages, approval rules, deadlines and escalations. Admins can adjust some rules without new code.
Notifications
Email, WhatsApp and in-app alerts when something needs action or changes state. Reminders go out when tasks sit idle too long.
Audit trail and reports
A log of who did what and when on every record, plus standard reports and exports. This answers disputes and supports internal audits.
Admin and settings panel
Tools to manage users, master data, templates and rules. Your team handles day-to-day changes without a developer.

Picture a business like yours,in three frames.
A typical situation, not a client story. The line in each frame goes from tangled to straight as the work is done.

Four legs of one relay, about 16 weeks, start to finish.
Each leg is sized by how long it usually takes. Watch the baton go round, or tap a leg to jump there.
Four factors, four corners of your project.
Each corner grows when that factor is on the larger side. The outline is your project's footprint, and the quote follows it.
A compact project. The smallest footprint for your quote.
Mostly compact, with one area that needs more work.
A balanced build. Half the factors on each side.
A larger build. Most areas need extra work and time.
The full footprint. Every factor on the larger side.
The question we hear most:Buy off-the-shelf software or build custom?
The board turns through each option. Tap one to hold it and read the trade-off.
Your process is standard, like basic CRM or accounting, and a tool fits most of it.
You start quickly with low upfront cost, though you adapt your process to the tool and pay per user forever.
Your process is what makes you different, or no tool fits without heavy workarounds.
It fits exactly and has no per-user fees, though you invest upfront and maintain it over time.
You need simple internal forms and approvals fast, using Zoho Creator or similar.
It is quick for simple needs, though complex logic and scale often push you to a custom build later.
Four things that trip a project, and the fix we fit instead.
Each fuse is a mistake we see often. Watch it blow and get replaced, or tap a fuse to read the fix.
Digitising a broken process as it is
We simplify steps with your team before building, so the software does not lock in old inefficiencies.
Designing only for managers
We design first for the people who enter data daily, because the app fails if they avoid it.
Building everything before anyone uses it
We release the first workflow early and learn from real use before building more.
Forgetting exceptions like cancellations and rework
We map unusual cases during discovery so the app handles real life.

Cost & timeHow long does a custom web app take and what drives the cost?
A first release with one or two core workflows usually takes eight to twelve weeks. Larger multi-department systems run longer and are released in stages. Workflow complexity, data history, offline needs and reporting are the main cost drivers, priced per release.
OwnershipWho owns the software?
You own the source code, database and hosting accounts from day one. There are no licence fees per user and you can move to another developer at any time.
Getting startedCan it work on phones?
Yes. We design screens responsively so staff can use them on phones and tablets. If offline use or camera-heavy work is needed, we can add a mobile app or PWA later.
OwnershipWhere is our data stored?
On cloud servers in your account, usually in an Indian region such as AWS Mumbai. Daily backups are kept and access is limited by role.
Getting startedCan the app talk to Tally or our CRM?
Yes. We can push or pull data from Tally, Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot and most systems with an API. We decide which system is the master for each kind of data.
Getting startedHow do we handle user logins securely?
We support strong passwords, optional two-factor login, Google or Microsoft sign-in and automatic logout. Access is reviewed by role and every sensitive action is logged.
Getting startedWhat if our process changes later?
We build configurable rules where change is likely, such as approval limits. Larger changes are added in future releases with their own fixed scope.
After launchWhat happens after launch?
We fix defects within the agreed warranty, monitor uptime and errors, and keep frameworks updated under a monthly plan. New features are scoped and priced separately.
Works well alongside, from the same practice.
Your process deserves its own software. We'll build it around your team.
Walk us through one workflow that frustrates your staff, and we will show how an app would run it.
