We bring sales, operations and finance data into dashboards that show what needs attention right now. Everyone works from the same numbers, refreshed automatically.

Heard yourself say this?Count how many fit.
Five things owners tell us before a project like this starts. Every one you recognise adds a tally mark.
Tap the lines you have said this year.
One fits. Worth a short call to see if Dashboards is the right fix.
Two fit. A short call will tell you whether to do this now or later.
Three fit. This is probably worth planning soon.
Four fit. You are losing time to this already.
All five. This page was written for you.
Dashboards,explained without jargon.
What makes a business dashboard useful?
One idea at a time. Each sheet lays over the last, so the picture builds up. Tap a number to jump.
It is like a car's instrument panel: a few dials that tell you what needs attention without opening the bonnet.
A dashboard is a screen showing your key numbers as charts and tables, updated automatically from the systems where the data lives.
A useful one answers specific questions, such as which branch is behind target or which dealers owe money past ninety days.
Behind it sits a pipeline that collects, cleans and combines data from different sources.
Without that groundwork, dashboards show pretty charts of unreliable numbers.
Six parts, all handed over to you.
Your Dashboards work is made of these six parts. The comb lights each one in turn; tap a cell to read it.
KPI definitions
A written definition of each metric, such as what counts as revenue or an active customer. Agreeing definitions ends most arguments about numbers.
Data pipeline
Scheduled jobs that pull data from Tally, your CRM, store, sheets and apps into one database. Data is cleaned and matched on the way in.
Role-based dashboards
Separate views for owners, sales heads, branch managers and finance, each showing their own scope. Row-level access keeps branch data private where needed.
Drill-down and filters
Click a number to see the records behind it, and filter by date, branch, product or salesperson. Managers find causes without asking an analyst.
Scheduled reports and alerts
Daily or weekly summaries by email or WhatsApp, and alerts when a metric crosses a threshold. Important changes reach people without logging in.
Data dictionary and handover
Documentation of sources, refresh times and calculations, plus training for whoever maintains it. The dashboard stays trustworthy after we step back.

Picture a business like yours,in three frames.
A typical situation, not a client story. The line in each frame goes from tangled to straight as the work is done.
A Vijayawada pharmacy chain with twelve outlets
Four legs of one relay, about 8 weeks, start to finish.
Each leg is sized by how long it usually takes. Watch the baton go round, or tap a leg to jump there.
Four factors, four corners of your project.
Each corner grows when that factor is on the larger side. The outline is your project's footprint, and the quote follows it.
A compact project. The smallest footprint for your quote.
Mostly compact, with one area that needs more work.
A balanced build. Half the factors on each side.
A larger build. Most areas need extra work and time.
The full footprint. Every factor on the larger side.
The question we hear most:BI tool or custom-built dashboard?
The board turns through each option. Tap one to hold it and read the trade-off.
Dashboards are for internal teams and standard charts meet the need.
It is quicker and cheaper to build, though look and feel are limited and some tools charge per user.
Customers or partners will see the dashboard, or it must sit inside your product with your branding.
It looks and behaves exactly as you want, though it takes longer to build and change.
Four things that trip a project, and the fix we fit instead.
Each fuse is a mistake we see often. Watch it blow and get replaced, or tap a fuse to read the fix.
Building charts before agreeing what the numbers mean
We define every KPI in writing and reconcile it with trusted reports first.
Putting fifty charts on one screen
We start with the five to eight numbers that drive decisions and hide the rest behind drill-downs.
Manual data uploads that stop after a month
We automate every data feed so the dashboard never depends on someone remembering.
Giving everyone access to everything
We set role and branch-level access so people see what is relevant and permitted.

Cost & timeHow long does a dashboard project take and what affects the cost?
A dashboard on a BI tool with one or two clean sources takes three to four weeks. Many sources, near real-time data or customer-facing dashboards take six to eight. Data sources, refresh needs, audience and analysis depth drive the price.
Getting startedCan you pull data from Tally?
Yes. We extract vouchers, ledgers and stock from TallyPrime on a schedule into a reporting database. This avoids slowing down Tally while people use it.
Getting startedWhich BI tool should we use?
Metabase works well and can be self-hosted without per-user fees. Power BI suits teams already on Microsoft 365, and Looker Studio is free for Google-based setups. We recommend based on your users and budget.
OwnershipWho owns the data and dashboards?
You do. The database, pipeline code and BI accounts are in your name, and nothing leaves systems you control.
Getting startedCan I see dashboards on my phone?
Yes. We design mobile views for the key screens and can send summary images by WhatsApp or email each morning.
Getting startedHow fresh will the numbers be?
That depends on sources and needs. Daily refresh suits most finance views, while sales and operations can refresh every few minutes where the source allows.
Getting startedCan you add AI questions to the dashboard?
Some BI tools now let users ask questions in plain English. We can enable this once your data is clean and well defined, since answers are only as good as the underlying model.
Getting startedWhat maintenance does a dashboard need?
Sources change, new metrics are needed and pipelines occasionally fail. A monthly plan covers monitoring, fixes and new views as your business evolves.
Works well alongside, from the same practice.
Still waiting for the monthly MIS? We'll put the numbers on your screen.
Tell us the three questions you wish you could answer every morning, and we will design around them.
