Experience design · Design systems

We turn the buttons, colours and patterns scattered across your product into one shared library. Designers and developers pull from the same parts, so new features ship faster and match.

In plain words

Design systems,explained without jargon.

What is a design system?

One idea at a time. Each sheet lays over the last, so the picture builds up. Tap a number to jump.

Think of it like this

It works like a box of standard bricks with a guidebook, so every builder puts up walls that line up.

01 / 04

A design system is a shared kit of reusable interface parts, such as buttons, inputs, cards and alerts, along with rules for using them.

02 / 04

It exists in two matching forms: a Figma library for designers and a code library for developers.

03 / 04

Small named values called tokens hold your colours, spacing and type so one change can update everything.

04 / 04

A short documentation site explains when to use each part.

An example

Picture a business like yours,in three frames.

A typical situation, not a client story. The line in each frame goes from tangled to straight as the work is done.

A Gurugram HR software company with three products that drifted apart

Signs you need it

Heard yourself say this?Count how many fit.

Five things owners tell us before a project like this starts. Every one you recognise adds a tally mark.

What you receive

Six parts, all handed over to you.

Your Design systems work is made of these six parts. The comb lights each one in turn; tap a cell to read it.

Interface inventory

A screenshot audit of every variant of every component currently in your product. It shows the scale of inconsistency and what to merge.

The decision

The question we hear most:Build your own or adapt an open-source system?

The board turns through each option. Tap one to hold it and read the trade-off.

Pick this when

You need consistency quickly and are happy to start from shadcn/ui, Material 3 or a similar base.

The trade-off

You move fast, though your product may resemble others and some parts will need reworking to fit your brand.

How it runs

Four legs of one relay, about 10 weeks, start to finish.

Each leg is sized by how long it usually takes. Watch the baton go round, or tap a leg to jump there.

Common mistakes

Four things that trip a project, and the fix we fit instead.

Each fuse is a mistake we see often. Watch it blow and get replaced, or tap a fuse to read the fix.

Starting with a huge library nobody asked for

How we avoid it

We build the components your product uses most first, then grow the system from real demand.

What shapes the quote

Four factors, four corners of your project.

Each corner grows when that factor is on the larger side. The outline is your project's footprint, and the quote follows it.

Footprint

A compact project. The smallest footprint for your quote.

Cost & timeHow long does a design system take and what affects the price?

A first version with core components for one platform usually takes four to six weeks. Adding mobile platforms, many themes or complex components extends that. After a quick look at your screens, we quote a fixed price for an agreed component list.

Getting startedWe are a small startup. Is a design system too early?

A full system may be, but tokens and a dozen core components are worth setting up early. They cost little and save rework once more people join.

OwnershipWho owns the library?

You do. The Figma library sits in your workspace and the code lives in your Git repository. You can publish it privately on npm or your own package registry.

After launchCan the system support our white-label clients?

Yes. We structure tokens in layers so each client gets its own colours, logo and fonts on top of the same components. Switching themes is a configuration change.

Getting startedDoes the system work with Tailwind CSS?

Yes. Tokens export to a Tailwind theme so utility classes match your design values. Components can be built with Tailwind underneath if your team prefers it.

OwnershipWill the components be accessible?

Each component is built with correct roles, focus handling and keyboard support, and checked against WCAG 2.2 AA. That means every screen built from the library starts from an accessible base.

In IndiaCan your Indian team work with our overseas product team?

Yes. We work in your time zone for review calls, use your tools such as Jira, Linear or Slack, and document decisions in writing so nothing depends on one meeting.

After launchWhat support do you offer after release?

We offer a monthly plan for new components, reviews of team contributions and version releases. It is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime.

Tired of rebuilding the same button? Let's give your teams one library.

Share a few screens from each product, and we will show you where they drift on our first call.
