One fits. Worth a short call to see if SaaS products is the right fix.
Two fit. A short call will tell you whether to do this now or later.
Three fit. This is probably worth planning soon.
Four fit. You are losing time to this already.

SaaS products,explained without jargon.
What goes into building a SaaS product?
One idea at a time. Each sheet lays over the last, so the picture builds up. Tap a number to jump.
It is like opening a gym: the equipment matters, but so do memberships, lockers and a front desk.
SaaS, or software as a service, is software customers use online and pay for by subscription.
Beyond the core feature, it needs sign-up, plans and billing, a way to keep each customer's data separate, user invitations, and an admin console for your team.
An MVP is the smallest version that solves the main problem well enough for people to pay.
After launch, the product grows based on what paying users actually do.
Six parts, all handed over to you.
Your SaaS products work is made of these six parts. The comb lights each one in turn; tap a cell to read it.
Product scope and MVP plan
A prioritised feature list separating what launches first from what waits. Each feature is tied to a user problem or a revenue reason.
Multi-tenant architecture
A data structure that keeps every customer account isolated while running on shared infrastructure. It is planned so larger customers can later get dedicated resources.
Subscription billing
Plans, trials, upgrades, coupons and GST-compliant invoices through Razorpay Subscriptions, Stripe Billing or Chargebee. Failed renewals trigger automatic retries and emails.
Onboarding and team management
Sign-up, email verification, guided first steps and invitations for team members with roles. A smooth first session is where many trials convert.
Super-admin console
Your internal tool to view accounts, manage plans, impersonate users for support and watch usage. Support stops needing database access.
Product analytics
Event tracking with tools like PostHog or Mixpanel to see which features get used. Decisions on the roadmap rest on real behaviour.

Picture a business like yours,in three frames.
A typical situation, not a client story. The line in each frame goes from tangled to straight as the work is done.

Each leg is sized by how long it usually takes. Watch the baton go round, or tap a leg to jump there.
Four factors, four corners of your project.
Each corner grows when that factor is on the larger side. The outline is your project's footprint, and the quote follows it.
A compact project. The smallest footprint for your quote.
Mostly compact, with one area that needs more work.
A balanced build. Half the factors on each side.
A larger build. Most areas need extra work and time.
The full footprint. Every factor on the larger side.
The question we hear most:Shared database or separate database per customer?
The board turns through each option. Tap one to hold it and read the trade-off.
You serve many small and mid-size customers and want low running costs.
It is economical and simple to update, though isolation depends on careful code and testing.
You sell to enterprises, banks or hospitals that demand strict data separation or their own region.
Isolation is very strong, though running and upgrading many databases costs more.

Building every feature a prospect mentions
We tie each feature to a paying segment and keep the MVP narrow.
Adding billing at the last minute
We design plans and billing in from the first sprint, since they shape the data model.
Skipping the admin console
We build internal tools early so support and sales do not need a developer for every request.
Launching without usage tracking
We set up product analytics before launch so the second release is guided by data.

Cost & timeHow long does a SaaS MVP take and what affects the cost?
A focused MVP usually takes eight to fourteen weeks from scoping to launch. Feature depth, billing model, enterprise needs and platforms drive cost. We price the MVP as a fixed scope and quote later phases separately.
OwnershipWho owns the IP and code?
Your company owns all code, designs and intellectual property, assigned in our contract. The repository, cloud and billing accounts are in your name from day one.
In IndiaHow do we charge GST on subscriptions?
Indian customers are charged GST on invoices, which billing tools can generate automatically. Selling to overseas customers may count as export of services with different treatment. Confirm your setup with your CA.
Getting startedCan we bill international customers?
Yes. We can use Stripe where your entity is eligible, or Indian gateways with international card support. Multi-currency pricing pages can be set by country.
Getting startedWill the product handle growth?
We use proven frameworks, managed databases and cloud hosting that scale up as accounts grow. Load testing before major launches shows where limits sit.
Getting startedDo you sign NDAs?
Yes. We are happy to sign an NDA before you share your idea in detail, and confidentiality is also part of our contract.
OwnershipCan we hire our own team later?
Yes, and many founders do. We document the code, write tests and help interview and onboard your first developers.
After launchWhat support do you provide after launch?
We offer ongoing sprints for new features, plus monitoring, security patches and infrastructure care. Plans are monthly and you can scale them up or down.

Have software others would pay for? We'll turn it into a product.
Share your idea under NDA, and we will help you cut it down to a launchable first version.
